Baymont Inn & Suites room/facility

Upon my arrival on September 21, 2019 I pull into the parking lot and there are motorcycle's everywhere. I had to park on the outer lane just so I could check-in. There was barely anywhere to park I barely found the spot I got. Upon check-in we had to walk around the bike's just to get into the lobby. We enter our room and get ready to use the shower and my friend told me to come and look at the bathtub. I entered the bathroom and looked at the tub. It looked black as if it hadn't been cleaned. I rubbed it and told her that it was the surface(needs to be resurfaced). Then I was sitting on the toilet and notice a match stick under the sink and to myself I said no one swept in here. I went to use the tissue and discovered that there was only a little bit on the roll and no other one to replace it. Then there were biker's running down the hall like little kid's. As we returned from our function there was no where to park due to the biker's had taken up all of the parking space's in the front. I was livid. We had to park all the way around the back. I told my friend we can use the side door. Get to the door and the pad was gone with just a hanging wire. I was even more livid because we had to walk all the way around to the front door. Then at 8:30 a.m. the biker's were leaving out. They were playing loud music and revving their engine's. This disturbed my sleep as I had to get back on the road in a few hour's. Upon check-out the Manager(Darrell Metcalfe) asked me how was my visit and I told him horrible and he asked what was the problem. I told him about the bike situation and he told me while pointing his finger that I could have parked in the back(as well as the other issue's). I told him they should have parked in the back and that I'm a paying customer as well. I told him that just because they are biker's they get to do what they want to. He said no I told them about the noise and revving their engine's. I said apparently they didn't listen since it's still going on. At that point I informed him that I was reaching out to the corporate office. I had left mad and I went back in and him and the cleaning supervisor were talking about it and I asked him his name and he told me and handed me a card. I was asked in the beginning where I wanted to stay and I asked her what floor were they on because I didn't want to be near them due to the noise. The only reason we didn't change room's was because we were tired and had a lot of stuff to switch out. Also, I tried to put the heat on and it never got warm. I have obtained a cold since the room was so cold. Needless to say my stay was not a happy nor enjoyable one.

Baymont Inn & Suites bed bugs in room # 222 and poor customer service skills

Good afternoon All,

My name is Ms. Stephanie A. Pinkard and I'm writing this letter because I was a guest at Baymont Inn and Suites - Davenport, Iowa Room # 220 this past weekend, 14 September 2019.

On Sunday, 15 September 2019, prior to checking out, I woke up and began making up my bed and I saw a bedbug, crawling on top of the sheets that I had just slept in the night before. This is very alarming! And to add insult to injury, my Cousin Janice, was asleep and she jumped out quickly after I told her that ther's a bug in my bed. We contained the bug in a plastic and we immediately started pulling back the mattresses on both beds and in the process, the other bed where my cousin was sleeping had bugs under her mattress pad and after pulling the mattress cover off, there was a blood stain that didn't look to old! That blood stain looked reddish brown.

Soon afterwards, Janice contained the other bedbugs in a plastic bag and we of course, took pictures. What crossed my mind was, why hadn't the cleaning crew noticed the blood stains on the mattress pad? It's evident that the cleaning crew are not doing a thorough job in changing the bed linen at all.

I followed protocol and informed the manager on duty, Michelle and she provided me with the names of the other manager, Dorothy, and the name of the General Manager, Cory DeGroot. I thanked her, but, she didn't seem to care.in fact, she said that she doesn't know why people bring bedbugs into the hotels. I thought "Really" and I looked her dead in her face and told her that me and not anyone in my family brought bedbugs to this hotel! After a few minutes, she tried to do some damage control, but it was too late! I accepted her handwritten information that lists the points of contact that I needed to compose this email message. Sad!

On Monday, 16 September 2019, I called the hotel and spoke with Dorothy. All I got from her was that I needed to speak with Cory and I tried to call him, he wasn't gonna respond. I thought, Oh well. I can't wait to send this email message. These managers don't seem to give a damn about their guests and it's evident that they're shifting the responsibility on each other! Not one of them even went up to Room # 222 to inspect or quarantine the room! As of today, 17 September 2019, I have not heard from anyone at Baymont Inn - Davenport. And on all occasions, I have left my telephone number.

I have attached pictures of the creepy pests that I showed to Michelle and I asked her if she wanted to keep them as evidence. She told us to throw them in the trash.

