Banggood shoes

To whom it may concern,

I am writing to formally complain about the shocking service I have received and my loss of £34.00 for shoes I did not order.

I had initially ordered black walking shoes in size 5. These were delivered 5 days late and then when I had received them, they had glue marks tainted all around the shoe and I was even more shocked to discover that you had sent me size 4 instead of the size 5 I had clearly ordered.

When I tried to contact you about refunding the item, you did not send me a returns label and no attempt was made at resolving the situation. I had tried to contact a shipping department to have the item sent back but could not afford the shipping fee.

I am shocked, appalled and disgusted at the fact that my money was taken for an item that I had not ordered and I am not able to return this item either.

I will be taking all steps necessary in receiving a full refund and placing a realistic review on your website.

Please contact me as soon as possible for refund details.

Banggood refund not received

Hi, in February 2018 I purchase two cellphones whitch I never received (Order [protected]), I contact Banggood costumer service several times, and in the biggining of 2019 I requested a refund, I receive an offer on 02 March 2019 of ZAR 3925.98 and I accepted.
Since then, I have contact you service department several times and I keep on getting apologies and been asked to wait a LITTLE LONGER. I demand this to be sort it inmediatly.

Dear,
I have not received the 60 W adjustable temperature soldering iron.
In the tracking it is stated that is is delivered Mar 21, 2019 10:05 but that is not correct.
It has never arrived nor delivered
Please investigate

Banggood faulty product/poor packaging

Product: 110V Household Food Vacuum Sealer Packing Machine Automatic Electric Film Food Sealer Vacuum Packer

Complaint: Product received in a bin bag taped together, box broken and torn and taped back together. No instruction manual despite being advertised as coming with on. Product appears not new. First use following manufacturers instructions produced bad burning smell and produced smoke. Product does not work according to description- does not vacuum seal.
I expect a full refund- not only not as described but a serious safety risk.
If not refunded I will never use banggood again, and make sure none of my friends or family do also.

Banggood ticket#broken or damaged item 1362406 in order [protected]

We Purchased Cooler on banggood which is 15000 + INR send us a damaged product which is completely worth less. later gave them all the proofs but no proper response and asking to send the product back but not taking about the refund. Sent emails multiple time but they are simply saying to send the product by spending the money but not giving answer about the refund this discussion was going on since 10-15 days. Stupid thing is they won't be on there words as mentioned while doing the shopping. I suggest every one not to purchse online on banggood. And one more thing they will rate 5 start rating before we rate them if we do a rating 1 also automatically it take 5 rating. Their are so many issues on banggood. If I keep saying means they will be somany issue.

And banggood if you are really doing the right business in a right way means resolve my problem so for the product and ticker ID "Ticket#Broken or damaged item 1362406 in order [protected]"

Banggood unable to return wrong size snow boots

Ordered snow boots end of January 2019. They arrived 4 April but the wrong size had been sent.
Contacted the company where a problem number was generated and told I would be contacted within 72 hours to organise return of goods and a refund.
15 April 2019
Nothing happened, contacted company Banggood again...be patient.

23 April 2019
Still nothing company have told me to be patient again

NO! unable to get past various telephonists who keep passing me around.

Have said I will go to Trading Standards and Daily newspapers, was passed to another telephonist with"how can I help you"

Give me strength! Time to go public.

Banggood Loss of package, insurance, theft.

I bought three switches from BG (£49). I checked tracking and found that courier claimed to have delivered through my letterbox(not true!) BG say If track says delivered it's delivered. In the end I proved that the package could not have been put through letterbox because it would have been too big! I got statements from yodel(courier) saying that the driver had lied and that my package was lost and never received by me but the tracking could not be changed to reflect the truth. I was also charged 97 pence for shipping insurance by BG. I have sent BG all this evidence but they still claim that it's nothing to do with them and as far as they are concerned tracking says delivered so it's delivered!

