I dont use your service since the last half year, and I sent a message then about the issue but you are still charging ny credit card every month.
I want altogether to dekete my account and contaczs, I dont want to br charged again anymore.
I hope from this month there will be no charges at all.

I have a new account, I can't login with my old account. I asked for help and was told to log in and erase the account. How can I if logging in is the problem! I hope They see this and will help me gain access to my old account. Really My main goal is to take the photo down from the old account, but would prefer it erased completely. All I need them to do is contact me from the email I set it up with, which doesn't let me gain access anymore. Please Help Be Naughty!

Mid august I signed on the dating site benaughty to see what it's worth. Now that I saw, that most if not all the profiles are fake, I'd like to cancel it. I would like to stop the automatic payment of my bill for the dating site benaughty but I couldn't find out how to do it exactly. The phone numbers they are proposing to contact them aren't working. 99% of the female profiles on this site are Chatbots! You will start noticing that the replies to some things you say/ask are odd, it`s just obvious. I switched to
bit.ly/passionateone
and I don`t regret... Behind their puritan introduction video about a happy couple they hide so many naughty girls who want to have fun online)) And you can find some serious profiles as well if you like. Back to benaughty - Authorized just an initial membership and got charged 3x. Apparently if you hit 'continue' on any ad, your credit card is charged. Cancelled my membership the next day and still no refunds. Blocked their charges on my VISA and will soon send them to VISA to get a refund if I don't see my credits soon.

I was invited to try a 3 day trial for a few dollars per day. The site then 'signed me up' for a full month of 'extra service level' at $40 or so.

I've attempted to cancel before my 3 days trial is over, but the site refuses to send me the access code necessary to complete my deactivation.

I see now online that this company has many complaints against it for the difficulty customers have in ending the service. Please help me ensure that I won't be another one.

I have never given permission to this site to do that.
Those are my personal pictures which I do not share with anyone.
I want those pictures and that profile removed from that sexsite.

Someone with the username duhimamermaid is impersonating me and using images that are not me in order to flirt with men on that website. Several people have reached out to me thinking I was the person in those images, can that profile please be removed? I am an underaged girl and it is not okay for people to be doing that because I am too young to be exposed to that sort of thing. Please do the right thing and take down that profile.

I signed up fir 3 day trial with this website and screwed me over they have taken money from my account after having told me that my details had been removed. I am not a happy person and will be perusing them for compensation and for fraudulently taking money from my account. If anyone would like to help and put all our cases together I'm sure we can screw them over jist as much as they have us..

Can't do anything to stop it and their phone numbers are not valid, and able to contact in any form. They are charging me for a full membership, and I only signed up for a trial 3 Days, and wanted to cancel it before my trial was over. But I couldn't and now i'm stuck.

Work colleagues gained access to my phone and subscribed me to this website as a joke, I now receive numerous pornographic images on my mobile phone. I also believe they are associated with a company called Clickand flirt.com.

There appears to be no way of deleting ones account, one company directs you to the other and you end up going around in circles. Fortunately, I have not given my bank details, however, I do not understand how they are able to contact me on my mobile phone as I do not recall enetering my phone number.

I have Benaughty subscription for several weeks. From a certain day, i receive no responses to my messages. This is not because the customers would neglect me. Some of them do, I am sure. But NOT ALL. What is the explanation for this situation:
I receive messages not one but at least 20 a day, suggesting to have chat. I respond the ones which I like. And what happens? NOTHING. In some cases I receive a new message in some days which is not a response but ask me to have chat.
So I am sure my messages are not received by the other customers for some reasons, maybe a technical failure, I don't know.
I wrote my problem to the Customer service several time but I received cut/paste answer ie. how I can modify my profile to be more attractive or the partners are not in town so their response needs more time. Customer Service couldn't understand that this was not the case. I asked them to test if they could see my messages in the Inbox of the customers. I never received a direct answer to my request but that they saw my message function worked. I am sure they didn't check if my sent messages ever arrived to the Inboxes of the customers. I don't know if they didn't want to do or they were not able to do.
As according to my subscription, message function is a part of the service I request you to correct this failure. However, the company is not able to do that, I request a refund of the subscription fee.

First, I was trying to get 3day trial, then, you jack up the price with some package, then... you tell me payment did not go through. I looked at my bank. It went through. Please refund my money. Your site is phoney.
You have women sitting behind computers carrying on multiple conversations with men who will never meet them. Your map is fake also. Most of the people listed as 5 miles away are a thousand miles away.
This was a mistake.

I need to cancel repeat billing ASAP and the site won't let me. Nobody has contacted me back and I don't want to be charged. Help me! Every time I get to a certain point in the cancellation process the site "conveniently" loses connection to the internet, this happens both on the desktop site and the iPhone site. I don't want to be charged but it will charge me for every day I can't cancel.

someone has been using my photos and name on a fake profile which is not me. I was alerted by a strange man who wanted to contact me after seeing "my" profile on this site. he reported the account for me, but then received an message from benaughty telling him that the account he tried to report has been verified and therefore safe to contact. I find this ridiculous, he reported the account for a reason and, instead of investigating, benaughty instead told him that the account was valid. this is not true, it is not me and I do not have an account with you. I want the profile removed asap but your customer service number does not work and it doesn't seem like you respond to any of these complaints. shambles. I dont feel safe and I fear for my security and reputation.
