Bella Terra Cosmetics - Girl from Israel, Sandy, she said she just travelled back a few weeks ago.

She grabbed me and started applying foundation & was pushy & aggressive. She continued to bring out products and I kept asking her the price to which she kept saying don't worry, we can discuss "soon after I put this makeup on your face". "how pretty you look, you look so young" - she just kept her sales pitch. She caught me at a vulnerable moment, and I cannot afford this.

The products are in the same bag she put them in and threw the brushes in.

I need to have a refund please. This is the third time I write this complaint.

I am not threatening anyone, but I will be discussing this with my lawyer, the consumer government agencies, including a journalist who investigates this type of practices. I am also going to communicate with the mall administrators who permit this as well. It's embarrassing that I need to do this, I tried to get her help, but she had no empathy.

Claimed loss: I am a widow and elderly woman of 68 years old. I cannot afford this. I felt pressured to purchase these products, I have never purchased makeup this expensive in my life.

Desired outcome: Please refund me the entire amount of $378.82 by crediting my account. Galería 131, Houston, Texas invoice 5305 Tuesday, 21 November 2023 at 2:45 pm.

It’s almost 14 days but we will attempt for the 6th time to communicate to return the products to Sandy for her empathy to receive them.

I cannot stress enough how vulnerable I was, how the technique used to pressure sale/buy was used with total disregard to my person.

I’m a recent widow, living totally on my social security, first & last visit to Galeria 131, Houston Texas.

Please, I need to return these products for credit to my debit card.

Sandy - please

I continue to read reviews and this is a scam. This is the way they operate, they lure people in the malls either exterior or interior, they grab you and start talking really fast, and they make you feel like you are pressured to buy the products. I am so embarrassed and sick to my stomach how foolish of me to be tricked at this age, unemployed, widow, and living with the only SS income.

I remember her face right next to mine and I cannot believe how I kept asking the price and she would distract me showing me more products - it was horrible, she was horrible.

I am writing to Consumer Affairs, Legal Entities, the Galeria Mall Administration, and Journalists that do this type of reporting on scams to elders. I may not receive a credit to my Debit card, but I will continue to be active, continue to report this. I've read so many reviews that this company permits this type of business practice, this is not the only one. They have scammed so many people, Shame on Them !

Bella Terra Cosmetics - The unethical and unacceptable behaviour of the representatives

I really wish there was an unlike button for this store for this [censored]ty outlet of Bella terra cosmetics in Memorial city mall. They have the most worst representatives there and customer service who force people to buy products and try makeup and when you deny they manipulate you to buy the items. I walked out of the apple store and a lady called out asking me to try the makeup. They forcefully put make up on me and argued with my family members when my family members and I constantly told them that we are not interested. They refused to let me go and I was on the verge of calling the cops for this harassment. They are a bunch of jerks working there as this "so called" brand's representatives who force people to put their make up on are extremely pushy and unethical. The guy named David and other two females with him are just horrible! I had to shout and yell at them to get the stupid make up off me that they did forcefully, and the way they constantly kept manipulating, talking about irrelevant things and distracting by asking about personal information and forcing us to buy their products. It just hampered my entire shopping mood. I wish I could throw the products on their face and burn their outlet there! @Memorialcitymall should take action on these guys and turn down their store! I will also tweet about this and make sure this reaches the highest authority!

This by far the WORSE product I have ever purchased. I have bought product from kiosks before that were amazing. I was looking for a new regimen, so I listened. All the products went on my hand or wrist. Being in the medical field I should have known better.
I got home with products, and used them. Face wash, toner and moisturizer.
I sat in the doctors office (urgent care) for two hours on Christmas, paid $50 to be seen and another $50 in medications because I am highly allergic to the product. Unfortunately the receipt says no refund, however, the salesman said full refund of there are issues. He already knew his disgusting product was going to have issues and now I see, I am unable to a a refund. This why America is the way it is. FDA has to approve everything supposedly good for us that is made in America, but allows thieves from other countries to come in and sell products that hurt American’s. The malls should be ashamed of such products hurting their customers. I won’t shop at Bay room mall ever again. I’ll take my business on-line where there are no more lies and things CAN be returned!
Bella Terra Product CT’s you are trash and Hope who we sues you makes you feel what hell is supposed to feel like because that’s exactly how I feel with ice packs and burning medications feel like in my eyes!
