Badoo badoo

There is a man NOEL DEVINE from Letterkenny County Donegal. 49 years old.
This man is on bail for endangering and threatening a female. He preys on women from quite a lot of dating sites and is targeting Polish and Russian Women, Nurses and Widows.
He has scammed a lot of money from women and has broken major bones on a females body.
All this was reported to Badoo as next time he could kill someone ! images were sent to Badoo customer care along with the Garda Station involved.
He has numerous accounts with Badoo and states he lives in many different places.
HE IS STILL ON BADOO !
IMAGES ARE OF HIS ACCOUNTS AND THE INJURIES HE HAS INFLICTED.

He is a prolific stalker of dating sites, who looks for women with money and property. He will reel you in then take everything from you.

He is currently on bail for threats to kill a woman, and has inflicted serious injury on a female. All can be confirmed !

Badoo discriminations against trans ladies

I have opened account with badoo and Blendr in separate occasions. I have verified my picture and verified my phone number and email I paid for membership and coins. I followed all rules and terms but I have been blocked . This is not first time I am experiencing this hateful act. This organization is discriminating against transgender communities. You have been blocking me for no specific reason I have asked for the reason from the company customer support very single time really and they did not give me an answer. I need to know the reason why i keep getting blocked. I am looking forward for your response and please refund my membership fees and token that I bought

Badoo stolen pictures and information to create a fake profile

Someone has created a fake profile with my picture and phone number. I have a lot of people sending me messages and calling me saying they saw my information on Badoo. I haven't created any account and I have tried to report it using their website and the problem still persists. I can't deal with all these phone calls and messages anymore. It is really unacceptable Badoo can't ressolve this problem in 24 hours considering this is a fraudulent account. Please help!

Badoo unethical behaviour

My first account with badoo had been blocked apparently due to breach of guidelines and stuff. I was not able to contest and argue on it and just let it go. I made 2 or 3 other accounts with them and they keep blocking me. Like what is the drama here? I am told i breached something without proper litigation then i am being blocked from future accounts? Like what the hell did I do? Sold a kid online? I am just dumbfounded, I can not comprehend the severity of their consequences for apparently breaking rules. This must be the stupidest site ever really. Plenty of Fish also do bans members but they issue a warning first and the reason why. Badoo on the other hand just slams the door on your face without explanation. Like wtf? Very unethical company. Feels very inhuman to be treated this way as if we are criminals. I understand they are protecting their members, but seriously this is absurd. I am not even a terrorist or a pedo or a prostitute. Its just unbelievable. Worst app I have come across with.

Badoo purchasing a product and not receiving the subscription

I am very annoyed and disappointed with service offered by Badoo. It is twice now that I have used my airtime to subscribe for services that I have not received. I sent a complaint and received a message that it was being looked into. It is now a month. Again today I used 5 rands worth of airtime on my cell number [protected] and no subscription. I am no thinking Badoo is a scam.

Badoo unauthorised top-up my badoo credits

Hi,

I was charged 5 times on 6th April after I entered my debit card info for a payment on badoo website. I never asked this kind of service as that option was hidden on the payment window.
I contacted their customer care department and asked them to cancel those payments, but they sent me it was ok according to their T&Cs.

I need your assistance to solve this scam and refund 5 of those transactions of RON125. I have attached the screenshot from my complaint to Customer services an screenshot from my bank account showing many transactions from BADOO and SOCIAL ONLINE PAYMENTS (same company).

Badoo unauthorized credit card charges from badoo

Hi,
I've registered on Badoo to try it out, due to a friend recommending me the app.
I haven't ever bought any credits, nor was i planning to.
yesterday i was charged 105 ILS, without even knowing about it. i happened to notice it, by coincidence. Needless to say, this whole idea of charging without one's agreement or actual understanding is more or less - a scam. I'd like to get refunded, and seeing the amount of tickets regarding unauthorized payments, i'd advise changing the policy, or atleast making it clearer that you're going to get charged soon.
Also, there isn't really an option on my phone to turn off the "Auto-refill" option, as i've tried, and it still kept it checked. Honestly- it just isn't nice. i'l await your response.

Badoo accidental lifetime premium badoo subscription

On the 1st of April 2019 at approximately 22h00 while using "Encounters" on Badoo.com, a screen popped up, on which I clicked the "continue" button, unaware that this will charge my credit card and activate the "Badoo lifetime premium" subscription. I immediately realized what had happened, as another message informed me, in a joyful manner, that I was blessed with a "lifetime premium Badoo" subscription, so I exited the site, in order not to use any "premium" features.

