Baskin-Robbins Chocolate chip ice cream

While dealing with the everyday stress of Covid-19 restrictions, homeschooling, virtually working with other stresses, I normally find joy in the little things. For many years Baskin Robbins Chocolate Chip and rainbow sherbet has been my favorite.
My local grocery store now sells the pints of ice cream and I always take advantage of the sales.
My latest experience was horrible. I wanted to just enjoy a quiet moment while the family was asleep. Having a new grandbaby, 2 daughters, my son and husband always home I rarely find time for me.

I opened my container to enjoy while watching an episode of Hell's Kitchen and to my surprise, there wee barely any chocolate chips in the container of ice cream. I ate through and tried to find some but no luck.

There has to be Quality control in the future.
~A very disappointed customer

Desired outcome: I would like a refund for this container. I only paid $2.50 being as though they were 2/$5

Baskin-Robbins Seniors, we matter.

I am filing this complaint on behave of the 65 and over group that does not have access to a computer or phone and/ or no knowledge of using it.
The 75th Birthday, registering with your phone of hash-tag. This is not fair.
We like ice cream and would love to explain ourselves but we cannot.
I am one of the seniors that do not know how to use these new phones. It is like when you get a certain age you are forgotten about. Why?
You just cater to the younger generation.
I love Gold Medal Ribbon. It is the best ice cream I have ever had. Wish the stores sold it. Just one piece of advice. Add more caramel to it.

Baskin-Robbins Cheated by baskin robbins and swiggy

Hi, I am surbhi from kolkata. Two days back I ordered ice cream from baskin robbins via swiggy. My total bill amount was around 3600 rupees. While unpacking the boxes I thought they weighed lesser than what I had ordered, so I weighed all the boxes one by one, only to discover that I had received half the quantity of ice cream
For eg: a 1 litre box of ice cream weighed just 350-400 ml by volume.. I immediately complained to swiggy and substantiated it with pictures of all the boxes.
Swiggy mailed me back saying that they cannot do anything about it. the least I expected was at least a refund of half of my bill amount.
It is very upsetting to be cheated like this and is unacceptable.

Baskin-Robbins Service

Went in to get some ice cream with my girlfriend. I asked for a smoothie and was told they are not making them because they are getting ready to close but their posted hours say they close at 9pm and it's was 7pm. They were very rude about it. I will not be going back to this establishment anytime soon. They treated us like we were inconveniencing them for just asking.

Baskin-Robbins Milkshake

Iam Dilip from chennai (India) I just visited baskin and robbins-kodambakkam branch. I have ordered for black currrent milkshake and the lady working there added just one scoop blackcurrent and a tea spoon vanilla ice cream and milk for preparing the shake. But to my knowledge as iam regular customer to baskin aand robbins two scoop of wat ever flavour selected should to be aadded to make milkshake. When I asked her the same she was so so rude in answering me back. Service is worst. Please take necessary action. Attached bill for your reference. You can cantact me - +91 [protected]

Baskin-Robbins Baskin Robbins does not care about its customers

To keep this review as short as possible, I will try to summarize:

1. Baskin Robbins is taking advantage of the coronavirus situation. I usually buy 4 prepaks for $28 and instead, needing it delivered since we are high risk and have to stay home, it costs $54.50 for the same amount. I looked into it and it isn't the delivery company doing this. Baskin Robbins is charging approx. $48 for the same 4 prepaks. The rest are the fees charged from the delivery company which is fair.

2. I had a black hair in my prepak. I am a redhead. I was disgusted and because of the virus very worried. I have never had a hair in my ice cream before and got anxious that I could catch the virus if the person whose hair it was had the virus. Instead of letting me know the day they were contacted if I could get the virus that way, they made me stress out. I told them it is causing me stress and they didn't care. I asked what day it was produced and had to wait for an answer. It turns out the date under the container is a year from the date made. I gave them the info on the bottom of the box so why was there a delay to tell me the production date?

