Hi i just want yo complain regarding the incident to my debit acct, i have unsettled cc payment but i dont think so you have the right to deducted it on my debit act you are unathorised to do it, you need a legal to do it? So why you deducted it on my debit acc without any permission on me! Please do something about it, for cc its not apply for auto debit on my acct, so please explain what happen about it? You dont have the right to deducted it on my acct!

Banco de Oro / BDO Unibank bills and payment in coins in php 5. oo

Is this a policy now of the BDO Bills and Payment to receive payments in coins with a maximum of Php. 500.00 only.

I am referring to your branch at Save More San Marino. Kindly confirm, I went to pay for my account and my money is all in coins worth pHP 1, 500.
Oct 21 @ 3pm, your staff Marie doesn, t want to recve . Why is this not negotiable?

I am a client of BDO and I have a worth value deposited at BDO. I am so upset for what had happen . Miss Abegail Nares, the Store Manager. Please take note..

Make sure to do the service that is due to everyone, and do not judge your client or any person who is doing any transaction... I hope a can still control my temper... so sorry ...if i can't...it's high time for me and I will tell my business constituents not to do business with BDO..the hell with you people...you are making it worst, , ,

Banco de Oro / BDO Unibank in cash of cheque

Good day. October 16, 2019 at around 5:00pm we went to BDO SM Sta. Mesa. We're in a group about to in-cash a cheque from our company. Our group that was catered by Counter 1-3 were able to in-cash the cheque but my friend in counter 7 was not because as what the teller said the signature on the cheque is not updated yet, my friend in C6 too wasn't but he was allowed to transferred it to his BDO Kabayan account and can only use it this Friday once they were able to update the signature. I was catered by C7, I wasn't able to in-cash it too because of the signature then I wasn't able to transfer it too to my Kabayan Account because as what they said they can't open it, I asked if I can transfer it to another bank they said I can't because still the signature on the cheque is not updated. My friends who's from C7 transferred to C1 and me transferred to C2, we were able to in-cash our cheque. So I just want to complain the inconsistency of the tellers and those counter who doesn't in-cash our cheque didn't provide us any information or way for us to in-cash our cheque. I thought BDO find ways. Also, there's no feedback form that we can fill out with for our concern. Thank you.

Banco de Oro / BDO Unibank online banking customer service

I enrolled for an online banking and received a call from a rude call center agent/customer support. She had a lot of questions for verification of enrollment, which of course, I understand. I tried to answer all of her questions and some I couldn't answer because it was my husband who did the transaction and at that moment he wasn't there. One of the questions she had was how much money I withdrew and told her I don't know because it was my husband who withdrew it. I asked If I can provide the amount deposited instead. But didn't get a good response. I finally got a hold of my husband and told her that he withdrew "more or less 40k". I was told that she needed the exact amount or an estimate. Didn't I just give her the estimate? I told her that's exactly the reason why we enrolled in online banking. The way she responded to all of my answers were very rude and very much inconsiderate. And as mentioned before, this is just one of the many questions that she had.

BDO customer service (call center?)need to be trained/retrained in customer service & support.

PARA SA MGA HINDI PA NATATANGGAP ANG KANILANG MGA BDO CREDIT CARD.

Mas madali palang kausap ang staff sa CARD DELIVERY DEPARTMENT mismo kaysa sa thru CS hotline pa.

Monday: Nagrequest ako CSR para sa re-delivery ng AMEX card ko dahil ibinalik na ni LBC sakanila dahil walang tao sa bahay. Ang sabi gagawan daw ng report at i-endorse sa Fulfillment Unit. Ayon sa kanya, matatanggap ko ang card within 15 banking days. :(

Tuesday-Friday: Walang update re: status ng request for redelivery.

Ngayon (Friday) Tinawagan ko ang number ng CARD DELIVERY DEPARTMENT sa Ortigas. No need magpindot ng kung ano ano. Wala pa yatang 2 mins. nasagot na ang tawag ko. Napag alamanan ko na nasa kanila pa ang card ko dahil wala pa naman daw request na nakarating sa kanila mula sa CSR.

