Tickets to the US were purchased from this company. An employee of the company filled out the top part of the ESTA paperwork on the computer for the entry into the US. Unfortunately, this was not noticed until the immigration officer pointed it out at the Zurich airport. After much running around to fix the issue and after fees were paid to correct the problem, the traveler was told that he may be put back on the plane once he arrives in the states due to the mistake. Luckily, the traveler was able to visit the states. Upon arrival back in Switzerland, the traveler went to the office to inform the office of the problem and asked that he be reimbursed. Traveler is still waiting for reimbursement of extra fees. The main office in Steinhauser was contacted and a Martin Schuester (spelling?) stated that "the final responsibility is the travelers". That's not what their website states, "Don't leave anything to chance, when it comes to planning a trip; trust the professionals at BTA travel first".
