Banggood 2 blouses

I ordered 2 blouses for Christmas gifts for myself and my daughter . ordered sizes 3X and 4X, paid $76.00 including shipping and handling . I received my order almost 30 days later . Immediately tried them on and noticed they had sent sizes 4X and 5X . The bloused were so small and very cheaply made, could barely fit the shirt over my head . I contacted Banggood immediately and told them they had sent the wrong sizes and that I was unhappy with the items and would send back blouses for refund . Customer service wanted me to pay for shipping and handling back to china $25.00 .They wanted to offer me credits in exchange for refund and attempted to haggle over this issue and finally offered me $27.00 refund and allowed me to keep the blouses . They refuse to admit that they sent the wrong sizes saying that 3X is equal to a 4X and 4X is equal to 5X, in china size to American size . I have never dealt with a company that is so set on being right and the customer being wrong . Will never deal with this company again.

Banggood ordering

I have contacted chatted over twenty times told numerous reasons differing answers always told not to worry. My order is [protected] sub order? [protected] i've waited and tried to find out why my item isn't shipped please fix this I paid extrapostage and keep getting told it will be shipped in 24 hrs. Doesn't happen.. I've emailed nothing happens. I don't want a refund I want my item. Somewhere along the line regards paypal or yourselves i'm caught in the middle. I'm the customer the item has been. Paid for.. Enough of all this. Shopping on the this site is too difficult.

Banggood order [protected] left on doorstep

Item was left on my door step 25/11/18
I've contact bangood numerous times and all I get is contact mail company because it's marked as delivered, if left on door step is even classed as being delivered. So received an email back from yodel(mail company) stating that they are happy to refund but the company (bangood) have to initiate the refund with them.
Bangood refuse to help me so I'm stuck now I waited 3 weeks for parcel to get delivered only to be left outside and then stolen

Banggood my refund is not yet done

I purchased an item with order no.: [protected] and it has been canceled without refunding it and no timeline given for the refund. This is the worst service after they canceled the order, y there is no refund yet and also if ordered item is not available, why the order is accepted. I would expect it to get rectified soon

I want refund as soon as possible.

Banggood unethical behaviour

This is to inform you that I have purchased a"solar Charger Controller 12v/24v-20 A"from your online Banggood website&when I got my delivery I got shocked that I had shopped first time from your online website and instead of solar charger controller they have send me tools like screw driver and I am cheated by the seller by this type of response & also I am unhappy by this behaviour and my money is also wasted.
Therefore, I request you to check my order & resend it to me once again to make me contented, so that I shall be your customer for a long time.

Banggood product not shipped yet

I ordered a product for a deal they had and I paid for it.Next morning I receive mail that they can't deliver to my country.After that they asked me for 70usd more for customs and shipping.They tried extorting money for the product.Now they are not shipping my product I paid for.They lied about the pricing and asked me money for shipping which was free.
I've all the trail mails where they liked
1st they said we don't have any services to deliver to India.
2nd they asked me 70usd for the product which I have already paid for
They asked me 70usd to pay to the customs.
3rd they tried to lure me with they bangood points.
I just want my product.I got a deal and I want it.They lied to me and tried to cover their mistakes and asked for extra money for the new price they set for the product.I want my product to be shipped asap

Banggood refund not transferred yet

I ordered a smartwatch on 20/10/2018 and the app quickly accepted the payment via a debit card. As soon as the payment got through the app showed that my order was a backorder i.e the product went out of stock and it would take a month to get the product. I cancelled my order and applied for a refund, it's been 5 days since I apply for refund but still there's no sign of my money. It's real cheapskate how you cheat your customers and waste their valuable time and money. Shame on you banggood.

I buy some thing from your website this is my mistake? You want cheat with your customer? Check below mail what I received from you. I need my full amount refund or I need my product with proper working.

Banggood wrong product and service

So i ordered this item and wrong product received. Email them and after waiting they agreed to resend me THE CORRECT PRODUCT and so i waited another 10 days. Received ANOTHER WRONG PRODUCT on 28th Sept 2018 which means banggood actual send me the wrong product twice. Emailed and demand a refund so on 3 October, banggood agreed to refund. After waiting 48 hours, i emailed again and ask if there is any proof of refund. My case they agreed to refund to my paypal account. So they actually informed me that my paypal account is invalid. My paypal account is actually verified and working well with the money request and receiving. After replying them, they decide to change the reason and apologise that delay was due to negligence of staff please wait another 48-72 hours. So this reason of negligence and waiting 48-72 hours goes on and on until today which is the 11 October 2018, nothing is being processed and no refund received. Buying from banggood is buying at your risk. I felt im one of the unluckily who was also scammed and cheated by banggood. I will find a way to file a report on banggood.com website and also will spread my bad experience with banggood and their service. Please consider buying from banggood. Aliexpress service is better and reliable. Purchasing from aliexpress or even taobao.com is more safer and worth it from Banggood.

Good day,
I bought this item mentioned above. It is nice and exactly what I was looking for.
BUT - on the 2nd day of usage, the zipper broke, and the clip of the shoulder strap also broke.
I would like to point out that I used it carefully and did not abuse it or put too much pressure on ANY of the damaged items.
Any suggestions?

