I have ordered 4 furniture items on 13th Nov.2023 at Bantia Furniture Dilsukhnagar, Hyderabad and paid full payment of Rs. 2Lakhs. Till date 6th December 2023, about a month now, I got 2 items only. Other 2 items are overdue and no one is taking responsibility to deliver. Dilsukhnagar Staff is always lying and making unfulfilled promises despite receiving full payment.

As a customer I am really suffering.

Nagaraju Sandhya Anusha are very irresponsible persons they use vulgar words with clients they deliver damaged products and talk all rubbish 2nd time also they damaged the product and wanted to deliver this company should take strict on these three stupids they are spoiling the reputation of company by sitting in the office hiw cheap vougler language they are using I request all complaint customers should file a case in consumer forum

I am a customer from Pocharam ghatkesar purchased 3+2sofa recliners from uppal branch which is in good condition.

Received 3seater sofa cum bed which was damaged and broken and the madam Sandhya reddy says she is a manager and she is using all filthy language.

Transport person said 2trips will cost 1400 morning they have delivered 1trip and 2nd in the evening and says pay more 1400 so we and transport person was having a discussion.

They Sandhya reddy entered and says.

1.Can't you pay 1000/- you have purchased 1.6 sofas

2.She says I am a middle class person.

3.then she says the delivery boys will stay in your home tonight do as much issues you want to do.

4. Used filthy language.

I want answer for the above statements who the hell is she to talk rubbish with me tomorrow I ll be in the store I'll see her.

I purchased new 5seater recliner sofa from Bantia hitec-city, it was torn at edge and I informed to Lawrence service executive at hitec-city branch, been following up from last 30 days, reached to branch directly twice, but still. No response, it was torn on same day on delivery, it was torn on trasportation, I am very much disappointed and dissatisfied with your service.

I bought dinning table from bantia furniture Kukatpally store Hyderabad on 1 January 2023.but they delivered Damaged chairs almost 6 jan. I followed up from 1 month but they are not replacing the chairs. They don't even pick the call

This is to bring to your notice that I purchased a WARDROBE on 14th Dec'22 from BANTIA FURNITURE, LB NAGAR NAGOLE branch, Hyderabad.

1) But when the wardrobe was delivered to my home, they gave only one set of keys and when I asked for an extra set of keys there was no response from them.

2) They did not gave pipe which will be present for hanging the clothes inside the wardrobe.

3) I requested to fix small bushes at the bottom of the wardrobe to keep safe from the water.

Total payment was done on 14th itself, No one is even lifting my call.

Pathetic company and irresponsible people. Have been asking for servicing from past 3 months but there is no technician available till date. This is kompally bantia. I regret why did I do the purchase from bantia when they cannot give that service to the customers. I suggest not to go to bantia kompally. With lot of patience we have been waiting for 3 months but seriously you guys are such an irresponsible people towards the customers.

I, Ramachandra Rao Seepanana, Retired Rdo & Sub Divisional Magistrate, purchaged 7 items including one Imported Dining Table(1+6) bearing HSN Code [protected] Vide Invoice No. 3971/3814/4014, dt. 30.08.2021 for a total cost of Rs. 3, 75, 000 from Bantia Furniture Company, Kukatpally Store, Hyderabad, Telangana State.

All items, except Dining Table(1+6), are delivered in good condition but all Chairs are damaged/broken & Scratches are there on D/Table. Immediately I reported the matter to the Branch Head, Easwar & the broken chair was taken back saying that the remaining 5 chairs & table will be Repaired/replaced. But even after perusing the matter for the last three months, no action is taken in this matter even though I agreed to Pay Rs. 25000 or 30000 more for the other D'Table to be replaced though it is not a perfect & Satisfactory item.
I therefore request to redresse my issue at the earliest, otherwise I am constrained to initiate legal action by approaching the Consumer Forum.

I purchased recliner 3+2 sofa worth ₹90000 @ ₹ 70000 I didn't get any assured gift. I purchased it your Warangal Telangana store. As per your advertisement there should be assured gift for my amount of purchase please provide sufficient information for this

I have purchased office chair on 18.5.2021 through flipkart. Now after 2 month only it's giving problem, While sitting on chair body is touching with metal road below the seat. Please resolve this ASAP.

Purchased 3 months back from bantia furniture, sikh road, secunderabad... No response from the seller.. Plz help me..

