Banggood object not delivered and no refund by banggood

Purchased a phone by banggood, after 70 days they still not delivered the phone and they don't give the right indication from the phone location. the don't have a clue from the phone locattion. After so much time I do not want this phone anymore
According Banggood policy after 60 days without delivery I have the right for the full refund. Banggood denies the right for the refund without any proper information going against their policy.
Banggood is not a trusted or serious shop.
They will stay with your money .

Banggood no information regarding order status, support agents lying to customers

On July 7th of 2019, i placed an order on the Banggood website. The payment was processed and the money taken from my bank account, and the Expected Shipping date was now 2019-07-15 17:17:20.

After more than a week, the order was still processing and the shipping date was still the same (and it was now 20th+ of July), the information did not update.

I contacted the support the first time on the 22nd of July, and was told it would ship in 48-72 hours. After this time passed, i contacted the support again on the 25th of July.

I received an email on the 25th telling me part of the order (Airdots) were out of stock, reason why the whole order was frozen.

I asked for the Airdots refund, and on the 25th of July an agent guaranteed me it should be shipped in 24 hours (i have screenshots). Now 48 hours have passed and still no shipping information. NOTHING.

This is the worse experience i've had by far ordering online. There is 0 information about our orders, the customer agents just give you INCORRECT information.

What the hell is going on? 1 month has passed and i do not know when or if i am going to receive my items.

Last time i'm using this website and i'll make sure to spread as much negative reviews i can about this as i can. Despicable.

Banggood the product received by bangood caurier agent is not well. it's empty

Bangood scam with me . 2 month ago I ordered a product drone . On 24/07/19 package received by courier agent is empty there is nothing in the package . please help me by refund my money back on my Patym -[protected]. Caurier agent is abusing with me and say there is no help providing by us . Now, you can go. Please refund my money back for better surve in future delivery

Banggood electronic product delivery

I had ordered on the 25th of June, order acknowledgement of next day says shipped out and delivery within the 16th of July. All is fine and according to what was offered at the moment of ordering. Following day I was checking the relative tracking nr. and it showed on pending, from this point onwards, just horrible experience.
Contacted them several times, I was reassured that item had shipped out, it was just the system that did not update correctly, one week later I had discovered it was actually shipped out on the 3rd of July, because they run out of stock, whaaaatta... why didn't they inform me? Actually the tracking nr. showed shipped out on the 9th of july. from this point it started getting worse... lies and contradiction replies of all sorts of flavours, however, as of today I still do not know how many more days in the end it will take to deliver. I found it very unpleasant to deal with misleading information, just unfair.
Things can go wrong sometimes, but I should have been informed at each step of the process, so that i could have decided the next move, perhaps cancel the order and redirect my purchase elsewhere.
Cutting this story short, I can guarantee you that it is still a pain to deal with Banggood. I would definitely NOT recommend this web store. If I had the power I would have just shut them down. Even a a few seconds ago before posting this review; I had them to read before I was actually releasing it, they had the courage to deny the so many evidences... Cannot believe my eyes!
They still reply that is normal. ? ? so why am I complaining around?

Banggood missing contents of package

I had ordered one Xiaomi MI box on 08.06.2019 (at Banggood.com); order no. [protected].
On 8th Jul' 19, I received the package with item missing. There was a folded magazine inside instead of the ordered item. Also, there was a note from the Customs Officer (Kolkata) wherein it is clearly indicacted that there's mismatch in contents declared versus contents actually found.
Immediately, I reported to Banggood with pictures.
On 9th Jul, they have again asked for photos, which I have provided immediately.
Then on 11th Jul, as a solution, they have asked me to take up with local couriers for the missing consignment; shunning their responsibility for after-sales service. Is it the customer's responsibility to run from pillar to post for items not yet received?

