Rick Masters at Barnaby & Wolfe was a sales person who consistently called our company to try to solicit his business services (credit/ collection agency services). We informed him we had already signed a contract with someone else. He proceeded to call for the owner, literally every 5 seconds. i told him about 20 times he was in a meeting (he truly was) - yet he continued to call. He called us names and said he hopes we all get fired. He said he wants "self-gratification" for all the time he put into pursuing our case - by us being fired and by talking to the owner. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL and VERBALLY ABUSIVE. Not a good company to work with!!

      Totally agree about the company and Masters. He hounded me for my business and then didn't collect anything for me and couldn't even verify that he had tried. After I cancelled the contract with them (months and months of nada, including no updates) he gave MY name to several collection companies so that I now get calls for various other people who are delinquent. They are a waste of time, abusive and don't get results.
