Bargain Bunch I got half of the order

Its the worse "company" ever, I ordered lots of items more than 3 months ago for $600 and it says the purchase went successfully, i was wondering why i didnt get an email confirming the purchase. Next day I got an email saying that the payment didnt go through so they sent me an invoice for $ 200, i paid the invoice, they sent me another invoice with the remaining price but I didnt pay, I googled reviews abt this company n i was shocked by the number of ppl complaints, i was so angry n sorry i ddnt check bfr, they kept sending me the invoice and I told them first send me the items i paid for n then i will pay the rest, after 2 months they sent 5 of 10 items i paid for, they actually sent the very cheap ones n ddnt send the more valuable ones, i kept emailing them what abt the 5 missing items n they were saying we will send them soon which they ddnt, i tried again n again but nothing changed...im just glad(and i dont know y) it was devided into 2 invoices otherwise i would have lost $600 instead of $200...they r just stealing people's money, awful customer service, they do not answer the phone n ignore most of our emails. i dnt know how they r not closed due to hundreds of comlaints

Bargain Bunch Paid for items never sent to me

Order Number: 6264149
I ordered 12 lanterns on 02/04/17. I received 4 out of the 12 lanterns on 02/15/17. I emailed [protected]@bargainbunch.com and asked when the rest of my items would be arriving, as I had no other tracking numbers or information.
They got back to me on 02/16/17 stating that I have not received my complete order, and that they did not feel I had to wait up to 14 days for the results of the package tracer. Therefore, they personally approved a new shipment which they said would be leaving their supply warehouse in 2-3 business days. They told me I should be receiving a new UPS tracking number by email. As of 03/22/17 I have received NO INFORMATION AT ALL as to when the rest of my order will be arriving!
On 02/24/14 when I still had not received a UPS tracking number, I emailed again and informed them. On 02/26/17 they emailed me back and stated that I most certainly should have received the tracking number by now. I still, today, have not.
I emailed again on 02/27/17 asking the status of this tracking number and again on 02/28/17, 03/09/17 and 03/20/17 all which have been unanswered. I think it is so unprofessional that they have ignored multiple emails.
I emailed the "owner" with the email address [protected]@bargainbunch.com on 03/02/17 explaining the above. They emailed me back on 03/04/17 stating that my items did not pass inspection (first i'm hearing of this?) and that I would be contacted with a new UPS tracking number. When I still hadn't heard anything i emailed the owner again on 03/09/17 and 03/20/17 both of which were ignored (what a surprise!)

I spent $217.32 and only received one third of my items. My credit card was charged instantly and yet I still have absolutely no indication as to when the rest of my order will be sent. I have filed a complaint with BBB and now i am trying this website to see if this gets me anywhere. I am so beyond frustrated at this point I just want a refund. I will bring my business elsewhere and I will NEVER order from this company again.

Bargain Bunch Refund on order number 6210119

We canceled an order for a product in December of 2016. Bargain Bunch told us we would see the amount credited back to our card. A month went by and we saw now credit amount to the card. We contacted them again and they then told us it was now to late to credit the amount back to the card but would send a check out. February 2017 came and still no refund, so we contacted them by email again. At this point they emailed back and apologized and said they would cut the refund on the 20th of February. It is now March 8th and still no refund.
I found a customer support phone number but all you can do is leave a message...but you cannot do that because it is full.

Sorry, I cannot find the address to the company, but I believe it is in FL.

Bargain Bunch Refund - 1 damaged lamp delivered, second lamp never delivered

ORDER # 6115610- order placed August 4, 2016. After emailing eventually received one damaged lamp on 9/12/16. I requested a refund at that point in time and it is now March 7, 2017 and no refund. Various excuses included that they could no longer issue refund to credit card and must issue a check; the check story came in December. Now the check story states that refund checks are written on the 20th of each month. Still no check.

I called the customer service number and nobody answers and the voice mailbox is full.

every month I am promised my refund (approximately $140) and I continue to try to collect.

Bargain Bunch Mirrors, chandeliers

I placed an order on the 9th of nov. ...On the 17th of nov after no emails no tracking nothing at all . I contacted them and received an email stating some items were back ordered but where back in stock and in 2-3 days would receive a tracking#..Well on the 27 of nov i contacted them again and once again was told it was shipping out ...3 days later i finally received a tracking # except when the package arrived it was not all of the order only 2 items !
No other tracking # no emails
This is a horrible company to deal with buyer beware!
I have contacted them again and informed them i want a full refund and will be filing fraud charges with my bank and will be filing a complaint with the bbb..
I have a online store and could not even imagine treating my customers like this..
This is hands down the worst experience i have had shopping online..

Bargain Bunch Product was never delivered/DELAY in refund

I ordered centerpieces for my wedding reception. When a few weeks passed and I had not rec'd the shipment, I called and emailed Bargain Bunch. I was told that there was a delay in receipt of stock and that it would be rec'd within a week or two. When after that date, I rec'd nothing, I asked for a refund because I was not confident that I would receive the centerpieces in time for my actual wedding. I was told by Owner at Bargain Bunch that a credit would be applied to my Visa card. But, it would take 5 to 7 days. Now Bargain Bunch has had my $$$ for more than a month. And, I have rec'd nothing. It wasn't until I submitted a Credit Dispute with Visa that I finally rec'd notification from Bargain Bunch that a credit was issued. However, I still do not see it on my Visa. I would not do business with this vendor.

I placed an order on November 3rd, 2015, I have been given excuse after excuse about the shipment of my order. I have emails stating they shipped my order and tracking numbers, never once mentioning they only shipped 4 items when 22 were purchased. The order #5886096. I requested a refund once before, then received an email stating order was shipped only to wait yet another week for delivery, only receiving 4 items. The order was placed in good faith and paid for. A prompt refund is requested. Company is a SCAM.

I think this company should be going out of business. I ordered several items from them several times and have not recieved them for a few weeks. When i emailed them it took several days for them to respoind and said items are not in stock eventhough on the order site it said in stock. I still have 1 refund of 108 dollars that i have not recieved yet and its been a year. It took me almost a year with emails to them every week to get one of the refund back. Now still waiting for this refund.

Bargain Bunch Horrible!

Hello all,

I ordered lanterns for my wedding back in December – it is now almost March and I still have not received them.

I have tried to contact Bargain Bunch on many different occasions – and it seems as though I may be getting an automatic reply!

When I finally got someone to reply back to me, they mentioned I needed to pay an additional $39 as my order was being sent to a different country. So I did that – still nothing.

I then e-mailed the owner of the company who ensured me they are a legit company and they just never received my additional payment – well based on the fact that I need these items, I paid it and once again cannot get a hold of anyone!

Nobody will tell me if my order has been/will ever been shipped – I am so upset at these are for my wedding and I feel like I am a victim of fraud!

Can someone please advise me how to proceed!