Banggood a complaint about my purchases from banggood

Sinc last the 2nd june, I have ordered 4 items from Banggood. They should be delivered on the last 22nd of june.
I have recieved just one item no:6720940
I haven't received anything else.
Every day I contact with Banggood with emails and phoned their agent ZAJL to recieve my parcels. I really struggled to have my parcels. I waste my money calling their agent ZAJL and I waste my time writing to them and trusting them.
Although my adress is correct, complete & accurate. They told me bad adress and you have to pay double fees to get your orders back. How?
I received an order on the same address!
It is a fraud.
I refused and insist that my adress is correct.
They apologized and promise to re-dilver my orders, until yesterday they promise d to deliver them soon.
Today, again they said your orders are returning back to China because of bad adress.
Again they want ti steal my money.
I want a lawyer to sue Banggood and their agent in Saudi Arabia (ZAJL) for what they did to me.

My orders numbers which aren't delivered to me are :6720936, 6720938 & [protected].
Help me please.

Banggood 0.5mhz-470mhz rf signal generator meter tester for fm radio walkie-talkie debug

Received the unit in time . Thanks. This Signal generator is not working. Tested with Oscilloscope and by a Frequency counter also. Please advice me what to do next.

Received but not working - please see and act upon all previous correspondence

Company said would be delivered in june but then changed date and still not arrived

As previously stated, spend be 6 months per year in france and 6 months in uk. will now not be back in france until 14/09/19.

My experience with customer services has been appalling. please see all my previous emails.

Please give me an immediate full refund for both items.

Banggood 3d printer creality ender-3

I made a purchase of a 3d printer (ender-3) on 04/23/2019. order number:[protected]

Before the purchase I asked banggood if they would declare the value below the purchase value. they said no because this was illegal and would cause problems.
I did not want them to declare value below the amount paid.
I made the purchase and requested the invoice.in the invoice that was next to the product, the value very low was lowered, almost half.
Because of this, the brazilian customs (federal revenue) requested documentation to prove the value of the product and apply import taxes.
They vouch that the value was below and considered tax evasion.
They declared the value at $ 300.00 and the real value would be $ 250.00. they applied a 60% rate plus fine in 100%
Value of the fee r $ 714.11 + value of the fine r $ 894.33.
The blame of this fine is fully of banggood that did not follow the rules of sale and import.
I want banggood to file with the comprehensive payment of fine of r $ 894.33.

Banggood makes this kind of "scheme" to pay less export taxes and that is the buyer's choice.

It is not possible to ask federal revenue to return the product to the seller because fine has been applied.
If the taxa and fine are not paid the product will be destroyed or auctioned in the future.

I have tried countless times negotiating the payment of this fine which is the fault of banggood but they have not entered into an agreement.
They only offered the ridiculous value of $ 50.00

Banggood mi pad 4 tablet

I ordered the tablet from this company and it was stolen during the delivery. Since I was paid extra fee for delivery I requested a refund.
In every email they wanted a new evidence that I really didn't recieve the item.
I've sent them photos, videos of unboxing, the email confirmation of the postal company.
They don't want to pay. I've never met this kind of service ever.

Banggood they sent me a defective product

I have ordered redmi airdots from the banggood.com I received it but when I opened the parcel it was slightly crushed product seems good from outside but when I connected the airdots to my phone I have detected that the left airdot is low volume and noise of electronic sound in that and right airdot is draining battery so quickly within 10 minutes I have mailed and live chat with banggood till now no response I want refund or replacement of product and I have received it on 8 June 2019 order no [protected] help me asap please.

Banggood lostisy shoes

I purchased a lovely pair of sandals. The size as stated on the shoes is what I ordered, but the product itself is not. They are far too small. I ordered a U.K. size 10.5 the ones that arrived are marked up correctly but they are closer to a U.K. size 8
This is a con. Banggood does not have a returns option. Neither does it have a complaint s section. Contacting them is impossible. Once they have your money they are not interested.

Banggood po [protected]

The first camera you supplied was faulty and you sent a replacement.

I have just installed the second X28 camera and it cuts out the audio as much as 6 times in a 30 minute drive! Audio loss can be the radio or USB music.

After each cut out a female voice says "We pay attention" which I know is generated by the camera's software.

Prior to installation of your x28 the audio was rock solid and never cut out.

