I have opted for 14 day trial pack with benaughty.de website. I gave them the Sepa mandate to debit automatically from my account. I cancelled my membership with benaughty through mobile website immediately after 3 days of the 14 day trial purchase. Then later after the 14 day trial period, they debited 75,56 euros from my account. Additionally they charged 25 + 25 euros for datingverein and mitdirtreffen dating website services. I didn‘t accept anywhere that I am willing to choose these services. When I enquired about this, they are saying that I didn‘t cancel the membership on time. But I have cancelled it on time 10 days before the next billing. I have cancelled the Sepa mandate and got back the amount. Now they are forcing me to pay the amount with additional fees. They are affecting my mental health by forcing me. Please solve the issue.

On 4th of Sept, 2022, I came across be naughty website and somehow subscribed to their paid membership. Immediately, after the subscription, I started getting messages from so many "girls" which I later realized, were not real and I decided to unsubscribe from their service. (So, I unsubscribed on the same night that I had subscribed). However, to my utter dismay, till date they kept charging my cards and that too twice a week! When I called their support to resolve this, one Jane told me, I also used one of their other website who also started charging me! When I wanted to escalate this, she said, there is no manager or supervisor and I cannot escalate! I do not know if I will get my money or not ($250) but please be super careful using their service.

To BeNaughty Team, I am sure you can easily check my usage logs--have not used your service even once. You for sure know all the charges were unfair despite unsubscribing my membership. Please show some courtesy and consider refunding my money.

I need my cancellation code. I have attempted to cancel this subscription many times but no email ever appears. I attempted to change my email address and the site does not take the new email address.

I’ve registed using the the name mikedogg950 , I’ve made every attempt to delete and cancel subscription to no succes , I’ve called customer service asking for assistance multiple times either the continue to run my account and charge my card or stupidly ask ‘what is it you want me to do ?’

I’m sick of being charged about $48 some days and other days $10 .

I would like it cancelled and resolved immediately

So at first I got the account and then I only wanted the 99 cent one day trial and then it automatically bought the full membership for $23 after that and I did not want that I found someone and I do not want this I never wanted the $23 full membership I would never pay that that's why I only got the 99 cent one so I just need my refund please of $23

Cannot turn off repeat billing from your site after using 3 different browsers. I want my credit card and account removed from your servers

There's a charge of $47.40 made to my card & I did not buy anything from this merchant. The charge was made tonight while I was on my way home from work. I heard a notification & there was a msg from my bank saying this purchase had just happened.im not getting much work at the moment & I can't afford to wait weeks to get my money back. It shouldn't have happened.

Those site are full of scam and they won't let you cancel your membership. I made many stupid choices when it comes to my online activity, but falling for those two sites is top 3 easily. Their activities seem borderline illegal, because how can you confuse your customer to the point where he doesn't understand how to cancel online subscription? That is scamming on another level

After canceling this subscription i continue to be charged... Plus the users on here are trolling scammer's. I'm not sure of the date i cancelled but extremely disappointed in this app

i don't know what you can do...i think match verifies photos. look, i am pretty liberal when behind closed doors... i even play along for awhile, but this scam which i did fall for the very first time which seems so rediculous now (but i don't use dating sites and have been out of the game)... hookup IDs. they supposedly do a background check because of tragic incident prior after meeting a guy online... in my head actually made sense. 7 charges later that i had to dispute. i just want to flirt and play... it is deemed "naughty". it has been more like 20 attempts at this now. it is getting frustrating.

The 99p ones went through which I accepted, after continuous blocks on the account for this company it keeps using other addresses to withdraw the money. I would like it to be cancelled immediately do not use the card again please and cancel the payment fully.

Subscribed to day by day payments two weeks ago about $2 a day, had too many fake accounts so I cancelled, you continued to try and charge me and today you finally succeeded taking $50 out of my account, I never signed up for a $50 subscription! I want my money back please I've never had to deal with this in my life and do not want to be charged again!
