I was very interested with Follicle RX to purchase it online.

Today 02.10.2017 I have ordered Follicle RX through online but I made a mistake.

Instead of ordering 1 Quantity, by mistake I ordered 5 Quantity and Money for INR 10, 321.00 got deducted from my Bank account.

I would request you to kindly take order for only 1 Quantity and return the money for 4 Quantity.

BellaVei folliclerx

I’ve ordered my FollicleRX on the 17th August 2017.09.11
And made my Payment of R804.00.
According to my tracking number, my order has arrived at the destination country on 2nd September 2017.
Today is the 18th September 2017 (16 days later), and I haven’t received anything yet.
Normally delivery in South Africa is within 48 hours.
They tell me its “Due to high demand for our product you may experience shipping delays”.
I know this is a system generated message. My order already arrived at the destination country on the 2nd September 2017, so there can’t be any shipping problems anymore.
And they won't or cant tell me where I can trace my order!
This is a order for more than R800.00, so I realy would like a decent
answer from your side right now ….

BellaVei follicrs not delivered

I ordered a product and its been more than a month now. No one is bothered to care or respond to my emails with a proper answer. This is really a bad way of doing a business where a customer cannot approach anyone for his right. The product has to be delievered to door step and so why is the email saying me to visit my mearest post office. Very sad to do a business with BELLA vei

BellaVei they did not refund my money and it's been more than two months

I have cancelled the ordered of FollicleRx hair growth tablets price Rs.10321.
i am been cheated past two months frauds are promising
me to return my money but still no such sign. Every time they will reply says within 3-4 working days money will be credited into account.
Don't know when i will get my money in account.

BellaVei follicle cr - not yet received package

Hello,
I placed order july 31st and as per committed not yet recd my Follicle CR package here within 21days. Continuously iam sending mail to customer support and they simple saying goods will reach shortly. When i ask the awb# and postal courier copy, which date shipped, where from shipped everything, but no response. They simply saying they dont have details of shipment. When i review the below customer comments i feel this is fraud company ..
if not like that immly response to me or send me back my money to avoid legal issues.

Note: Already Bellavei details given to some police officials

BellaVei product not received after payment

sir,

i have ordered a bottle from follicle rx from bellavei against order no Follicle Rx Confirmation (#4D004421D1) on 28/06/2017. i have made the payment online of INR 4000 Approx but till date i have not received the product. every time i have contacted customer care the they told me that they have shipped the product but when i ask them about the shipping details like docket number etc they are unable to provide it . i have also tried to contact through live chat but the customer care executive has blocked me from asking question and he also had threaten me to block me out of the system .

when after some time i agani try to contact the customer care they told me that they do not have any details of my product and there is no information in the system.

Please help me in getting the product or in getting moneyy money back .

BellaVei shipping/postal

I had a order placed 6 July and keep getting the standard reply that it was sent. I was given a confirmation number #[protected] and shipping number (ASL20170707ZA54920), the shippimg number came with a link which just showed that the package was in the country. I was instructed to visit my local postal services (as it was mentioned via the email that some costumers parcels are sent there) and once in the country they do not give a tracking number. I did that and there is no record of my package being delivered.
Can any further steps be taken?

BellaVei bellavei service

Hi, I placed an order with Bellavei and paid on 11 April. My card was debited straight away, but I still have not received my package.
No one bothers to find out what courier was used.
I mailed the "support" address on numerous occasions but I still have not received any positive results.

I tried to get a tracking no from this company, visited my post office on a few occasions, but no one has even answered my last mail from about 4 weeks ago.

I don't know what to do anymore, I even suggested that they return my money, but also no answer there...

I'm very disappointed, Lindi (South Africa)

BellaVei folliclerx

I was about to confirm my FollicleRX order when I noticed that the card type was Visa instead of MasterCard. I went back to the order page and then when I tried to correct the card type, it prompted that the order went through wothout my authorization. I emailed the support team immediately at [protected]@bellavei.com with the subject line "Wrong Card Type on Order (14300-F5946).
They don't want to refund me with an order I never confirmed!

I was on the verge (actually completed the form, just needed billing info) of ordering from those scoundrells!
First thing caught my eye was the fact it was only a 1page order form, no other links to more pages! I thought the logo looked bit strange but was so excited to get the product cheaper that I didnt think further. Then I looked at the video icons and and frowned to see its only pictures (not actual videos). By then I was uneasy. I clicked the "contact " link, only to find a bellevei email adress. I expected a folliclerx email adress.
I abandoned the process not knowing what to think.
These guys are actually smart, their webpage detected that my order didnt go through, so I received an apology by email with the same link to try again! By then I should have known its fake because gmail filed it under SPAM.
The mail came from : FollicleRX
Further research led me to this website (in the hope of finding the real deal) :http://www.follicle-rx.co.za/folliclerx-about/. The price is different (more expensive).
But again the order page leads to that suspicious one with the many telephone numbers and bellevei details!
I found a link with a webmail contact message box also. In my innocence or naivity, I sent a mail asking if that strange webpage is for real. I guess the reply back will be yes! But now I know... I wont be waiting for their response. Let me know have you by any chance found the legal folliclerx website to order from?

