I am currently having an important issue with banggood.

My credit card, probably by mistake, was charged an amount of $ 262.63 US ( $ 358.50 CDN).

I ordered something through you this Fall without having an account. Now I do. But this $ 262.63 US has nothing to do with what I purchased.

Can you correct this situation to avoid me going at my Royal Bank credit card customer service ?

My package has failed to arrive.its been 3 months now. None of these complaints are getting through. You're service failed to provide a receipt when delivering my package to the local post office and now there is no way to liberate it from customs. I want my money back you [censored]ing joke of a company. All tracking info provided on website are also misleading, because the package hasn't left customs since its arrival to the country, due to missing information, which I provided in my prefer by the way, from you part.

I got the product with the problem and and the package with the wrong description - I had purchased a smartphone but what is written that in the box there is an MP4 player of 35 USD but the smartphones cost is 100 USD. I have already raised and complaint to Banggood and they are ready to replace but they are not arranging the courier partner and they are saying to me to arrange it but I am unable to arrange it but they are not understanding it.

Ordered a rc plane from bangood that did not arrive. I waited 60 days and requested a refund. I have contacted Banggood now on 7 different occasions to chase my refund and every time I am told it will be complted within 1 to 3 days to which it never does. You cannot get any futher than delay tatics. Banggood have agreed to refund, but they never issue it.

Ordered a box (4) underwear and selected AU sizing chart to ensure correct size as previous experience showed that Banggood sizing is very weird. Selected size 36 as I know from previous orders that 3XL is the correct size even though 36 does not refer to 36 inches and the waist size in their chart says 29.13, again not sure what this refers to as I am 32 inches. Regardless of this weird measurement system they use I know 3XL is my size. When I received box of underwear they supplied 5XL sizing which obviously are too large. I contacted and advised that I received 5XL and not 3XL as ordered to which they referred to a US sizing chart showing 3XL as being tag 5XL. I have bounced numerous emails to their customer service and they continue to refer to this irrelevant sizing chart which was not on their site when order was placed as I took a screen shot at order time. I did tell them that they had numerous sizing charts which were showing different sizing and it appears they noted their error so now they only show one sizing chart. Regardless of all this they continue to state that 3XL is 5XL and I cannot get them to accept responsibility. Recommend buying elsewhere as their sizing chart is crazy and they WILL NOT refund.

Received key board and mouse in great condition. Only problem is that the instructions do not make any sense. Do you have any instruction that have been writter in english that makes sense? Please advise how to use. ie #3 the backlight breathing speed controll... speed of adjust the back light breathing fast? It ia inpossable for me to understand most of the installation steps anad use. (in the English part)

I have ordered an android tv box and after a month a received it from my local post office. When I opened my parcel I got a box of that box and inside it, there is broken piece of tile wrapped in Indian newspaper inside polythene of Indian product(silver coin maida). I complained to banggood everywhere email, twitter, youtube, Instagram and finally, they replied me on FB live chat and generated my ticket of complained.Recently I received an email from them asking me to claim my local post office because they think it is done by local post office.why should i do claim it is their duty to do investigation from courier to courier.then what is the point of mine to purchase a product with insurance.it is their their reply

Order was generated on 25/8/2019, promised date was 06/10/2019. Have not received parcel yet, last movement was on 18/9/2019, Johannesburg, completed customer clearance. At this stage I'm very disappointed and will never again order from. Bang good.

I ordered umbrella on 19/07/2019 under order number: [protected], but i received fully damaged product. I logged a complaint along with damaged product photographs and requested for refund. They misguided me for more than three months by saying that they will pay in next 15 days, next 20 days in paypal account, then my paypal account is having problem bla.. bla..bla. Now they finally refunded my money on BGpay. but i am not able to activate my BGpay account. When i am trying to activate, i am not receiving activation link on my e-mail id. I had mail multiple times for the issue but with no response, I am unable to use that money. They are just fooling me from last three months. Kindly help me out.

