3+2+2 sofa set
I bought a 3+2+2 sofa set from Bantia furniture Attapur in December 2018. I complained on the day the sofa was delivered that it's not good and making noise when we sit. The delivery guy and showroom person said it's normal as it's brand new. Now the sound is horrible and we are embarrassed when guest sit on it... I complained multiple time and after 2 weeks a repair man came over and fixed it, but unfortunately the sound is more louder now and it's worst as a nail is coming out... I complained again but they don't even care and give run around... I need this sofa fixed, infact replaced with a good one... That's all.
Got a response from the Bantia escalation... Happy with the fast response...
Sofa set is not good and not working
I bourht one extra soft sofaset 3+1+1 from Bantia Attapur showroom on 27/6/2018 I am facing major problem in reclainer single sofa and i have contacted Attapur branch and given coomplaint 7 days back they told me that technitian will come and solve the issue within a couple of days no one came to my home I contacted the showroom after 2 days they gave me complaint no.141 and replied technitian will visit your home today or tomorrow. Till now no one came or contacted me.They have given one year warranty but within one month the soft set in not working. Chakravarthy
Sofa set not good
We bought a 3+1+1 Sofa set from Bantia furnitures made with Semi leather. They told that this is a very good artificial leather just after the leather and it is really good. But that semi leather damaged after usage of 6months. We called the company they told we are not responsible for leather quality and we can't do anything. We bought the product for 53K and now after one year we are getting nothing out of it. After that we came to know that Bantia is a worst furniture showroom to trust.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I ordered a cot at Warangal bantia stores I received a defective cot and defective mattress and pillows not received
After complaining some many times also they are not either replacing or repairing the cot headboard

I recently ordered for super soft sofa on 15, 11.20.untill now item was not delivered. Kukatpally staff also not answering properly. They are not at all calling. I have to call them ask for delivery. This shows their negligence towards customers. Now I am feeling very sad that why I has bought at Bantia. Try to give better service to customees.

We were told it will be delivered in 1 week, but it's been nearly 2 weeks so far no one is bothered to deliver it.
We told them it's emergency, still no speed up.

I am very much disappointed on Bantia Forniture I am received denning table in very very bad condition here no one response on my issue it 2nd hand denning table..,
I booked a sofa set 6 days ago with a commitment of the delivering it in 5 days. In spite of repeated calls there has been no response. The customer service executives are absolutely unprofessional When I personally approached them again the manager has no clue of the status of the delivery of my furniture. Absolutely horrible service
very poor service, its been 1 month i ordered an item online, still i didnt not receive it . when ever i call they they say we will send it tomorrow.
This is Samar, I bought dinig chairs set of 4 order number is 5808437 on 15th of august-2017 during sale. The item was to be shipped to west bengal.
I tried to get in touch with customer service at phone number [protected], I spoke to Mr/Mrs Farheen several time. everytime I heard, she will get back next day or in cpl of days. But it never happened. Today its 16 days since I ordered and its not yet shipped and no legitimate answers from the customer support.
Kindly look into this matter, if its not possible to ship then kindly cancel the order and refund the money to my account.