Please provide a solution

Banggood cell phone purchase

Promised cell phone works fine in USA; it does not. Won't work my carrier TMobile, even TMobile said it won't work.
Cost $212.29 plus shipping and return shipping.
PayPal told me to ship it back to the address name Han Tai?
I asked who this is to Banggood and refuse to answer.
Now I've been screwed out of $212.29 and no cell phone and $24.00 return shipping.

Banggood shipping

Banggood is siding with lies perpetrated by systems. As a paying customer they keep telling me I provided a wrong delivery address: the address I live at for years, invite friends to and do official business at. All this because the local post office is not doing their duty of delivering the package and not even leaving notifications that the package has arrived.

If Banggood were to consider its customer`s interest it would raise a complaint with the delivery service they use at the last leg, and ensure that it gets improved. Rather, they take the service false statements for granted and accuse the paying customer with lies.

I should be provided a full refund (including shipping costs) or a free of charge re-sending of my order. Their loss should be recovered from their shipping partner.

Banggood warranty repair lost

Order [protected] ALLDOCUBE Tablet

This Tablet was returned for warranty repair as asked for by Banggood
Banggood received it on the 25/2/19, as of the 29/5/19 there is still no information about about it's return or where it actually is.
Have contacted the manufacturer directly and they say they don't have the Tablet, have told Banggood customer service and all they say is it's in for repair.
When sent the repair time was to be 9 weeks to get it back to me.
I have sent emails every week trying to get a sensible answer as yet all i get is the same email back again saying it's in for repair which i think is computer generated.

I have asked for it back even unrepaired and get the same email it's in for repair.
I have asked for a replacement or a credit and get the same email it's in for repair.

I think i'm talking to a robot, i'm not sure Banggood has any real people.
If they do they certainly have no idea of customer service.

Banggood no order confirmation ulefone armor 6

I placed and order online with Banggood on Wednesday 22 may 2019 for a brand new Ulefone Armor 6 (Black, EU model) mobile phone. I paid using a Barclaycard and have since confirmed that the money £245.81 has been taken. I supplied all my contact details and have not received an order confirmation or delivery date. When ordering I registered online with Banggood but on searching there is no record of my account until I set up again today 25 May 19. I am there fore concerned that while you have my money there is no order being processed, I also understand that the order came with a number of extras in the shape of a QI charger, screen protector and the usual charging attachments. Please can someone check and confirm the status of the order. Without an order number it is impossible to raise an issue with customer services. Kind regards Terry Cowan [protected]@gmail.com

Banggood item lost during the transit, banggood doesn't care and doing nothing because I didn't purchase the insurance.

I purchased a racing drone for $140 from Banggood back in Feburary '19. After long waiting, they finally shipped it out at the end of March and it arrived it Canada on April 2nd.

However it is still not delivered to me (as of May 20th '19) and I have contacted Canada Post several times already but they are saying they cannot find any scans of the item. They suggested sender (banggood) to file a claim for missing item and they can compensate the value of the item.

I deligated this message to banggood and they are saying there is nothing they can do and no compensation from Canada Post they could claim. They provided commercial invoice for my $140 drone and I noticed that the item value is only $45 on it.

This must be the reason why there is no compensation from Canada Post. Banggood still saying they can't do anything. Banggood is seriously over charging their customer, and absolutely doing nothing if the item is lost if you don't tick off that 'insurance' thing.

I am still trying to get something back from banggood, let's see what is their final word on this.

Banggood shoes

To whom it may concern,

I am writing to formally complain about the shocking service I have received and my loss of £34.00 for shoes I did not order.

I had initially ordered black walking shoes in size 5. These were delivered 5 days late and then when I had received them, they had glue marks tainted all around the shoe and I was even more shocked to discover that you had sent me size 4 instead of the size 5 I had clearly ordered.

When I tried to contact you about refunding the item, you did not send me a returns label and no attempt was made at resolving the situation. I had tried to contact a shipping department to have the item sent back but could not afford the shipping fee.

I am shocked, appalled and disgusted at the fact that my money was taken for an item that I had not ordered and I am not able to return this item either.

I will be taking all steps necessary in receiving a full refund and placing a realistic review on your website.

Please contact me as soon as possible for refund details.