At this time, I am very disgusted and frustrated and I will not stay at Baymont Inn - Davenport again! I am requesting a full refund for my restless night and/or some type of compensation for this terrible experience. I repeat, I do not want to stay at Baymont Inn - Davenport hotel every again! travelled eight hours from Kentucky to attend a family function (Gully Family) and I have never been so sleep-deprived and annoyed in my life!

I look forward to hearing from someone from Baymont Inn - Davenport soon, as this matter needs to be addressed and RESOLVED as soon as possible!

It's Stephanie Pinkard. I rented both Room # 220 and Room # 222. We had a family function this past weekend. The bedbugs were in Room # 220. I have provided my contact information and no one from that establishment has bothered to contact me period!

Baymont Inn & Suites baymont by wyndham lawrenceburg july 23 to july 26 2019

On July 23, 2019 Steve & Lorri Colyn email ... [protected]@yahoo.com phone [protected] We checked into Room 218 and 216 there were 2 difference couples ….
ALL THESE PROBLEMS OCCURED

1. TV's not working
no remote on seconrrcd TV
2. Wetpaint (just finished being painted only 30 min before we checked in)
got it on clothes and arm
3. was in there about an hour bad headaches cant breathe due to heavy paint smell
4 tried to open the windows but the windows are broken and won't open can't expel any fumes

5.got in the shower and the shower rods broken (got water all over the floor)

6.can't turn on the fan in the bathroom it's so loud squealing
7 cant fully shut bathroom door the bathroom door is all falling apart at the top

COMPLAINED TO MANAGER so they move us in the middle of the night t a torn up room
8. Packed up and moved us to a new room 103 ...the other couple went to the 3rd floor...still heavy paint smells!
9 IN ROOM 103 debris all over the room from a torn up hot tub. TOOK PICTURES (attached)
10. TV does not work
11.floors are not clean (sawdust and wood slivers from the torn up hot tub all over in the carpet)
12 bathrooms not clean
no toilet paper no blow dryer.. it's been taken off the wall

12 boards with nails sticking out of it from the hot tub torn apart

13went down to breakfast and very little food on breakfast bar...didn't get refilled until after 8am
14. Sat down to eat and there were bugs crawling all over the wall I TOOK PICTURES! (attached) l I didn't notice but later saw them all over the table and then crawling all over me had to get up and take my plate and go clear in another room
15. Made several complaints to not only the workers but the manager Ron Burton which I was told that I would be compensated for all of the mess he said he would run a credit through on my credit card I EXPECT NOT TO CHARGE ME FOR THE STAY. but that never happened!

16. I have called Ron Burton over six times trying to get this resolved but now he said I needed to contact the corporate office

Baymont Inn & Suites bed bugs

Rooms 423 and 424 bed bugs company has not treated. Guest complaints of being bitten
Housekeepers do not chnge the sheets. Reginal manager is more stuck on sleeping with the front desk clerk. Night front desk ian is constantly getting high and eating cookies.. There was a couple good houskeepers tho. One of which always smiled and was happy to help even though i was not on her chart for service. I called to tell them about her and they fired her for something false. Smh talk about right and wrong...

I was wrongfully terminated due to the company accusing me of theft I had punched out and was going to a fellow employees room to use the restroom due to the factor of not wanting to use the guest restroom for my privacy .at that current time my fellow employee gave me some can goods from a food drive to give to another employee .the following day I had worked all day even spoke with the regional manager. that afternoon and as I was leaving she even told me thanks for all your hard work and the minute i walked out told my gm that i was to be fired. Why was this not addressed at that point? the following time that I was scheduled to come in I was informed by text that I was no longer to be employed there for stealing kitchen items which are bulk items and they are breakfast foods and that they supposedly have this on tape .when I requested to see the video I have not yet to see it when I wrote a letter and was promised by my general manager that she had my back all the way cuz she knew I didn't take it .come to find that they were sticking firm to their decision and yet still have to produce a video for me to see or a video for my general manager to view. In the time of working there the company has yet to pay me for 120 overtime hours that I had worked between two buildings never had a write-up never had one guest complaint in fact I have letters from guest stating that they valued me as an employee there and trusted me in going to their rooms and not take a thing I also have an award from the general manager stating best housekeeper of the month in that time I still have not been paid never got my two raises I was falsely accused of something my pride has been taken from me defamation of character all the way and now I'm stuck without a job .. this company states that they take pride and their employees and value their employees hard work it's a lie the harder you work the more they attack you. Baymont Inn & Suites hotel