3. I ended up spending time researching and calling public health and writing e-mails. Baskin offered me 1 prepak for all that happened. I said that 1 prepak should replace the one that had the hair AND I deserved more for what happened and the stress and work involved. They asked me what I wanted and then disregarded my response. They are giving me a total of 1 prepak to make up to me for all the stress and work I did and the replacement. That isn't fair.

4. Just in case anyone wonders, this was from the corporate office that didn't care. They are the ones that handled the entire situation. I later wrote the CEO of Dunkin Brands that owns Baskin Robbins and he never bothered responding.

5. I have been a loyal customer of Baskin Robbins for decades. They DON'T care about their customers.

Baskin-Robbins Bill issue

Dear br team, today we had visited your br outlet aath rasta laxmi nagar nagpur location. Time 12 - 12:30. I had visited along with my family and the the bill which was told me is rs. 273. Only one staff was available during that time. When I ask for cash invoice he said due to some it issue he can't give me the bill. When I said, "then being a customer how should I know what was the amount you charged me?" he again done some work in system and said your total amount was rs. 278 and you will have to pay 5 rs. More. He had shown me in system. Now my question is, being a customer I am having rights to get my cash invoice, then why didn't you pay at outlet? When I had asked if you are having some system error please give me manual bill and he was ready to give me manual bill but on one piece of paper "is I was not standing under the roof of street side shop?". This is the way "br" will issues bills? Either your staff was doing manipulation / unfair-means because if he can show me bill on system but why can't he print the same? If genuinely you have system issues let update costumes during conversation and tell customer if you want to speak with my superior you can speak.in store please mention contact number / mail id in case customer is having any concern. Baskin-Robbins ice cream through its outlet at southern avenue kolkata india

Dear sir/madam,
I anirban ghosh a regular user of baskin ice cream from kolkata india am shocked to understand that the quantity parameters maintained by baskin through its outlets are a huge concern.
Yesterday on 21.10.19 around 9.30 pm through food delivery partner swiggy I had ordered a 700 ml california almond ice cream tub. On receiving the same from the southern avenue outlet I found that the quantity given is much less. I had my doubts and hence rushed to the outlet and asked them to weigh the ice cream. It appeared that the weight of the tub was only 222 grams. I had paid for 700 ml of ice cream. I was also told that for 700 ml the gram conversion as per baskins official chart was only 368 gram. This was also bizarre and I asked them to show a proper chart from baskin whereby they can show such details, since they are charging per ml, but delivering per gram and hence cheating on quantity.
I and not sure what standard baskin is following and what their protocols are for ml and gram conversion but any layman can understand this is illegal and wrong.
I would like to know the detailed conversion procedures and answers as to why was I cheated by the baskin s outlet? Also need to know how such outlets are operating and what future course of action baskin is taking.
I would like to to initiate legal proceedings before the appropriate authorities and file proper complains to ensure no outlet of baskin cheats its customers.
Pls note that the delivery guys name was samar kumar at southern aveneue kolkata outlet and his conversations and weighing has been recorded. The same shall be produced before relevant authorities as and when required.
To cross check the conversion I found that a sealed 450 ml baskin s tub comes at around 368 grams of ice cream at the outlet only. The delivery guy stated that baskin tells them to deliver less for orders through swiggy since they charge hefty commissions.
This is awful and would like to hear back from you.

I have ordered 1liter of dark chocolate and got 4.50 grams and also ordered 700ml strawberry Icecream only to get 368 grams what is going on here . What is the India weights and measures doing about this ?

I wish to complain against the baskin Robbins store at Matunga, Mumbai. I had previously ordered a 700ml icecream from them and since the weight was far less than expected, I complained to them before my next order. The person at the store clarified that a 700ml box contains only 393 grams icecream as per the company's instructions. I looked up the same product on Amazon and there a 700 ML box weighed 697 grams. All my orders were through swiggy. I have given my feedback to them but also wish to report ot to the concerned authorities at Baskin Robbins office. Kindly take note that if you are charging for 700 ml and delivering only half of it, its deliberate cheating.

