They send me box with missing remote control and HD cable and payment already made in full but now they say that I am lying with regards to missing items.

What a customer service gesture? Wish all the curses to all the responsible people at bang good for eating my hard earned money and accuse me of lying as well. Order no. [protected].

Is that how you people behave with your customers, accuse them of lying and eat their money? Wishing u all the worst of business in your Chinese new year and may your children also face the same in their life.