Upon arrival there were wet towels outside of the entry door. The outdoor walkway concrete is a fall risk with cracks and areas crumbling. In the lobby we witnessed the male manager/owner in a verbal argument with a female customer, who warned us not to stay at this hotel. Our first impression was not the best so before checking in we asked to see the room we were to be assigned. The clerk behind the front desk showed me the room, which not only appeared outdated, but smelled like a cold cigarette. The couch appeared worn, as did the carpet. The bed frame was longer than the mattress that was setting on it. The outdoor pool was reportedly closed for repair for two weeks and was just reopening. Apparently they weren't finished as there were white hoses laying on the pool deck. We were not impressed by what we heard and saw, nor were we comfortable staying at this establishment. We decided we were not going to stay at this hotel.
We were in Michigan for a girls getaway weekend and used Reservations.com to reserve our room. Because we used Reservations.com the girl at the front desk could not cancel our reservation. The male manager/owner refused to come out of his office to speak with us. Contacting Reservations.com did no good because the reservation was sold to Priceline.com. It was a complete runaround trying to get our money refunded. When using Reservations.com you have to cancel the reservation 24 hours prior to your arrival date. Wyndham was contacted and our concerns about the hotel and our reservation refund were reviewed. Wyndham's resolution was to refund us one of the two nights!?!? What a horrible way to do business! Obviously Wyndham does not care how their name is represented by franchise owners and is they cared about customer satisfaction they would have given us a full refund along with an apology. It would have also been nice to hear that they would be inspecting this hotel to assure it was meeting the higher standards that I previously thought Wyndham had.
We ended up staying at the Marriott Residence Inn and were very pleased with the cleanliness, the professionalism of their staff, the location and continental breakfast. We also paid less!

Baymont Inn & Suites roaches in room/ swimming pool chemicals/ did not get room cleaned

I rented a room at the Baymont inn and suites in Crestview fl on 8-30-19 I paid 142.00for the night, when we was laying in bed, there was cockroaches crawling on the walls and on the bed. On 9-1-19 I rerented the room and took my 2 sons swimming in the pool and the pools chemical levels was so strong the my son's faces are beat red and blistered from the strong chemicals. The hotel attendant came out to the pool and closed the pool down due to another customer complaining of the high chemicals. When the attendant came out to the pool to close it, she informed us that the company that is suppose to keep a check on it has not been there in some time to maintain the pool.my 2 sons look like they have chemical burns on their faces.they are in great pain and says it hurts real bad.i am highly mad about this. My kids are 8years old and 10 years old.on 9-1-19 the housekeeper came by and asked if we needed services and I informed her we was gonna be staying another night and yes we needed house cleaning. She told me she would clean our room last and give us time to leave the room. We stayed gone all day and when we returned that evening we opened the door to find our room was not cleaned at all. I paid almost 250.00 for 2 nights and I am very unsatisfied and mad about the situations. I am considering getting a lawyer about my children's faces. Baymont Inn & Suites hotel was so horrible.

1st room we thought was OK until I pulled back the blanket and under it was a whole family of gummy bears. They were under the bed and on the floor I was scared 🤣. Room 2 we thought was OK until we decided to watch TV. It was stuck on the Weather Channel. I went to close the curtains and it looked like the gummy bears from the other room tried to attack the person before us and the tore up the curtains. I went to call the front desk and the phone was missing. Room 3 ewww we walked in and were greeted by a plunger. The toilet was running and soooo gross. The lamp shade was turned over and the window looked as though those damn gummy bears attacked the people before us and they were trying to escape out the window while a crazed elephant was trying to eat the gummy bears.(spit and smudges and hand prints and smeared god knows what was on the windows). Room 4 was OK, the humidity was bad and there was tape on the window over a crack, but we were out of choices and the TV worked. With no sign of those damn gummy bears we could at least rest. It also seemed semi clean, minus the entry light not working and the strange smell. Would I stay here? Never again, but the front desk lady was awesome and enjoyed my assumptions on why the cleaning staff didn't do their job. (I think she was working with the gummy bears) 😉 Professionaly at this point we should have been given a refund a bottle of water something, sadly we were just moved from room to room.

Baymont Inn & Suites overpriced stay for two nights at this property

Friday, August 2, 2019 and checked out Sunday, August 4.

First impression of the Baymont Inn at Waterford, WI: employee smoking out front sitting on a bench that is about to break (I sat on it myself waiting for a ride). The ash tray is filled with cigarette butts.