Baskin-Robbins false advertisement of menu choices

Today my wife, two young nieces and nephew went for a treat to the baskin robbins in the Soledad Santa Rosa store. The wife and kids ordered their treats and I wanted a banana split but was told they fo not have any chocolate syrup or whipped cream despite the fact the banana split was on the menu. I felt insulted that my so called banana split was not complete. I will never visit this store ever again due to how I was lied to and treated by management and employees of this store.

Baskin-Robbins 2 scoop sundae

I seldom complain, but this was over-the-top ridiculous. My wife and I were on our way home from an appointment in Brea and decided to stop by a BR for a hot fudge Sunday, and a cone. When my wife saw the 2 scoop sundae, she questioned the girl if it was a 2 scoop.. yes was the answer. When she gave it to me, I said I thought we always get "2" scoops - she said that is what the girl said it was. We are LONG time customers of BR, and that was NOT a BR 2 scoop. There was 1ea "very small" ball shaped scoop, plus less than half of that amount added. We didn't make a fuss, but ate our icecream and left. Sorry, but we thought you should know - this was so blatant, you could lose long term customers.

Baskin-Robbins cake inquiry

1) I am trying to call up baskinrobbins head office @ [protected] in Malaysia for more than a week to inquiry about cake model. But unfortunately I cannot reach them at all.

2) Since I am unable to reach head office. I am calling to outlet to check the availability of the cake model. All the branches mentioned to me unable to do preorder and only able to walk in to buy the available unit from outlet.

3) I do not believe an international branding ice cream company providing such lousy services. This is outdated customer service in current market trend.

4) I will never buy any cakes from your company and will share my experience with your company to all people that I am known.

Baskin-Robbins service

During lunch hour, I visited Baskin Robbins at midvalley branch. I wanted to try out some flavours before deciding which flavour I was going to buy. But when I was requesting for trying 2nd flavour, I got questioned am I just trying out for fun?! I felt not respected by the seller. She judged her customer's purchasing power for buying their products! I wouldn't want to buy the ice cream which I don't the flavour, hence trying is where most ice cream/gelato shop will do for us to choose our favourite flavour! This is the worst branch I ever encountered. Please improve!

Baskin-Robbins customer service local baskin robbins 78245

To all this evening I went through the drive through and ordered what I thought was a frozen mocha latte. I said Mocha moo latte, a product from Dairy Queen. In the confusion I showed a picture of what I intended to purchase and order. I received the wrong thing at first, but your staff was quick, friendly and expedited to fix my mistake. Thank you I went tonight 9/03/2019. 8:00:09 order #775. Thank you to all who helped me receive a very tasty product with outstanding service. I purchased this order by driving by myself for my wife, daughter, and I. Everything was terrific thank you again. Bravo Zulu

On Yelp, you'll see feedback specifically for Mariana Alicia Alvarez. There are pictures of her ignoring customers, hiding her face & eating ice cream, while talking on the phone at work. She is Toxic to interact with and is detrimental to the Baskin Robbins image. Mariana is beyond rude and will drive all customers away. My specific Yelp Feedback below.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! I wish I could give it negative stars, but this is the lowest rating available. Arapahoe location management & service from the ghetto staff is terrible. This location is co-located with a Baskin Robbins. Selected an Ice Cream cake for my daughter's birthday, and they charged me an extra dollar because their computer had it listed $1 more than the actual item. When I questioned them, they claimed it wasn't their problem because the baker wrote the wrong price on ALL of their cakes. When I told them they should only charge the prices listed, their "manager" Mariana Alicia Alvarez (the unkept, dark haired skinny girl, with piercings throughout her face) copped an attitude. I guess she was upset because she had to override the price and mark it down by $1 dollar. I simply recommended they needed to fix this by either contacting the owner (speak directly with the baker) or someone use a marker and change the prices on the remaining cakes to reflect the correct price. This would avoid any confusion in the future. Mariana again copped an attitude and told me to "get out." Really? Mariana is young (19), immature, and doesn't know how to treat customers. How does a person like this even get a job in retail, much less get to be in charge of a location? Keeping her in charge will only continue to ruin this location. Mariana needs to be removed from interacting with any customers at ANY LEVEL, hide in the back and stack napkins or take out the trash.