Ang naging solusyon: Request ng diretso sa CARD DELIVERY DEPARTMENT para sa re-delivery ng card. Mula sakanila within 3-5 working days lang!

Lesson: Kung tungkol sa delivery ng card ang gusto niyong malaman at gawan ng request. At wala namang kailangang pabago sa address mo (CSR ang may access)... Dumiretso kana sa 02-[protected].

PAALALA: MONDAY TO FRIDAY LANG ang card delivery dept. 8:30AM to 7PM

Banco de Oro / BDO Unibank Customer treatment

Its October 11, 2019 as of 11:52 am, i am writing my complain inside bdo at the moment, the security guard is telling me to remove my piercing in my ear. I think it is rude. I don't see why i should remove it when I'm just going to deposit a money? Its not about how they should treat a customer base on their looks. Now I'm transferring all my money to another bank bec of this, its upsetting me how appearance is important. And I don't see policy about it in other banks.

The Building Management, Engr. MEDINA... is Making it impossible for the new tenants to move in. He gives a long list of building permit & testing to be conducted by HIS contractors, charging us MILLIONS of pesos. Mind you, we are not even adding or altering any fit outs, we are just moving in to a pre -existing office space. He wouldn't entertain our third party Consultants. A crooked rude guy.

I went in around 11:51 to deposit they are serving b98. My number is b121. It is now 12:50 and they are still serving b103. Super slow service. They have a lot of staff but I dont know what they are doing... Please do something about this. It wastes a lot of time just to make a deposit. Please make sure that you have efficient staff to cater to your customer needs

Banco de Oro / BDO Unibank Keep me waiting for more than 20 mins, without clear instruction let me looks like a fool waiting

September 27, 2019 - 12:30NN -- I'm just an ordinary client and I was about to get a friend's Bank certificate and approached the ladies in the customer service area. The lady named Agnes told me to just wait at the last chair after assessing my concern so I thought they will already process my request so I waited in a vacant chair. Several customers already come and go, and all of the four ladies in the customer service area including Agnes have seen me waiting in the corner. For more than 20 minutes, no one from them even bother to ask me or Agnes who knew my concern from the beginning. And so I ran out of patience and approached them again. Only to find out that my request haven't been processed. It just took almost 10 mins to claim my friend's bank certificate right after I asked again. I was disappointed cos they've wasted my break time and I was late coming back to work.
Guys in the front line should be more attentive to their clients and must give clear instruction.

Banco de Oro / BDO Unibank Opening junior savings and remittance account

Good day! Today September 27, 2019 at around 11:00am-12:00am Myhusband and I went to BDO TAGBILARAN Branch (main office) to open junior savings account and remittance account. The girl who is the incharge in opeing an account show us rudeness attitude She even irritates when my husband mistakenly fill up all the forms she was given isang form kasi pala dapat nakapangalan sa baby namin. She even raised her voice told to my husband na 'sir bakit nakapanglan sayo lahat diba sabi ko sa baby niyo yung isa. She is going to take a break na daw kaya parang pinapalabas niya na magmamadali kami. I wanted to open pa nga din ng savings account for me but she told me kuha nalang kayo ng ibang number hindi ko na kayo ma accomodate. She didn't even say thank you after our transaction, She is in the bad mood kasi mag bre break na daw siya. Please address my complaint so it won't happened to anyone.. She don't deserve as an incharge in opening an account for she has no patience at all. I was not able to get her name anyway.

This is the second time I haven't received my load. The first time was i think is 1 month ago. I load 500 and it said that it was delayed and wait for 1hr. So i waited. But I didn't receive any load at all. I didn't complain coz i said that it was just a 500 and that's the only day it happened and now I loaded 1k prepaid load and same thing happened. Like...

Banco de Oro / BDO Unibank Ripped off

I was totally scammed for 61, 000 pesos by this bank and I was told that they would have the results and 20 business banking days which is absolutely absurd. I mean are you kidding me, 20 business banking days for results on an obvious online scam.
20 business banking days pass by, 30 business many days pass by, no results.
Then all of a sudden today we were told that they're not gonna return the money because after the investigation was complete they concurred that the online transactions were approved.
This bank is absolutely disgusting, should not be in business anymore, you rip people off, and you should be absolutely ashamed of yourself and any employee that works that video should be in a shame that they work there. Gross!
And if you Think I'm done with you yet you have another thing coming.