When entering the building, no one at desk but finally a women appeared. She was the only pleasant person in this building. She was accommodating with our registration.
Rooms were nice, clean and fine for our stay. They are, however, way overpriced. We had to get 2 rooms for 2 nights (had a family reunion near by) and this was our only option. I realize the Fri/Sat night stays do cost more but $175 (with tax) for this place was way overpriced. Breakfast was adequate but nothing exciting. I am not complaining about this but for such an overpriced room, I would think you could have something a little better.

After checking in late afternoon we went to get ice for a beverage and the only ice machine in the building was not working. Stopped at the desk where a gentleman was working who said let me check. I will give him credit for trying but he brought out a bag of ice that looked to have been in a freezer for years. He opened it and put some ice in our bucket but it was frosted over, had stains from whatever was in the freezer. It was disgusting. again, if your ice machine doesn't work, perhaps a credit or offer GOOD ice would be best. We had to purchase ice a few times for cold drinks in our room.

Basically my complaint is rooms are overpriced and the employees were not friendly. Never once said thank you for staying with us, did not even smile. My niece managed several properties and agreed this was not a great stay. I'm not asking for an entire refund but certainly a reimbursement for partial stay would be welcome. The 2 rooms for 2 nights cost me $696.68. That is way over priced for what we received.

It would also be a plus to have your employees smoke behind the property instead of out front, smile once in a while and look like they might at least be interested in working. We stayed at a Wyndam Super 8 recently in Liberal Kansas for $72 one night (weekday) and the breakfast included sausage and eggs.

Resolution: refund of perhaps half my stay would be appropriate!

Baymont Inn & Suites baymont by wyndham located in flint, michigan

This hotel was in a decent location and was clean. After about an hour of check in, we witnessed water pouring out of the bathroom light fixture! We went to the front desk to tell the lady that was working, and she said that this isn't the first time that it has happened. We asked for a different room and was told no! We asked to speak to the manager. The manager was not on site. We could not reach the manager by phone either. The woman working said the only thing she could do was have maintenance clean up the water. I asked for a refund and received a very rude "You are not getting your money back!" I should have called the fire department! Water and electricity do not mix! Every person in that hotel was in danger! This is not acceptable! I hope that this hotel gets fixed! I would like to receive a refund for not staying at this very unsafe hotel!

Baymont Inn & Suites unauthorized charges

Manger Ashish Patel made an unauthorized transaction of $228 to my debit card on August 5. He also entered all of my information (name and address) incorrectly in a seeming attempt to thwart my efforts to retrieve my money. He is conveniently unavailable to correct his error. I did purchase a suite for one night on August 2 for $114. I reiterate, the charge for $228 made on August 5, 2019 by Ashish Patel was unauthorized and unlawful.

Baymont Inn & Suites room smell and lack of cleaning

I typically don't have problems with hotels I hook when traveling however I couldn't let this lack of housekeeping get by without a complaint. We were visiting for a football tournament and this particular hotel was chosen for the team to stay at. Upon checking into my room there is a no smoking sign however the entire lobby and room when entering smelled like smoke. I had stained sheets, I cleaned toilet and bathtub. This is definitely not acceptable if I'm paying close to $80 plus a night. I expected this from a $39.99 a night motel. See pics below