I ordered (Order # [protected]) Zeblaze Thor Pro watch from Banggood. As promised I received the product on time. However while charging the product on the same day I received the product, I noticed the product doesn't charge at all. Not sure if the charger is faulty or the watch itself. I have emailed Banggood.com through their mobile app and uploaded photos there. This is the first time I have ordered product through Banggood.com, and would really appreciate if the issue can be resolved. King Regards, Hiral Shah.

Our item is held by customs because it was incorrectly declared by bang good, and they wont give us refund.

Terrible, useless and rude customer service too! they dont read emails so they say the same useless [censored] all the time. They kept asking us to pay return fee of item and i dont know how the hell else and how to explain in other simple way - the item has been destroyed by customs already because some dumb person declared it wrongly! we explained it many any times and even sent customs letter but someone is not doing job of reading emails or maybe not just understanding the issue properly?!

BEWARE:-
Please be alert with purchases made on the BANGGOOD online platform.
The delivery of items shipped by Banggood is untrustable or unreliable, although they publicise that all items lost or undelivered are eligible for a replacement or refund after the expectant delivery period of 60 days or longer, BEWARE this is not true, they have conditions for refunding or replacing which are not easy to find on their site. The conditions say "items not received are not eligible for refund or replacement unless you have purchased shipping insurance", they refuse to be held responsible for lost items, I have experienced at least 2 cases where I had to escalate the issue to PayPal in order to get my money back. I really don't recommend this Platform for online purchasing.

My order number [protected]. Banggood has delivered 8 orders before this order at the same address but now they are saying that my address is somehow wrong? Also the shipment never reached India as per tracking and they know sitting in China that my address in India is wrong! And they want me to pay Rs 3118 as shipping charge( twice the amount of shipping charges at the time of order Rs 1559) to resend. Else if i need a refund they will deduct Rs 3118 from it. This is clearcut cheating and harassment.
I have sent them so many emails regarding this but everytime some new person responds and starts saying the same things again and again.

Order id [protected] dtd 06/09/19. Ordered and watch and charger and order got shipped on 08/9/19 vide tracking no ALJCR9250000069YQ. but after a lapse of more than 20 days. There is no update in the order. And expected date of delivery is also expired on 02/10/19. Kindly send the material by 05/10/19 otherwise my order may be cancelled and refund of rs 3256 may be intiated to my account.

I received the item 1 oktober 2019 (order number: [protected]), but the item not working and not new.
The light on tray does not turn on and mobile phone battery doesn't charge.

The item is used, not new, because the bottom of the tray and the bottom of the cup is unclean and with stains.

The cup is without a branded note and with stains.

The power adpter is not white color and without USB cable.
Se the photo 3.

The big scratch on the cup.

Therefore, please full refund or send the NEW original item with the white the power adapter and USB cable!

They send me box with missing remote control and HD cable and payment already made in full but now they say that I am lying with regards to missing items.

You guys are scam and I lost my credit card and I said give me money back in bg pay or reship my order while I checked out with my local post office but they said the item is prohibited in my country I want to change my address as well but they said show us my personal documents you guys are mad why I give you for my security ahh I secure my self as good but if you guys do not want to give my money in bg pay or change my item so I will screw and you will see. The tracking status shows that the product is delivered...But it never came to me.
The delivery agent ECom express shows wrong information and there is no one from the Banggood side to review the complaint. Very sad and dissappointed with the service.
I want Banggood to check with the delivery agent about the wrong status.
I want the refund or the re-shipment of the product.

The worst mistake I have made was to make a purchase from Banggood. My order was delivered with vital pieces not included/missing.
On the face of it, you would think this is easily fixed. Not if you're dealing with Banggood!
So far, I had to supply the same information on more than 12 occasions - and this is the fun part; Everyone I've spoken with, emailed or had an online chat is called Bruce!
SIDE NOTE ( using a vpn I contacted Banggood from the UK who employ loads of people called Simon!)
I'm not sure if my problem with the incomplete order will ever get resolved and I'm resolved to provide negative reviews to my network, friends, family, as well on Social Media and any other platform I come across.
