I agree with all the folks here. Baydownloads had this ad on their site stating US$ 4.83 subscription till 6th July 2009 Midnight and I bought it on 5th July 2009 afternoon Indian Standard Time. But actually $ 39.95 were deducted from my account which this site never took the responsibility for. At the same time, this site had & still has an ad for CCIP CBT Nuggets however, they just don't have it. When I asked for it, they sent a link for PIX which is no way related to CCIP & is now considered obsolete by Cisco. If anyone over here knows how to file a lawsuit on an internet site, then please let me know, I am going to sue this site for sure.

I' was screwed by this company big times, the way with their website when I signed with them months ago.

They never charged me any extra 40$ because I reacted right away, though they did charge me extra 4$ for every trial that I never requested. You have to contact every single one of the customer services, online payment method, and websites right away, and let them know that you don´t want any recuring bill from them. The catch is that if you don't the consent is that you agree to be charged every month for each one of thos trials.

Thank god I didn't have to cancel my card. If this happen don't forget your right for a chargeback. The beauty of it is that your bank may charge those companies for any extra fees. :-)

Damn Fraud, I signed up for a $3 DS rom, now they charged me $48.11 for something I have no idea.
Did you guys get your money back? how can they get away with it? wish I search it up before.

Same here...I freshly signed up the 3$ subscription and they sent me 3 emails for porn sites with recuiring subscriptio...no way dude...I am trying to contact them all to cancel my subcription..From all that I read here they seem to send you different subscription...Mines where :

http://www.cupidcams.com/ this one says that there are no monthly fees and that I will be charged only If I purchase something on the web site...but I went there : https://secure.netbilling.com/gw/native/selfservice1.2 to sign off anyway...I will see what the story is.

My question is did any of you got access to baydownload proper? If yes can you contact them?

Google should remove this website from the results...Im sure you all got that website because its one of the google search results...

i cancelled the same thing the same day i got it-had to cancel 3 sites.They still took 58 pound from my account 3 days later.I double checked, and all 3 sites were cancelled when i did it.Are robbers.have sent to visa to sort out, and e-mailed them 3 times and they haven't replied, so obvious something dodgy going on.And i did read all the small print b4 i did it, but didn't count for much!Stay away from anything to do with ezhelp4all-they run lots of porno sites, and get people to register for files that they don't have.Is an obvious scam, but i just don't understand how these people can keep doing it.Have read many complaints about the same thing from this site...megadownloadpass, bookmark and Discount Video Pass are the ones i got

I have been scammed by them too! Unfortunatly for them, I live a relatvly short distance from them. I have someone going to check them out discretly, so I know what I'm dealing with, then I'm gonna pay e'm a visit with pliers and a blowtorch!