Baymont Inn & Suites everything

I would give it 0 stars if possible. My wife and I checked in a little after 7:30pm on July 24th 2019. They say that this is a pet friendly hotel but they made a comment about our service dog. So obviously they aren't very pet friendly. There was very little toilet paper. There was a red stain on the wall where the toilet paper is at, not sure if it is dried blood or what. There was only one bath towel for 2 people. No cups for the coffee or water. The mirror is all spotted up where people had brushed their teeth. The mirror outside the bathroom was dirty. The floor looked like it was never vacuumed. The cover on the remote to hold on the batteries is broken. The TV at 1st wouldn't even come on. Called front desk and told her about the toilet paper and red stain. She brought us the toilet paper and all she could say about the red stain was yeah I see that. Then she said that they were really busy the night before. She got the tv to work. The tv screen is very small. And they have no HD channels. So whatever we watched the picture on the screen was even smaller since there were no HD channels available. Check out is at 11am. We checked in after 7:30pm. That gave them 8.5 hours to get this room cleaned properly. To pay $168 for one night at this hotel and to have to call to get toilet paper and everything else is ridiculous. We went to get their breakfast at 6:30am (breakfast is served 6-9am) and by time we got back to our room the breakfast was cold. The eggs were powered eggs and didn't taste good. We ended up having to go get breakfast somewhere else. We took pictures of everything and showed them to Trina as we were checking out. She took out names and number and said that she'd have the GM, Ron, call us as soon as he gets in. She apologized and explained how busy they were but also said that there was no reason for our room to be like that. We couldn't switch room because the hotel was booked solid with another tour group there that night. This is by far the worst hotel we have stayed in. Anywhere else would have been better than here.
The GM Ron called us Sunday morning saying he spoke to Trina and she explained to him that she saw all the pictures and he apologized for our horrible experience. That he was going to investigate it all and that since we booked our stay through Priceline that we would need to contact them to get a full refund. He also said that he'd call us back at 1pm. He never called. I called Priceline and they called the hotel and Ron was gone. I also called the hotel and was told Ron was gone for the day and would be back at 3pm on Monday and that he'd call me Monday as soon as he gets there. So I called the corporate customer care service number and filed a report.
Ron never called me on Monday so at 4pm I called him. He was rude, hateful and yelling at me. He said since I called the corporate number it takes everything out of his hands and now I need to deal with them. He said he sent me an email, but he never did. Just like he never called me back as he promised that he would. Then he hung up on me. I was mad and called back and told him that was no way to treat a customer. He said he didn't care and that he was done talking to me. I asked him for the district managers name and number or at least someone above him and he said he's the only one and I need to call the corporate number. I said that I will and he hung up on me for the 2nd time.
I called the corporate customer care line and was told that Ron turned in a report denying our claim saying that there was nothing wrong with the room and that we were lying. And that we never asked to be switched to an another room. There were no other rooms available and we have pictures of everything so how are we the ones lying? The lady at corporate took notes of everything. She suggested to call Ron's boss. I told her that he said there is no one except them. She said that was a lie.
For a GM to lie, yell and hang up on his customers is ridiculous. For him to treat his customers in that kind of manner is ridiculous. He's the GM.
He's the one who's supposed to set an example for his employees and be the face of that hotel. My wife and I never asked for a refund. He's the one who said we'd get a full refund. If he would have offered us another night stay to show us how the hotel and the rooms should look we would have done that. But now after how he's treated us we will never stay at that hotel again. Which is a shame because he's making all of the Baymont by Wyndham look really bad.

Baymont Inn & Suites maintenance issue

was in pool area and was really hot. tried opening doors/windows but due to poor maintenance they were VERY hard to open. had the desk person helping also. a person was pulling on the door and fell on the table where my glasses were, damaging them. there is video of this. brought to the attention of the manager and was told they`re not broken. while they are in 1 piece they are loose on both sides and do not fit properly. i would like something done about this. waiting !

Baymont Inn & Suites service

We got there on July 27th. Should have been up to check in by 2 pm. Unable to check in—- rooms were not clean yet. Finally got keys after 3pm. Got to room-keys did not work. The kids got in pool. I took them out -pool was not clear like it should have been. Went back to room to give them shower. Shower head would not work- called maintenance again- took 30 mins to fix. Finally got shower. When to dinner- came to
Room - keys did not work again. Maintenance came back. Got in room. AC was not working called maintenance again. Went to office to get towels and if we could get another room. A lady from another room was yelling at the clerk and asking people not to check in. We slept we no AC. Sweating and hot. I ask for discount on the room. I never got reply back. We have stayed at Wyndham Motels before and we were really satisfied . The maintenance man was very nice. I stayed on July 27th.

I will try to be brief. The whole place was disgusting, there was a notice on door that I spotted after paying that it was being redone. Rugs all stained sticky rails, doors counter you name it. up 2 flights of stairs and to the right was a black hall way with big sheets of plastic all torn and truly I was afraid. our room was old, barely nothing but the beds, dirty tub, sheets looked clean so we stayed I pulled in there because I thought W. My husband was not feeling well and at 80, he needed rest. The hampton down the street had a water problem so we couldnt stay there. MY QUESTION is it was so bad why didnt you close down and then renovate.You gave your company a very bad name, the next morning the check outs were all complaining. THEN instead of a fair rate for a dump I was charged 118.89.I pulled in there because I thought WYndham was a good name, guess not I feel bad for all the people that are still paying to stay there. Not me again.!