Baskin-Robbins rude behavior of counter staff

The Counter Service staff was very rude, first didn't listen to my order as he was busy with his phone, then spoke very rudely at a loud voice and kept arguing. Very impolite. Had to leave the outlet with the minimum transaction. As Mr. parminder mani's behavior was very bad.
Hope Baskin Robin provides better quality of counter staff with proper training

Baskin-Robbins scooper/cashier

I visited Baskin Robbins in my home town of Santa Paula around 8pm on Sunday, July 14th. I was told "I'll be with you in a minute" by a female employee to which I replied "thank you". I scanned the dipping cans for your peanut butter, chocolate flavor and was ready to order. The same employee asked "are you ready?" I said "yes, I'd like a single scoop of your peanut butter chocolate on a sugar cone" while I was naming my order, she was talking softly to her co-worker. As she scooped my ice cream, I continued to look outside toward my vehicle. Once she was done she asked in a rude tone "is that all for you?" I barely responded and handed her my card to which she very rudely pointed to the terminal and exclaimed "enter your chip there". Once my receipt printed, she half-assed handed it to me while continuing to talk to her co-worker again! I literally had to prevent my receipt from falling on the ground. My receipt says Sarah on it as cashier. I've had rude service before, she was intentionally mean, rude and snooty. Big thumbs down for Baskin Robbins in not training their employ6to at least be professional. WOW!

Baskin-Robbins bad service and left customer and counter alone

I am now at the counter to buy and takeaway an ice cream cake. I asked for some dry ice. I paid but am left alone standing at the counter without anyone around. The cashier just walked away after i paid. The ice cream cake is left at the counter.

I have now waited 10mins alone . Am still waiting.

What kind of service is this?

Baskin-Robbins vendor dealing with baskin robbin outlet in my community

I to bring an incident to your notice. I ordered from Baskin robin sector 16 faridabad, India . The ice cream that i ordered was not what was delivered to me. The pictures for the sundae posted on the Baskin robin zomato page was not what my order looked like.

After receiving stinky ice creams with stale taste, i posted a review (from one of my family member's account) on zomato for baskin robin sector 16 zomato order. Immediately i received a call on my number form which i had placed an order. I received 3 calls which i dint answer as it was 10:00 pm and too late for my schedule to be awake . I got a message from the same number (screenshot attached in this email) where the person who called had written that he was calling from baskin robin and wanted to talk on the review that i just posted. the moment i called back the guy (from baskin robin calling from number +918000100400) he started abusing me asking how dare i put such a review on zomato. He did not ask me what was the issue i faced or what went wrong with the customer considering these people work in service industry, He talked super rudely and mocked me asking "if i have ever tasted ice creams before" and "if not i am free to go and try some other ice cream brand that suits my taste". I constantly reminded that guy that he is in service industry and he isn't suppose to talk like this to which he said "Oh please, give me a break". we ended up in big unprofessional argument with lot of abuses. After this call, i again wrote on the review citing the example and stating the incidents as it happened on my same review as another comment. This guy messaged me on my personal number right after my second review saying ' Double Thanks'. And after that he kept messaging me on my personal number and telling me to give him a break and saying nasty things to meet .

Baskin-Robbins quantity of my order

I have just received my order delivered by talibat, i waited an extra 20 minutes and when it arrived I am shocked at the quantity in the basket ? I ordered as usual a 10 scoop bucket, I received 10 half scoops ? The bucket that is normally full was half empty? I believe it was supplied from the Maboula's shop in kuwait !
I have pictures of the delivery enclosed! Can someone please comment and report my displeasure !