I have placed an order of FollicleRx: Advanced Hair Growth Formula, Package: FollicleRX - 5 Bottle
and they charged me 172.21USD. Order placed on 26 July 2017 and so far I haven't received the product. I asked them to return back my cash, but no response from them yet.

They send me shipping tracking details upon place the order. But not yet received anything and the trcking details showing it's delivered somewhere. here is below details for the shipping.

I have placed an order for 5pcks of folliclerx on 15 March 2018 and have thus far not received my order. I have received emails from support desk at bellavei and they r giving me the runaround after more than 10emails back and forth. I requested a full refund as it has been more than 3 months and still have not received my order. Please attend to this at once. Order no. ASL20180315ZA1137911 . I want my money back as I refuse to pay for products that I have still not received.

God.. I am so lucky.. Me and my 8 other friends were planning to buy a huge stock from these frauds but you see when you are lucky nothing bad can happen.
I think we should file a complain against these fraudsters. Friends keep posting against them. Like me others will also be saved. Thanks Anant and others for you feedback. Hadn't you given you comments here, i would have have been robbed by these fraudsters.

A strong action should be taken against fraud like these. Even i am been cheated. Past one month these frauds are promising me to return my money but still no such sign. Everytime they will reply stating within 3-4 working days money will be credited into account. Don't know when i will get my 10K in my account.
I think we all should join hands and complain against these frauds in customer forum and get them blacklisted so that they can't play with feelings and money of people.
FollicleRX team, people come to you with great belief and its completely unethical and illegal to cheat us like this.

I have also ordered online on BellaVei and i have not recd any confirmation mail. I have mailed them but no response...my order also is above Rs 11000. Can someone look into this. This seems like a fake website and is fleecing money from people

I had the same problem. I didnt receive the product for over two months. Normally they ship the product but the same get stuck in the customs. Go to their web site www.bellavei.com and contact them through Chat option. give the payment details and date and they will trace the product. I did the same and after few days got a call from the customs. They enquired about the cost and when confirmed, they slapped 42% customs duty on the same. On accepting the custom charges, i received the product within next three days. Postman collected the custom duty. I had ordered 5 bottles and the cost on the package was $43 though i had paid around Rs 10000.

BellaVei soleiglo

I ordered a Soleiglo smile kit at a promotional price of SDG 34.95 on 6 May 2017. However, my credit card statement shows an amount of SGD 200.96 which is unacceptable. I have already sent you 2 messages without receiving a reply. Please check your record and refund me the price difference of SGD 166.01. I bought the product to see if it works, ie as a trial.

I have a new Citibank credit card number as below: please refund the amount.

BellaVei false advertising

I purchased bellavei product (Soleil glo) on 17 may 2017 that was advertised at r349 but when the transaction was complete, I received an sms from my bank stating that an amount of r2007 had been deducted.

I immediately contacted them by live chat to cancel the transaction. I was told by ethan that it had already been shipped. What bull! How can it be shipped already when the transaction was only done minutes before. I told him that they are falsely advertising the price and he told me to read the terms and conditions. There were no terms and conditions available to read? No telephone number to phone either.

I now note from other complaints that I am not the only unsuspecting purchaser to experience this problem, and they state that they still have not received the goods they purchased.

I want a full refund of the money deducted from my account - non negotiable.

How long is this company going to get away such unethical behavior.

Can the consumer council in this country not shut this company's website down?

Please do something about unethical companies!

On 9 september 2016, I advised them that i'm still waiting and have not received it. they replied it should have been delivered within 4 to 7 weeks and requested me to confirm the shipping address. the postal code was incorrect. they said they will update my information and resend an order immediately.

I have been checking every week my post office and i've been sending several e-mail to them with regards to my parckage that I have not received up to date. they even advised me that it has been shipped through usps to my local post and that when shipment departs the us, no more updates will be given.

I even suggested that they rather reimburse me for the payment of r2065.40 done by me with my credit card. I even attached the proof of payment on my e-mail.

I feel strongly that last mentioned will be the best resolution to this issue, since so many months have passed.

Kindly, please reimburse me for the full amount paid by me for the product.

BellaVei non-delivery of ordered products

I made an order of Bellavei's multiple cosmetic products on February 22, 2017 and paid for the products using my BancoDeOro credit card # [protected] in the amount of Php 8, 073.00. I immediately received through my gmail account a communication (as attached) that my order was successfully processed.

However, until now the company has not sent me the products and have not been updated about it nor have I received any delivery tracking number. Because of this, I intend to withdraw my order and thus I am requesting that the full amount should be refunded back to me by crediting the same amount into my credit card account.