Baymont Inn & Suites everything

The hallway was leaking on my way to my room, iron was missing, bedside lamps didn't work, shower was disgusting, hole in the bathroom wall, no comforter on the bed, refrigerator was broken.. it was the nastiest place I have ever seen . I will never stay here or any other of these chains again. I would rather sleep in my car. I slept on top of the sheets lying on my bath towel from home. I left at 5:00 am so I could shower at work in the locker room. NEVER AGAIN!

Baymont Inn & Suites cleanliness

My most recent stay at a Wyndam hotel was by far the worst. I checked into the Baymont in Jacksonville, N.C. for one night for a promotion ceremony the next day. As someone that travels often and has stayed at several Wyndams, this is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Being military I have stayed in better abandoned homes in the middle of Iraq than this hotel room. I cannot believe I was charged for this room.

Problem: Cockroaches, other insects I couldn't identify, broken AC, broken night stand, 1 inch gap around the door (looked like a SWAT team had busted it down), broken shower head (disbursed more water toward cieling than nozzle), a TV that was on its last leg that was so dark that it couldn't be seen with the lights on, and lastly a opened Barr of soap that was broke and missing half so it looked as if someone opened it to break and use half.

Should something be done about this or if anyone has any questions and would like to discuss this please feel free to contact me. Until then this will definitely be my last stay at a Wyndam hotel.

Baymont Inn & Suites compensation for my inconvenience

My name is Renae, I was your guest at Baymont Indy East location, from the 19th of July to the 21st of July. Our group of 10 have been annual customers of your hotel for years. Myself for the last three years. 

I checked into room 304 on Friday night to discover that the toilet was not secure and the iron was not in the room. I called again to the front desk to ask for assistance with the issues. Also requesting to be placed in another hotel room. The young lady stated that she couldn't change rooms, because the hotel was sold out. She then requested for me to come to the counter and not bring the items (towels and iron) to my room. It was later stated that the maintenance issue was completed. 

I called again to the front desk to have someone to look at the toilet because it has become an issue my better half had fallen off of the toilet. The young lady at the front counter stated that she would send maintenance first thing in the morning. 

The next morning we called about 9:00 am to inquire about maintenance and our towels. He came up with a screwdriver after being misinformed by the front desk about the issue. Now to add to the room's ongoing issues I turn on the shower faucet to have brown water come out and the showerhead and faucet is running at the same time. The tub isn't draining the water out. I tried to use the room phone to call and now it isn't working. 

I am now frustrated and inconvenienced by the ongoing issues. I have no working phone and no other room to change into. I spoke with Brittany the Front desk manager and she stated that it would take 48 hours for the General Manager Brandi to resolve my issue. Two emails later unreplied and no phone call.

Again I checked in on Friday 19 July and 21 July I am left with no resolution and a hotel bill that did not uphold it part of our agreement. How are you going to compensate for the inconvenience for my stay? Please respond by email or phone 937.673.4551. I would greatly appreciate it.

Baymont Inn & Suites hotel stay in flint michigan

We checked in on friday 7/19/2019.Comfim number 81882ec024516.
Upon arriving we were greeted well with the staff, but we were notifited that the elevator was out and that we would be having to use the stairwell. Thats where this gets bad. My 28 year old son is handicapped, stairs are not the best thing for him. We were successful getting him up, but with alot of anxiety. You see, the stairs were caution taped off as closed due to the floor being ripped out and there were no lights.The staff used flashlights and did the best they could. We were informed that the elevator would be fixed asap. So to my dismay the next day the same thing. This time my wife and son and myself had to use the unlit, nail protuding stairs yet again. There was foul smell throughout the halls and room. On the second floor there was mold growing in the ceiling . We were in room 223. I am requesting a full refund and a apology. Also the stairwells had a closed note (not to be used) and no lights. The staff did the best they could but as a company they should have never been put in this situation.

Baymont Inn & Suites hotel

I have never NEVER been so disgusted by a hotel.Staff was horrible. Suppossed to be non smoking but was obviously not! Smell made me have an asthma attack. No air in the room finally got moved at 10 pm at night to to another room. there were pee stains on the mattresses. The other guests stayed in the pool until 2 am and were obnoxiously loud. I rented 2 rooms because I thought Wyndham had a good reputation and this is the 2nd hotel I have been disgusted by. I feel like you may wanna rethink attaching your brand with these horrible hotels. I used Lysol but the smell was so bad. I can not believe this is a Wyndham hotel.I am so sick. I used my points for one night and paid for another!Please help me understand how this could be a Wyndham resort hotel? i didnt think it would be a 5 star but at least a clean place.