I bought u shaped sofa in bantia furniture kukatpally and the product delivered to my address with out giving me time to check the quality of the product . The quality is too bad and I want to replace it. I have visited kukatpally bantia store personally and explained the product quality situation. They have noted down the issue on a paper and said will raise complaint. But nothing happened till now. Am loosing trust in bantia brand.
Please make sure to look into the issue.

We bought a bed in Kompally, Hyderabad store last year. Since 8 months we are raising complaints. But there is no response. It was a damaged product we didn't knew while purchasing. Very irresponsible and rude behaviour by the store people. Dissatisfied and disappointed with the product and service also. Nearly 50-60 times we called them regarding this issue. But no solution for our problem.

This Nalla Sowmya reddy residing in kompally bought a dining table from kompally Bantia furnitures. We travelled out of country soon after we purchased the product and once we came back we found one leg broken of the table. Staff themselves promised the replacement of table and did not follow up for more than a week. My father again visited the store and asked for the same and was told that they just got the new piece and are waiting for the vehicle to deliver it then no response for 3 days, we called later and were told the same. We then visited the store for the third time and then spoke to manager Mr.Nagaraju who was very rude and he told us that they cannot replace it, we requested them as promised but they were very stubborn saying I dont know whom you spoke to but there was no other person than him since January. We then also realised that we were not given the original reciept but just the order form at the time of delivery by the manager in october to avoid paying tax on the product to the government. Also please note that we talk to different person representing as manager everytime we visit the store. I kindly request you to look into the issue and respond on the same immediately.

Worst service ever I had.
I usually change my furniture evry now and then and buy nwe one.
First time visited bantia and ordered a cot with mattress I asked the delivery within 3 days as I hv function in my house. They said 5 days and it's been 15 days they r still irritating me without delivering.
When ever I call they give some stupid excuses and escape.
Besides that they are also changing their words reg delivery charge.
I just want to file a case and shut that showroom right away.
After my incident I hv heard complaints frm many req that furniture showroom.
Take all possible actions on that manager.

I ordered dining table 16 days back but still I didn't receive my product. If I call to store they are not providing correct information. I am fed up with this and I tried calling multiple times. It's been soo long. They have mentioned me it would take 7days but now this is a limit. I need status of the product immediately. I am fed up and want to cancel my order. I would have got my furniture from any other place by now. I am a new customer for this and very poor service from you people.

I purchased king size bed in bantia Furniture tadban branch on 7/6/2020. In 3 months it's forming fungus to back panel. I gave complaint on 17/9/2020. They told me in 1 week they will send new bed but they haven't send. Again I went to check the status again they informed same in 1 week it come. I visited 3 to 4 times they saying the same reason. Till now they haven't send new bed and no response from them. lt's been more than 45 days now. Again I went to your showroom he asked me to pay again transportation charges I told I will not pay why should I pay to exchange the mr. Murgan nair told me nahi tede ja kisko boleta bolo ja. When I taking video on my phone in which way he talking 6 to 7 people round up and one person came and to tried take my phone from my hand in Harsh way and saying Lise that I taking video of lady staff. I try to record the manager video because every week he told that it in 2 days 3 days it will come. And even today also bed not ready and one of the person told it will take more 1 day. This is how bantia staff treating the customer. When I asked for justice staff tried to beat me and says I tried to take video. They have CCTV. Any one can check the footage date 2/11/2020. Time 7:30pm to 8:30pm
I need justice here.

I bought recliner sofa from bantia furniture as rao nagar and within one month the lever was not working.Its been 1year am following with them by visiting show room and also online.Till now no one responded saying that manager changed.after one year they sent technician and asked me to pay 3000rs as the warranty expired .it clearly shows that they want income from service also by selling non quality products. In fact they exchanged my very good condition sofa set and gave me this very poor quality condition sofa.Showroom manager is very harsh .Total money is purely loss and will never visit bantia again.

I have purchased a 3 +1+1 sofa on 25.05.19 3:30 pm from Boduppal branch they told that they will send the product by Auto but even after 4 hours they didn't send the product. I visited the shop again at 7:15pm but they shouted at me saying it requires lot of process to send the product to load in to vehicle. There is no pleasing and politeness from your staff. But, ultimately I don't refer my Colleagues, friends and relatives to Bantia.
