Hello, my order was made on 17/1/2021 ASL20210117ZA5294721, no products was received, emails stating that nearby Post Offices must be contacted was done, no products found. I request a full refund. Un acceptable that an order can take 6 months for delivery, tracking site as well not useful.

Desired outcome: Request full refund , no products delivered.

BellaVei Nuviante eyelash enhancer scam

I ordered one nuviante eyelash enhancer on your website on the 15th july 2020.

Two different amounts were instantly debited from my bank account!
Up until today's date, 26th augustus 2020, I haven't received my products?

Refer to my 1st complaint regarding my previous emails of products ordered and not delivered.

My bank logged a fraud case against your company and I've changed my bank Card details to prevent furthermore deductions.

A no-reply email send from your support team which DOESN'T EXIST, no customer service help desk available regarding this.

BellaVei Soleilglo

Hi

This mail hails from the Republic of Singapore.

On 30.3.2020, I bought online a Teeth Whitening Product known as Soleiglo at S$39.50 (as advertised) after having seen an advertisement in local newspaper "Zaobao".

To my utter shock, I was billed S$202.97 via credit card on 30.3.2020 instead without my express consent.

To-date, to add insult to injury, I have not received the said products.

On 16 August 2019 I ordered and paid for 5 Bottles FollicleR in the amount of R2300.00.
On 21 October 2019 I sent email to Support@ Bellavei.com. No Reply.
On 24 October 2019 sent 2nd email requesting answer or cancellation and reimbursement - no reply
On 8 November 2019 sent 3rd email threatening legal action - reply saying customer service would contact me - no such thing
On 13 November 2019 sent email to delivery@bellavei.com asking for explanation - no reply
on 19 November 2019 sent email requesting explanation - no reply
On 19 November 2019 sent email to support and delivery - Lets see
I believe this company are scam artists and should be blocked from Online Shopping

BellaVei nuviante kit purchase

I still not have received product and no feedback/ replies for e-mails sent to support

purchase order: (#48000-C886C)

The product was advertised for amount of r405-00, but they charge for four products an amount of r 2415-00 was debited from my account

Plus they also charge for annual membership without consent.
All attempts of contact are futile with following e-mail address

BellaVei folix hairgrow tablets 3 bottles for g l kruger

i have ordered and paid for above product 11/05/2019, after numerous emails received tracking number ASL20190511ZA3327305 which the south african post office requested a valid tracking number, emailed this request to Bellavei.
Bellei apologise that the product was not sent yet,

they will sent the product, will be in south africa within 12 days have requested the tracking number, again Bellavei apologised product was not sent.

please refund my money as soon as possible as this has been going on for 5 months.

BellaVei unauthorised card charge-unethical

I purchased a product advertised for R349 but R1495-00 was immediately debited on my card. WHY ARE THESE PEOPLE ALLOWED TO CONTINUE STEALING MONEY ONLINE?
I've only just found this website and shocked to see so many complaints from people all over the world who have lost money or never received their products!
THIS IS SO WRONG! WHY IS THIS NOT BLOCKED OR REMOVED ?
Who manages this kind of FRAUD?
How much longer will this be allowed to continue - why isn't the public being warned before its too late?

I emailed your support line many times but didn't received any feedback. The name of the product I bought is Follicle RX as mentioned above.

BellaVei bellavei face products

Good day
On the 13th of August I order BellaVei face products. This is now 8 weeks and I did not received anything. I try to contact them on their live chat block. I sent them a message stating that I did not received anything so they just said that I must keep follow it up with the post office with the tracking numbers that they send me.
But it seems that they cant really help you after according to them already sent the product.

Same happened to me, i waited 2 months and when i went to collect, i had to pay a further R800 for customs duty and vat. When i opened the mascara, it is bone dry! They also sent pills which i didn't order. What a frikkin ripoff! Almost R2000 for 2 dry mascaras ... doesnt even leave a mark on my skin when testing it. Also took off the 149.95 for membership ... i had to cancel my card!

BellaVei bills

I am very annoyed with my order of Bellavei (cleanser, anti-wrinkle, anti-aging moisture and advanced eye treatment) under the promotion of RM129.95 in May 2018.

Instead my Mastercared [protected] was debited with an amount of RM597.77 on 11 May 2018. Futhermore, my card was also debited with an amount of RM39.95 from June to August 2018. I consider this is daylight robbery and dishonest sales.

