BeautifulHalo Did not receive the item I ordered and paid for.

Karen mannos I ordered a ceiling fan on july 10, 2020. Order # 1540407 and never received it. I have left messages on the chat line with no resolution. My cell ph# [protected] my office # [protected]

BeautifulHalo I purchased $75 a lamp. It was the wrong size and it was damaged.

I have communicated with paypal and the seller. paypal's final answer is that I need to send it back. The cost to send it back is $362.00. I would love to have a refund but at this point would settle for $50 refund. I sent pictures to Beautifulhalo but can't figure out how to download for this. My order was placed on May 16 and received it on July 22. It had been exposed to heat so the lamp is miss-shapened and won't hang right.

BeautifulHalo Misleading and no refunds, no phone number

Bought 2 lights. Sent me tracking info but fedex said they have not received it. They provide no phone number or customer service or updates. After 3 weeks we asked for a refund. We keep getting automated responses. The chat room appears to be someone with NO knowledge. After getting them to respond a month later they said its on the way when I actually already received it. They finally said they do not provide refunds. RUN and DO NOT USE THEM.

BeautifulHalo Order on June 6 and June 7

I ordered sweatshirt on june 6 on order number 1498377 and on june 7 I ordered a hoodie on order number 1499782 and have heard nothing. I wanted to order another hoodie but will wait to see what happened to these orders. Please check on these orders and let me know what is going on. My name is john jensen at [protected]@comcast.net. My first e-mails say (bad request} when I go on them.

BeautifulHalo Order

Ordered 5/17. Contacted company on 5/27 when I had no shipping info, even though I paid extra for faster shipping. 5/29 received reply that it was still processing. Expected to ship in 2-5 days. Contacted again on 6/6. Received reply on 6/10 that order was dispatched from China and running behind due to reduced number of flights. Should take 3-6 days to transship. Contacted again 6/18 since no order yet. Received response 6/22 that it was returned by customs but would be reshipped soon, not to worry. Responded to please refund as this was purchased for a Birthday gift that was now a month past due. No response. Contacted again on 6/25 for refund. Finally response on 6/30
We are processing your order, hope you can keep it. To express our sincerity, we can offer you 5% off, would you like to keep the order? Please advise.

are they kidding? 5% off. Please. This mess has been ongoing for a month and half now. Had I known the order was coming from China, I would never have ordered in the first place. Don't guess I will ever see the hoodie or the money.

Do not buy from this company!

BeautifulHalo Order #1478863 - date of order: may 22, 2020

My payment for the item was processed the same date as the order and has already been handled by my bank.

I allowed a sufficient amount of time for delivery to be handled to
Santa cruz, ca.

I have contacted beautiful halo by chat asking for an update regarding the shipment - now that has been several times. I wrote email to support to provide me with information. I was unable to see the actual tracking information. I also had to verify that I was charged for the order. I indicated more than once that this was a gift for andres and I was the one charged for the order thru my bank, leona r. Puente. I ordered this gift via my login [protected]@email. Arizona. Edu. I rechecked that he had not been billed by pay pal.

I have placed several requests for updates and nothing changes. The order is listed as "pending" with a? Under orders - beautiful halo. When I have created a chat of inquiry, I am told to inform "support" at beautiful halo.

I have no confidence that anyone where I requested the item and paid for the item knows where the item is or if it really has been shipped.

I would like to request a refund as soon as it is possible.

At this time, I cannot refer anyone to halo.

This order has been handled in a very erroneous way.

BeautifulHalo Customer service, shipping, refund policies

Beware! Been over a month - only received 1 unit of my 2 unit order. No phone number, no email address - I am so stupid for doing business with this company. No instructions inside unit. They shipped it on a boat! That was never presented up front!

BeautifulHalo Tiffany Chandelier with parrott

Its been a month since ordering and paying on pay pal. No word from company. No number to contact them. I paid my moner to them and yet no communication with them after 30 days, just processing on my account page in addition to stating that payment was received.

I ordered April 25th I have not received my package they charge my card they will not answer my text I need help they would not reply to any of my texts More will PayPal. I have complain and takes PayPal and I keep getting a ride around to keep going online it's still not getting any answers do not have a phone number that I could call so I just want my money back or the product soon my phone number is [protected]. BeautifulHalo Did not receive 2 items I ordered.

Ordered 2 hoodies for my 10 year old girl on Feb. 20, 2020. Those items have been in transit from China since that time. Customer service is useless and cannot offer any help. The tracking system is in Chinese and will not translate so you can see if the items are in the US. CS keeps telling me they are sorry, but nothing is rectified nor can they tell me if I will receive the items.
This company should be run out of the US and not allowed to have businesses in our country.