Banco de Oro / BDO Unibank Credit card/supplementary

Hi. I had complained before about LBC who lied about delivering my credit card to my house but no people. So I decided to contact BDO. I was told they would refer me to people who handle elite cards. Nothing happened so I went to my branch and requested to deliver my card to the branch and I will retrieve it myself. Finally after months of waiting, I got my card. Now, my husband is my supplementary. He is full time international consultant and comes home from time to time but stays only for a week. He emailed Mr. Josh Sorillo. He also said he will refer him to people who handle elite cards. Again, no action. Do you hire incompetent people to handle elite cards? Please reply to my email, [protected]@gmail.com

GOOD DAY! September 5, 2019 magoopen po ako ng savings account for students. So pumunta po ako sa BDO San Roque, Tarlac City branch. Edi nagdala po ako ng Certificate of Registration ko po sa school and 2 valid id. Nung turn ko na po. May dumating po na lalake tapos po inentertain niya po agad kasi kakilala niya po. Then nung iinterviewhin na po ako sabi ko students savings account. Tapos tinignan niya po requirements ko ok naman po. Tapos tinanong niya ko anong magiging source of income ko, sabi ko po allowance ko tapos tinanong niya kung meron pa po bang iba tapos sinabi ko po paminsan minsan nagbubuy and sell po ako online. Tapos hinahanapan na po ako ng DTI and BIR sabi ko po di naman laging nagbebenta so wala po akong permit. Tapos papacheck daw niya po. Kabalik niya sabi niya kailangan daw may permit ako. Tapos nagsalita po yung customer na katabi ko na friend niya, sabi niya "diba pwede naman siyang ipasok sa students savings" tapos gumawa ng gesture si teller na wag ng kumontra yung friend. In short po nagoopen ako ng savings account ko as a student tapos irereject niya ko dahil wala akong trabaho. E kung tutuusin pwede naman palang gawan ng paraan. Matamad lang si teller umasikaso ng customer. Feeling ko tuloy nadisrespect ako. Na di ako pwedeng gumawa ng account. By the way name ng teller France ata. Thank you for reading. I enrolled for an online banking and received a call today from I guess a call center- she spoke so fast and didnt quite understand what she was asking and at the end of the call she said that my answers did not match - I asked what she meant about that. Silence complete silence no reply. And ended the call. Very unprofessional to deal with. So disappointing... I wish I didnt open an account with BDO

Banco de Oro / BDO Unibank Rude customer service personnel

My mother, my father( senior and disabled) and I went to BDO San Jose Del Monte Branch, Bulacan today, July 18, 2019 at 4pm to submit the endorsement form given by SSS, which will allow my father to open an account for his pension-(6 years nang delay pension niya) It was 4:00pm and the teller incharged(wearing white blazer, maybe pregrant) told us, cut off na ng 4pm. I begged and she said, patingin ng ID, kelangan, identical signature dapat SJDM address, too many alibi and mean pero I'm sure, ayaw lang niya ma-hassle. I said magkaiba na talaga sign niya kasi stroke na siya, hirap na mag-sign. Then, she said, you need to comply.
I understand that we have standards but is it too much to be human at some point. Baldado yung tao and parang Mission Impossible ang gusto niya--iba na ang sign niya vs sa SSS ID because di pa siya PWD nun and sad thing, wala na daw ibang option.Lipat na lang kami ng banko. Truly disappointing.

My friend deposited the amount of 150k to a friend who supposed to help us getting tickets for the trip, it's already 1week since he kept playing and so many alibi. He gave us different account number, now is it possible that you can contact the owner of the number and hold the amount? We asked for a refund but he didn't answer us properly.. Please let me know what we can do..

Banco de Oro / BDO Unibank Unethical behavior/ discourteous bank teller

Greetings! Good day BDO!

