Well it all started 3+ months ago, when the bottom part of my PE7700 DLP Projector, broke right off, having it mounted on the ceiling, i was lucky enough to catch it before it hit something, god knows what could have happned..
I called BenQ in denmark, was transferred to sweden as they dont have a customer service here, well figured it would be fine, sweden is not that far away, the first person i talked to told me that it would be covered at no charge, and they take their service realy seriously, i send it in, and 1+ month later i get a bill for the repair, with 3 optiones, pay 120€ or decline the offer and only pay 100€ for time spend on diagnostics + shipping, or tell them to trash it for me. with the limited options, i payed the bill, and 2 months have passed, when calling BenQ they tell me that they have no idea if or when they will be able to repair it. not having the parts needed..
Normaly we get a refund if the repair takes more than 30 days here, regardless of warranty, but guess BenQ dont care
it seemes that they dont have a customer service at all and is using a sub contractor "Let Me Repair" to get rid of all customer service related calls, way to go BenQ
