BeeFlyz Holiday — refund or on hold holiday
I have make a booking to travel to Japan on 25 December 2019 with the Bee Flyz Holiday via Airasia. My husband has slipped disc on 18/11/2019 which he was unable to move, he had an operation. On 20/11/19, the same issue came back and going to arrange another operation.
Doctor said he cannot travel at all as the disc will slip again.
Here I would like to file a report but the travel agent didnt want to provide me the booking number as it is a group tour and my family name have not been submit.
We would like to travel again after my husband fully recover, thus, asking favour to hold our tickets with airasia . Please advise for a better solution.