I am writing to forward a complaint against a bank teller of BDO Puregold Baliwag Branch at about pass 12 in the afternoon of July 10, 2019(Wednesday) That day I proceed to BDO Puregold Baliwag to request a proof of remittance.Were both an OFW, me & my husband who is working in Dubai U.A.E., now I'm here in the Philippines to renovate our new house in Baliwag Bulacan.As an Ofw we need financial assistance that's why we avail a OFW loan to one of the financing group in the Philippines, so we need to complete certain requirements.
I humbly go to BDO Puregold Baliwag that day to ask for assistance & if I can request a proof of remittance. My husband has that documents in Dubai bec. he's the sender, so that Im the one who need it., coz Im receiving money through bank to bank.One teller attended to me that day, I request what I need, but from somehow somewhere I feel different the way she answered to me. Its not my first experience here in this Branch, the way they treated people so badly.Its over now, thrice already.I just keep silent only, different scenarios.She says to me, maybe its statement of account, you can go to your homebased not here.I suppose to send Philippine Peso into Dirhams that day, but just bec.the way she approach is so rude.I try to go to other Bdo Branch nearby, which is (BDO POBLACION BALIWAG), I request the same questions, Hurriedly the teller in BDO Pobalacion assisted me well, so accommodating, ask some questions. I told her I'm an OFW, I need a proof that I'm receiving money in Dubai.She ask me if they can update and change my passbook up to date I agree for that, cause according to the teller its a proof already. As simple as that, I refuse to go to BDO Marilao cause its three rides from Baliwag and so rainy that day.
I forgot to mention that my account is in BDO Marilao.I'm here now in Baliwag, cause we bought a new house. I seriously upset to that teller after I find out that there is a solution to my request. Thanks to BDO Poblacion Baliwag!
I came back to BDO Puregold Baliwag to raise my concern and talk to their Asst. Manager for ignoring my needs & not taking some actions, for the unethical behavior of their Bank Teller. In this incident, BDO customer service in this branch is very worst. Im trying to prove a point that not to choose a people who they will respect, that teller didnt respect me so nicely, nor apology at all. At the end of the day, without us & the rest of BDO they will not on their business.
She need to learn how to RESPECT PEOPLE, regardless how they look, whats the status in life.
BDO Puregold Baliwag...is the worst branch here

Banco de Oro / BDO Unibank Fraud

June 9, 2019 nakuhanan ako ng 50, 100 sa account ko sa BDO. Pagkareceive na pagkareceive ko ng email tumawag ako kaagad sa BDO para maireverse ang pera ko kasi hindi naman ako ang gumawa ng transaction na iyon. Sabi ng customer care representative ninyo, hindi na pwedeng ireverse kaya pinalock ko ba ang account ko para hindi na makuhanan pa. June 14, 2019 kumuha ako ng Statement of Account ko, nakita ko natransact ang pera June 10, 2019. Sana nagawan po ninyo ng paraan para hindi po nagawang makuha ang pera ko kasi naitawag ko naman agad eh. Sana kayo niyong maprotektahan at maipaglaban customer ninyo. Ngayong araw nakatanggap ako ng email galing sa inyo na hindi valid for reimbursement ang case ko, tanong ko lang sa inyo ganun na lang iyon? Anong klaseng imbestigasyon ang ginawa po ninyo, iyon ba ay para lang sa inyo kung magbabalik kayo ng pera or hindi? Sana man lang maiparamdam ninyo na kami ang customer ninyo. Sana naman mag file kayo ng complaint sa NBI kasi cybercrime ang nangyari. Ano ganun na lang, ni hindi niyo man lang masabi kung kanino ang metrobank account na nakakuha ng pera ko? Hindi man lang ninyo ipaimbestiga para mahuli na ang gumagawa ng ganoong modus? Hindi man lang ninyo magawang linisin ang pangalan ninyo? Ganun ba kaimportante yang mga masasamang tao na yan kaya hindi ninyo kayang maireport at mahuli? Katarungan naman para sa amin na nawalan ng pera.