BellaVei fraudulent charge on credit card

I bought an item supposed to be 75900 COP but it was charged 349140 COP on my account, I asked for an immediate refund but they did not agree. This is the conversation:

I have just spoken to your live support representative beth in south africa today 4 jan
Duration of call was from 8:14 - 9:02 problem not resolved
I asked for ref no of the recorded call - was not given it... Was told to send email
I suggest you listen to the recording as all the information is clear and relevant

I do not want this product
It is falsely advertised and the method which your company extracted funds from my credit card is illegal

I sent and email within the hour of receiving your confirmation order and shipping date
How on earth is that possible if I never confirmed the purchase. I immediately cancelled the order.. .10 min. Read the 4 emails below and take cognizance of the time emails were send

It's impossible that your company shipped it within 10 min
This is a underhanded procedure and I do not accept your tactics
I want a full refund!

Or the product @ r349 plus free shipping

Beth told me I have 2 options
50% discount or 85 % plus delivery charges which will only go through when you receive tracking no. This is not repeat not what I agreed to

I want a full refund and I do not want this product
This is false advertising and totally misleading

I asked to speak to supervisor which did not happen. Beth tried her best to convince me to take 1 of 2 options. This is not what I want

Your advert stated r349 plus free shipping
I entered my credit card details... Not once on the purchasing screen did the amount of r2007... Appear. Nor did the regulatory clause of "please confirm this purchase" appear

I am not prepared to spend one single sent on posting anything back to you
I felt forced to consider your 85% discount offer... Until it was made clear that I had to pay for the shipping!

My ideal is to eliminate bellavei & its products from my life completely
I want a full credit card refund without any penalties

I also ordered the teeth wihitening kit and have had no delivery, but many automated emails...how can we escalate this? I think we should go to the media with this scam.

Exact same thing happened to me. Bought the product, and then R2007 was debited from my account. Upon query and attempts to cancel my order, i was told that the each item in the kit was R349. Seriously? It is like buying a dozen of eggs and then paying for each egg at the checkout!

This company is a scam, their methods are illegal and highly questionable.

Why are they still operating?!?

BellaVei misrepresentation in advertising and failure to deliver products

In November 2016 I bought a pack of 4 skin products at a reduced price of R495 in bold red letters. Only to be charged R495 (South African Rand) for each product. They said they had dispatched the parcel already when I tried to cancel (but it was a Sunday) so I don't believe that. Only after threatening them with further action did they agree to refund 50%. To date (January 2017) I have not received my products AND they are deducting a monthly surcharge of R149.50 from my account. They just said I must follow up with my Post Office. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY - it is a scam. I have learnt a very hard lesson but intend to take it further. I also do not believe that it is recommended by Dr Oz.

BellaVei bellavei - soleilglo paid but no order received

I purchased Bellavei products on the 01 /11/2016 that was advertised for R349.00 but when the transaction was done, I received an sms from my bank with a total of R2007.00 that was deducted.

I immediately phoned (+[protected]) them and sent an e-mail ([protected]@bellavei) to their support to give me a refund. I received a e-mail back saying they cannot assist as the product is shipped already. I asked but why was it shipped if I sent a e-mail to cancel the transaction.

They told me I have 2 options, either they give me a 50% refund or I ship the products back when I receive it but at a 15 % ship fee but yet when I read the T&C's after they have told me that in, it state you can get a refund anytime. Falls advertising

I have mailed them Numerous times but I still have not received any order i would like a full refund.

BellaVei this website is a scam, do not buy anything from them!

I accidentally found this site and decided to give it a try. I was quite interested in Bellavei products and made an order. As a first time customer I purchased a promotional package and when I checked my bank statement I realized they charged me twice for one and the same order. I sent them a message and received a reply several days later, it was an automated message stating that someone from Bellavei will contact me as soon as possible. One week later I sent another message and received the same reply back. This website is a scam, do not buy anything from them!

this company and products is a big scam! please what can I do?

Unfortunatelly I found this site and make an order. I purchased a promotional package and when I checked my bank statement I realized they charged me twice for one . I sent them several messages and received a reply several days later, it was an automated message stating that someone from Bellavei will contact me as soon as possible. One week later I sent another message and received the same reply back. This website is a scam, do not buy anything from them!

I PURCHASED THE NUVIANTE EYELASH ENHANCER IN APRIL 2018. I'M STILL WAITING FOR THE ITEM TO BE DELIVERED. I'VE SENT EMAILS TO THE COMPANY AND ALL I'VE RECEIVED THUS FAR ARE AUTOMATED RESPONSES. THIS COMPANY MUST BE EXPOSED AND PEOPLE MUST BE WARNED.

I bought the Follicle Hair Growth tablets from BellaVie. What a load of [censored] it turned out to be. I took the whole course and not a hair grew. I would actually like my money back as this is false advertising. Do not trust these people or their product. :( :(
