I'm a travel agent in sarasota, florida I booked a gatlinburg rental for a client and paid an extra $200.00 dollars for a pet and a 200.00 deposit when my clients where checking in the key was in a lock box outside the rental and was rusted my client stated it took them 20 min to get it open after one week my clients came home I requested the deposit be returned and was told my clients would not get there deposit back becaused the lock box would not open for the next person like this my clients fault please this company has no intentions of ever returning your deposits knowing it would be unlikly to pursue legal actions over $200.00 as far as I'm concerned there theives dont be suckered into this scam