BeautifulHalo Order of a sweatshirt mis-sized

I ordered a sweatshirt for my son on Dec 15th, choosing shipping that would enable it to be here just in time for Christmas. On Dec 20th I signed in to find that it had not even been shipped yet. I requested a cancellation of the order to which they asked why. I told them I had found one $10 cheaper and no longer needed the order. It took them several days of back and forth to finally convince me, with a promised 10% refund (which never happened) and a quicker shipping to get it here as close to Christmas as possible that I gave them the go ahead, believing they'd follow through. They did not! My item arrived two weeks after Christmas and was TOO SMALL! (Yes I checked the size.) I continued with my previous;y opened ticket, asking for an RMA and address to send it back as it didn't fit. I was told I had to start all over again with a different email address. So I did.

Same run around including "Why not keep it?" when it didn't fit AT ALL. NO REAL answers after back and forth. I was told I'd have to pay for the product to be returned and I was offered $4 back of the $32 I paid for it in the first place. (Don't forget I also have to pay the return shipping which was going to be very expensive according to them.) What a rip-off. I will NEVER EVER do business with beautifulhalo again! Way to make an impression on my first time buying from you.

BeautifulHalo game over hoodie

I had recently ordered this product and it's been a little over week and a half since the 3-5 business day shipment email but I have not received my hoodie. The hoodie was in the maroon color and we had used my parents credit card to purchase said item. We have tried contacting the company over and over again with no resolve. We would at least like to know if the hoodie has even been shipped or not.

BeautifulHalo purchased ladies jacket

I paid expedited freight to receive in 2-4 days. Did not receive for 2 weeks & missed my event. When I did receive it was to small & I had ordered a size larger than their size chart had indicated. Trying to return for a refund since November 4th. They refuse to give a full refund. They finally have offered 30% refund but insist to subtract the shipping fee I paid up front from the price of the item also. Item shipped from California & now they say can't do anything since home company I'd in China! Just want a full refund I will pay return shipping!

BeautifulHalo sales chat was absolutely horrible!

Told them promo codes (I had 3 codes that should have discounted my items). When on the live chat they just responded "welcome" to every question I asked. I asked for a manager and they responded with "happy new year". I told them they lost my order of intending to spend $220. They said "see you". I cannot believe this type of thing can continue!

BeautifulHalo product not received - bad customer service

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BEAUTIFUL HALO! If I could leave NEGATIVE stars I would. These people are frauds. They kept telling me my items (ordered for my son's Christmas presents) had been shipped & to be patient. When asked for a shipment date & tracking information, they refused to provide details. I kept asking & they kept dodging my questions. The only response they could come up with is, "We're sorry, but the shipping company hasn't updated their information." After asking again I was told, "please close the ticket so we can proceed to the next step" (once you open a help ticket, there is an option to close it, but it states, "If we have RESOLVED your issue, please close this ticket" -obviously they had no intention of resolving my issue). When pressed even further for the name of the shipping company, the date shipped & the tracking number, they told me they had intercepted the parcel & I could re order if I wanted. I found it interesting they could find the information to track & intercept the parcel, but couldn't provide me with the details. I'm still disputing the transaction. Total scammers!

BeautifulHalo product not received

I ordered 4 x hoodies on the 26th November 2019 from this company. I cannot get a tracking number out of them and they keep telling me it's on the way.
I've now gone through all the reviews and I'm horrified that nothing has been done about this company.
Surely there must be a way to shut down this website considering the number of complaints that have been posted?

BeautifulHalo ceiling lights

AVOID - Illegitimate site, scammers and poor communication. Their staff lie!
I contacted them on live chat after an order arrived broken, they told me to submit a ticket, there is no phone number so I did. They said 1 working day, 2 days later another live chat, this person says 3 hours, another 72 hours later, nothing... 4 days later, I still have this huge ceiling light that needs collecting, but they want me to send it back, and want to charge me shipping which I PAID for! Insanity.

These people are dodgy, it is not a proper company, the are unprofessional, rude and their products are awful.

BeautifulHalo tiffany lamp arrived damaged, despite insurance you are refusing to refund

We bough a tiffany light from your company (order 1303173), we paid £10 extra for the 'shipping insurance' and when the item arrived (a week late) it was broken, so we contacted the company, sent photos of the damage and asked how we can send the item back and get a refund.
The refund was refused, you just told us you'd give us a discount if we repair the item.
I don't want to have to repair something that should have been packed properly in the first place.
You are the worst chinese company I have ever dealt with and wherever possible I will avoid buying anything ever again from chinese companies
