The product was received damaged and I have been trying for over 6 months for them to resolve the issue. They lie that they are sending out a new product or the necessary replacement parts and provide a tracking number but do not send out the items. Theft and deception! The product purchased was about $600 so we aren't talking about a small product.

I have supported Banggood for quite a while now, years in fact, but with the current prices of most RC Hobby products, they have been increased dramatically.
What I have noticed is that after purchasing a product, the price of that product is slightly increased, and its not the rand to dollar exchange rate because that price will remain for a few days to weeks, then increase within a month or two to more than $12 (R190, 00 zar) and still increase slightly more with no valid reason, or perhaps I am failing to see that valid reason why the sudden price increase ?
Banggood MUST REVIEW their prices, especially... for International Countries with a currency that is weaker to the dollar.

I purchased items from the Banggood Australia warehouse as Xmas presents.
They were not what I originally thought they would be as advertised and asked for a refund. As they were purchased from the Australian warehouse part of Banggood I assumed I could return to the same address. I have been informed that in order for a refund I have to return the items to China. The postage costs will be just as much as the items I purchased if I have to send to China

I would like to humbly lodge my complaint against Banggood for supplying me with a wrong item that is not fitting on my car.

I bought MSport 3 stripes for BMW E90 and they supplied the wrong set.The advert for the item was apparently a slide show that showed two different types of the same product.

I need the Returning address

The vacuum recently failed to recognize the dust tank and the two-in-one tank.
The product is within the warranty period and I made my repair request in the Banggood app.
Banggood requested video photos and detected several problems. but never presented solution or how to return the product and to repair.
In their last messages they said that it would be a damaged switch and that they were going to fix a new one, however I expected that they would send me no message with the solution, but as I was 7 days without sending a new message, they closed the process as solved.
Banggood's after-sales service doesn't exist, they just want to sell and then they don't care about the customer anymore.

I've bought a product from banggood on blackfriday and they promised me a 1 week delivery service, when the day came I looked it up and realized that the product wasn't even shipped yet.

I then contacted them via email the way it should be and their actions about the problem were so terrible that it brought me here.

1st reply said they had a problem in the warehouse and I should wait up to 48hrs for shipping manually.

And then they did not do it. So I wrote them again and…

2nd reply: Sorry there is an issue of the shipping company side, they can only ship after mid of this month, could you please wait for it?

They want me to wait 1 month when it was promised 1 week and simple as that.

Tablet not working properly, still under warranty Banggood refuses to replace it and offer me 6 % discount on my next purchase

Ordered a Sculpfun Laser CNC machine on the 10-10-2012 Order no [protected]. Order was shipped on the17-10-2021. Delivery was Meant to by by the 10-11-2021. There has been no update to the tracking since the 24-10-2021. I contacted Banggood but could not get a reliable answer. Tracking number NEXAU8100099470YQ.
I would like someone to let me now what's happening.

Banggood purchase horror

I bought a Teclast F15S computer from Banggood on Jul. 23, 2021. It was delivered on Aug. 9. The motherboard was bad. The computer never booted. Banggood shipped a product that never worked. It seems it was never tested.

I opened a ticket at Banggood.com on Aug. 10. After many frustrating messages to/from Bangood, I finally returned the computer to China.

It took almost 3 1/2 months to finish. It is still "Held in Customs" in China for more than a month, After more than 100 messages and texts, Banggood finally agreed to refund Customer service seems not to care.

This company has a reputation that is horrible, especially Customer Service. 1.8/5.0. I can confirm that, except that 1.8 is WAY too high.

My advice: NEVER buy from Banggood, unless you have God's patience and don't need the money you paid. It may never be refunded.

Banggood refused to credit the shipping cost that I paid, except for about $3. Return postage was actually $79.70 from USA to China.

Banggood also refused to pay the $55 I paid to have the motherboard problem diagnosed by an independent Computer Repair company.

Banggood is the company from HELL. Buy from eBay or similar and you will be much happier. eBay has much more clout any any of us and will
force a quick refund if warranted.

I placed an order with the order number [protected] for the product I won from bangood's slash application on 23/11/2011. Bangood canceled my order on 06/11/2021 without giving any valid reason. Slash product application is an application made by bangood and I earned my product from this application.
I want the product I won to be sent.

I ordered four different SETS of hearing aids (this means 8 hearing aids total, two per set, i.e. one for each ear). Two of the sets (four hearing aids)could not be used because the sound amplification produced was not loud enough to be heard by my parent. I asked Banggood for a refund on these two hearing aid sets. They asked me to send SKU numbers and shipping information on the original courier packaging. This had been thrown out. I gave photos of the boxes the hearing aids came in. This was not acceptable. They then asked that a make video of the hearing aids making no sound. I don't even understand what that means and in any case I do not have any device to take a video (I don 't have a cell phone or a video camera). I also don't know how I would show the hearing aids not making sound even if I did. They did not respond to that. They just keep repeating the same thing----give us sku numbers and a video. At this point banggood won't give me a refund and keeps going in circles and videos and sku numbers.

Item does not work - mirror display does not - I have very fast internet 100mb with virgin media the fastest in uk for internet speedn and still the mirror function no work - please refund immediately I have also made a complaint on your webiste.

Please refund before I make further complaints about how your department operates.

You cannot even communicate with bang good online with a chat adisor you cut customers off.

Your website does not let you refund items especially where the item is out of stock and you have waited three months for it to arrive and then they dotn let you refund this company is a joke you have no communications skills or options..

I have complained to trading in several countries against bang good next step solicitors

I ordered " ABS Abdominal Muscle Trainer Portable USB Charging Workout Fitness Equipment For Body Building Shaping Sliming".
this was supposed to come with a USB charging piece that was supposed to go on the piece of material, however it came without it. it was also supposed to come with 2 arm bands and they are not in the package either. the only thing I got was the big piece of plastic, there are at least 4 things missing from this.

Order # [protected] or [protected] I have not received my refund of $20.85 from my return . The start of this was October 2, 2021. I did notorder this item.

Order number 104032023 is not showing up anywhere although payment notification from PayPay shows paid. What gives?.
Please find out why because the order was placed around the 8th Oct 2021 and should have been processed if not shipped by now.

To whom it may concern

The housing is on both front-sides heavily damaged (see enclosed picture). It is therefore not possible to turn the knob properly to adjust the output current-range.

I do the repair-work of the damage myself, beause the return to sender is to complicated.

It's been a week I am trying to get some solution from banggood, as I have received a package already opened and a non-working product. But since then the only reply they are giving is 'we will check the issue'. I have been asking them daily, but no proper response. It feels like a scam, as I got a rubbish product and they don't give me the solution.