For a vast company like Bellavei, I should say that it is very terrible of u to do such an act.

Kindly reimburse to me the sum which was not to be debited from my mastercard.

BellaVei poor advertising and products not received

I saw Ad online for their products, it was advertised as R449 however included 4 items. I proceeded to purchase and my bank account was debited for R2065.40. This was an online purchase on the 15 March 2018. I queried this with Bellavei as I did not anticipate that much of money to be debited and they responded saying the amount advertised was per product. Clearly poor advertising from the company and I presume that's how they get people. Further to that, I started getting worried when after 14 days my products were not delivered to me. I have been sending them emails every week since then and they keep telling me the products were shipped but they cannot provide me with any other information, tracking number nor can they enquire for me where the products are. My last email to them was yesterday and still the same lame respond. What is my right as a consumer and in terms of consumer protection act? The company sells these products, takes people's money and seems like there is no products. This is looking more like a scam to me. As which company will blatantly not assist a customer knowing that it's been 2 months and they have not received their products. Please urgently assist me with my issue.

BellaVei follicle-rx

I have been waiting for 10 months for my ordered products or my refund.
I spent $200 but will probably never see that money again.
The support team from Bellavie has automatic computerised replies, so there is standard replies to the emails sent without any compensation.
Please do not do business with the company as you will be loosing money with terrible service.
Don't fall into the same trap!

BellaVei follicle rx tablets

Hi Team,

I have placed an order (Amount Rs 10, 000) for Follicle Rx in August 2017. Till date I didn't receive the product . Nor I got any refund amount on sending too many emails. I just get same reply everytime saying your product might be in Postoffice. But I checked there as well, neither any tracking number was provided to check with same in post office .

I am in exactly the same position. I ordered and payed in August 2017 R1 380 and to date 13 April 2018 received no products nor refund. their only answer is that it might be at our post office. they say they have not tracking of goods once it is in our country, which is nonsence!

I ordered online the Follicle RX product in April 2017 and to date I have not received the product or my refund. This is despite numerous emails throughout the year. The response was always just an automated email 'reply' from Bellavei. In addition, the product on the advertisement was advertised at R450.00, and when I received notification of payment from my MasterCard, it was R2300.00. Apart from this being false advertising, it means that Bellavei have stolen my money. What recourse do I have? This is fraud of the worst kind to unsuspecting customers.

Please advise what further action can be taken?

BellaVei folliclerx - 3 bottle

I order 6 months ago the FollicleRX - 3 Bottle (124.03USD), i have send many emails, too many, but i still dont belive it has not arrived. is this for real? The payment was made on September 17th, 2017. I spoke with the spanish support team ( i live in Bogota, Colombia) and they told me it should arrive in 3 working weeks, then i spoke with the english support guys, they told me the same, as you can notice, it will never arrive, just apologies but no concret answer. Not sure how to defend my right as a consumer, with this contractual breach.

I order 3 Bottle (124.03USD) but inexplicably they loaded the card with the 5-bottle combo for $ 498, 888. First Scam. Never arrived. Customer service in Bogotá Colombia told me that in 3 weeks it should arrived. Second Scam. Then, afeter many e mails you told me I have to pick up in the postal office without any number or information. Third Scam. This company stole me.

BellaVei refunding of amount after returning product.

I ordered product in july 2017 and showed me offer of rs 1978/- per bottle so i ordered 3 and onthat their was 1 free for this you cheated me and charged 10315/- and send the product and it reached me in october and asked to pay 3000/- for delivery so i returned in same day. As i have paid more than the product still i was told to pay delivery charges i canceled the deal and told to refund me my amount now it is almost a year still i am waiting for refund today it is march 2018 and i ordered in july 2017 received in october 2017 and returned in same day they must have received in december after emailling no reply i want to file a complain please help to get my hard amount back in my account.

BellaVei medicine delivery

Dear sir,
I am mohsin raza from abu dhabi united arab emirates almost two month ago I bought online follicle rx for my hairloss. But still I did not received my medicine. I chat and sent many emails but there is no positive response. Every time your team sending this shipment number asl20170903ae130819. When I am went to po box they are asking or international tracking number is required to search your medicines. It is my last try to request yourself and waiting for your positive response.