Banggood credit card fraud

My husband and I have a big problem that Banggood company is responsible for and Banggood doesn't want to be cooperative whatsoever. The problem is the following. Somebody purchased something on Banggood using a stolen card (our card number). We don't know who this was and what he/she/they ordered. All we have is the date where the order was made and the sum of the purchase. All we know that the money from our credit card is gone. We found that out by logging into our bank online.
As soon as we found out that the money was stolen from the card, we contacted our bank (the Russian Federation, "Saint-Petersburg Bank") and terminated our card. When we came to our bank they told us it was a scam and unfortunately they cannot help us with it. However, they gave us the following information: the purchase had been made on September, 3rd, 2018, place: [protected] through PayPal to the site of Banggood, the sum of the purchase was 32509 roubles.
We contacted Banggood and asked them to track the purchase that was made on their site in order to cancel it and give us the money that had been stolen back to our bank. My husband sent them a couple of emails. I contacted the Banggood group on Facebook on a live chat with one of the employees by the name of Charlotte. She didn't tell me her full name. I explained the full situation to her. I told her that we had not ordered anything on their site, that the person who did this purchase used the stolen data of our card and paid this purchase through the third side - PayPal site. It is obviously a scam. Charlotte said that she needed the number of the order which we cannot give her because it wasn't us who made this order. Probably, by now, this person has already got this purchase. I don't know. All we have is - some number (we don't know it was a phone number or a user's number), the time of purchase and the sum. We asked the company to track this order using this information but they told this is not enough. When I asked them to speak to the person-in-charge, namely, a senior manager, they told us to contact them by email, which we had already done with a zero result. Basically, they don't want to take charges and help us with this situation. I wonder if anything can be done in this situation?

Banggood weighing scale / order issue and refund

I have ordered weighting scale and order status showing shipped I have wait for 12 days and still showing same status I have called on customer care and I have know that order was cancelled and also I hav'nt any notification for it ​and I have asked for refund then asking for debit card details with CVV I think this is wrong and I want my refund for my order : [protected]

Banggood blower

I ordered in juni after 3 weeks I still got no update from my order. Now weekly they answer my email Don t worry update in 3 till 5 days this email I got 4 times. Now 2 months later still no update. A shady email that it was still by customs. But that is another lie. They put it in the gls system a month ago, but still no update.

Never buy by banggood again. Here is the customer not tread well

Banggood order never delivered and no refund offered

I ordered from this deadful company on June 2nd. The item initially stated it would be delivered in 5 - 10 days. This should have been in time for my son's birthday. From the moment I ordered, however, delays of 7-10 days kept appearing. Almost 2 months later, this item has not been delivered and when I ask for a full refund (totally an acceptable thing to do given the circumstances), I am told I will be penalised the shipping costs! What shipping costs? The tracking information can't be found and therefore, I can presume the item has never been shipped. So after sending several e-mails, many many online chats about the order, I am still awaiting delivery. Apparently they guarantee 60 days delivery time... Where do customers who bought now go?

Banggood banggood terrible customer service: denials and delays

I ordered an item and it never arrived. After having to do my own inquiries via Aus Post, it seems no one knows where the parcel is (or if Banggood even sent it). Banggood initially offered a refund minus a "shipping fee". Seeing the item cost $19 and the penalty was $22, there was a negative $3!

After it has finally been established that the item I ordered never arrived (as confirmed by Aus Post) and returned to sender, Banggood still refused to issue the refund. They insisted that the item be back in their possession before issuing the refund. I have to initiate contact again when that happens (i.e. I have to send them emails periodically to see it has been returned). One assumes that if the missing item never gets back to Banggood (which they can easily claim), I will never get my refund.

There has been numerous emails and still the issue is unaddressed. Buyer beware: purchase from them at your own peril.

Banggood diy guitar kit - absolute disgrace to online shopping companies.

Item was supposedly sent 20 June 2018. Handed over to GLS shipping company which in the UK is ParcelForce. Tracking information proved a waste of time. Over a dozen emails sent to their "customer services" result in a stock answer - "problems, please wait extra 7 days". Today, 23 July, latest email asks - "please be understanding and wait further 37 days". I have bought many items, big and small, from China and everyone has arrived within 2 weeks. All I can say, nicely, is stay away from this company. Ashley Qui, my contact, is actually a computer robot answering device. Never actually reads what you ask, a total waste of time. Stay away!

Banggood uk buyer beware

This company has no idea of how the UK postal system works. They will provide you with invalid tracking information for a company that doesn't operate in the UK.

Your goods will arrived late if they arrive at all. Mine have not turned up and are now year ten days late. In fact I bought goods from another company in China on the same day I bought from this company. The shipping from that company was stated to be upto 20 days and they arrived in 6 day.

When I bought from them they quoted me 7-10 and they have still not turned up.

I have looked at other comments about this company and a high number of lost parcels, late deliveries and general bad customer service received are from UK buyers.

This company really hasnt bothered to find out how the UK postal system works or how they can reliably get parcels to UK destinations on time.

There are other sources for the same goods that will get your parcels to you on time.

Buyer beware.

They even have a filter on the forum to try and prevent postings of complaints about them.

Banggood refund

This is the second complaint iam posting

Hai, my name is jackson, i cancelled my order of mi band3 nd i didnt get my refund back.

After few days they sent an email from costomer care and told me that my refund will be sanctioned.

But its almost 7 days means a week is over.
I didnt get my money back of Rs2638.24.

Cheating and making money wont bring good fortune.

Banggood eachine h99d; order no: [protected]

Hello

I bought a Eachine H99D and I received the item but I have to claim the quality because one of the gearwheel at one of the smigles falls the pitch ceases to break and the drone falls to the ground.

Please find a photo.

Please answer how it can be fixed. I have drone since yesterday and from the beginning the problem occurred.