Banggood mobile phone warranty repair

I have send on your recommendation my broken mobile phone Umidigi Z1 under Banggood 12 month warranty period for repair to China on 12 October 2018 to your agent. Parcel has been received and signed for by repairer Beichun HU, Shenzhen, China on 21 October 2018 at 16:40:44 (China Post Parcel Tracking Result for parcel LK969987662AU)
To this date I have not received my phone back. I am without a mobile phone now for six months. This is unacceptable. I am asking you for immediate replacement or refund as soon as possible

Banggood fimi x8

1st purchase on 22/01/19 order [protected], canceled. 2nd purchase 2/13/19, order [protected], canceled. Were canceled because BG did not meet the deadlines.
3rd purchase 14/02/19 order [protected], with delivery 2/27/19, and BG says end of April. Order 6201311 friend bought 2/21/19, so 7 days after my purchase, the order was sent to the address.
So I want clarification because BG does not send me my already paid product

FIMI X8 SE
I had a technical issue with the FIMI X8 SE drone. I sent details with photos, video to Banggood (distributor) and to FIMI (producer) customer service.
FIMI didn’t support me with a technical solution or any support to fix it only stupid emails and after 2 weeks they didn’t anymore answer my emails - worst support ever!
Banggood offered me a replacement which is ok for me. But FIMI is a no go!

Banggood not delivered the product

I have ordered Aluminium mobile holder for my two wheeler in Banggood on March 04, 2019 and paid full amount using internet banking.

Still I have not received the product yet, when I contacted the customercare over email, they are saying that they have already delivered in 12th March 2019 and asking me to check with neighbors and local post office (without saying the name of the post office and contact details). I have done the same, but no one has received it.

They are simply saying again and again the following - "All orders reported as delivered by shipping companies are considered delivered. Banggood cannot be made liable of non-delivery in this case."

Kindly help me to get refund.

Please do not trust Banggood website by seeing the price tags!

Banggood mi box s

Ordered Mi Box S. Got an empty box through China Post. Banggood saying not their responsibility and to contact local post office even though I paid extra for insurance in case something like this happened. Local post office doesn't give a damn. Totally mistake of banggood as they charged extra for insurance and didn't see settle claim. Best to buy using PayPal because they would have refunded in a day after seeing my unboxing video.

Banggood service

I placed an order on 29 january. I received and email on 31 january that my product has been shipped. Also according to the website it was shipped on 31 january. That later changed to 12 february, and they can't tell me why. Why was it shipped before chinese new year, and then again after chinese new year, they can't tell me. When I contacted customer service, they were not helpful at all. They did not want to assist or look into the problem. They just kept on saying it was shipped on 2/12. They do not even have the decency to make a sentence. The item is still not shipped according to the courier company they are using in the country that the product is coming from. They were just notified about the collection of the product a few minutes ago. They do not want to refund me for the purchase, because they say it has been shipped, when it was clearly not shipped yet. This is 15 days after the order was placed and paid for. I will not recommend anyone to use banggood (bangbad) should be the name for them.

Banggood sport camera order/refuse to cancel

I ordered a sport camera but a wrong model from mistake (sj8 plus instead of sj8 pro). I reach to support within 15 min since I placed the order and they said that can't cancel the order. If you read their website and blog they say that an order can be canceled as long wasn't shipped.
In my opinion they didn't wanted to cancel my order so the fact that say that an order can be canceled (they even have a dedicated section when you contact them) is false advertising.

Banggood gamesir t1s gamepad

My order number is [protected]. I have ordered it on 2nd Feb, 2019 and paid through net banking. But still it's showing that my payment is pending while the amount is deducted from my account. There is no tracking id, hence they are asking for payment again otherwise they will cancel the order. I have mailed them several times but didn't receive any clarification from there end.

Banggood paid shipment not being delivered almost 2 months

Made a payment on 12 December yet have not received my product it is going to be 2 months. there is also no shipment tracking information available, have followed up 20 times and now can not get hold of customer service either. This company is cheating and making a fool of its customers, customer care takes no action just keeps saying dont worry it will reach you. When the delivey time is 8 - 16 days how can it take 60 days

Banggood nighteye led headlights

Hi,
I ordered nighteye led headlamp from banggood.com on 21st of december. I haven't myet received my order for which i've paid rs. 1471/- at the time of order. I don't know when they are gonna deliver my order. It's been a month since I am waiting for my order to be delivered. When I contact them they say tracking number is not available for standart shipping orders. How can anyone say that no tracking number available. I want them to track my order and tell me when I will get delivered. I am going to lodge a complain against banggood towards consumer's court.

Banggood car led lights

Order number [protected], I received the product which is of wrong size and wrong specifications. your website doesn't clearly show the procedure to refund or change the product. kindly help.
Why there is no specific defined procedure to send refund or exchange request in your website.
It seems you don't want to listen your customers after selling the product. I have sent more than ten mails to you, I haven't received even a single reply from your company nor you have acknowledged my exchange or refund request, what is the reason ?
