Bell Mobility review: charged for a phone number for two years that has never been resolved.

My wife has had [protected] for a great many years. She got a Apple phone
that had issues with two years ago. We had a 30 day warrenty and on the 31st day it malfunctioned. We tried many times over to have it resolved and with no luck. in fact apple wanted a large deposit to look at it. thats not service.
We then had to get another phone, put the number 1271 on it and get another number 930-3361 to cover the apple that did not work. We tried for ver montha to resolve this and for months to not be paying the charges each month. We talked to so many people that said they could help and did nothing but hang up on us.
Today i explained many times over and over and was put on hold more times then I could count. Went to lotality department 4 times and four times i was disconnected. Asking where is the phone? well we got fustrated with no help my wife gave it away.
There was only a month left on 1271 number and we were told that we would have to cancel that number and change to 3361 if we wanted to contineau with service. We have been bell customers for over 15 years and this is not loyality to a good customer. Fustration is at an all time high as we were to get results and all we got was neglect.
Tell loyality to call my number 930-2534 and they insist on calling 1271 instead. my wife is sick and can not talk for long periods of time. My bill climbs and climbs and yet its paid and yet the service is downright bad. Phones we do have work, tv satilight works great, but the customer service is a reaso I write. If I decide I had enough I may look at going else where.
All I ask is that we keep 930-1271 and we have 930-3361 removed with no charges back. thats all. but its getting hard to have even that conversation with people.I pay over 385.00 a month and feel that is crazy for residential.
so for two years I have paid 60.94 x 20 months for nothing.