Please refund the amount that has been charged and disable the premium subscription.

My account has been reverted to the initial state, (normal, not premium). I am now waiting for the refund.
I consider the complaint solved.
Lesson learned! I will disable one-click payments on any site that uses this kind of payment system. I strongly advise everybody to do the same.

Badoo unethical behaviour (refund requested)

I'm using the Badoo app. After trying to use one of the features a new screen appeared stating that this particular function requires a Premium subscription.
At the bottom of the screen was a button called "Fortsätt" (Continue).
I clicked this button to go back to where I came from, and was noticed that I had signed up for a life time subscription. A few seconds later the Paypal app notified me that I had paid 480 SEK.
Since I had earlier made purchases for weekly subscriptions a few times, the payment info must have been stored. I did not however have a current subscription to any Badoo services.

There was no confirmation dialog, no question to verify that I wanted to proceed with the purchase. Also, there was no checkbox (or similar) to verify the terms and conditions.
The terms and conditions can be found in the settings menu (you have to look around a bit).

These states (translated from Swedish):
"By making the purchase you agree that the the right of refund will expire when the premium features have been activated on your profile."
In fact, the premium features were activated less than 30 seconds after the (unintended) purchase, effectively preventing me from having any chance of cancelling the purchase.

This is clearly an intentional strategy from Badoo's side. All it required was one (unintentional) click on a button with the text "Continue". No questions, no verification.

I have sent this, along with a request to refund the 480 SEK within 14 days to 'support_en@corp.badoo.com' and 'android.support@badoo.com' and I am eagerly waiting for their reply.

Badoo my account has been blocked

My account has been blocked saying that I use it for commercial purposes, which is totally untrue, and probably an error on the part of Badoo's revising system. I have been using my account for 8 years without any breach of the terms as I only use it for its purpose, meeting people, not anything special or any personal interest. Yesterday I opened a new account because Badoo Support didn't want to solve the issue of the unfair block, and the new account has also been blocked today, with no reason again as I didn't even talk to anybody, and my photos were normal (also I verified it correctly both by photo and by telephone number).

First, I don't understand why the blocking, because Support doesn't give any details. And second, it's totally unfair as I only use and have always used Badoo to talk to people, make friends, nothing perverted or unusual. So please help. I really love Badoo, I've been using it for many years, I have met really nice people all over the world with it, and I really hate and I'm really upset by what Badoo is doing to me now, because I'm really innocent. By the way, I'm Spanish so excuse me if my English has any errors.

I thought Badoo was the best one of its kind, but this event is showing me that Badoo has a very critical flaw. You should urgently reconsider your profile vetting process and system, it is really unfair and mistaken.

Badoo badoo

I've been blocked of my account for no otherwise reason I can think of other than showing of a leg tattoo I have on live . I emailed Badoo customer service only to be told my accounts been permanently removed and nothing can be done. I viewed other lives on Badoo and I see a lot worse and sexual things and these people still have access to there accounts... Why one rule for one and different for another? I think if someone gets reported it should be looked into properly before removing that person's account. People report people out of jealousy and there reports are not always accurate. Most people make new accounts once blocked so surely blocking someone's account isn't achieving anything.

Badoo badoo premium

I was charged $144.99 by Badoo (March 19th 2019) without my intended authorization.

A popup appeared and prompted me to "upgrade" to badoo premium.

I did NOT want to make this purchase and quickly tried to exit the screen however I must have accidentally swiped too close to the purchase option and with one touch of the screen I was charged $145. I immediately deleted my account and uninstalled the app so I would not be accused of using the services that I did not want to begin with. I also figured that using the premium service would void my refund, so I did not use it at all.

All purchases within 14 days are subject to a full reimbursement (according to Badoo's terms and services) However I was told that I cannot be refunded based on their Terms which clearly indicate that I AM entitled to a refund.

I will be disputing this with my bank as I was essentially robbed and am receiving 0 customer service.

Badoo blocked badoo account

I want my account opened, why was it blocked, it said I violated the guidelines, I haven't done such. I didn't use it for any commercial purpose. I have been trying to get it opened but it's not working. I have no idea who reported the account. Must be one of the guys that tried to hookup and I refused so I need it opened because no guideline was violated. I need my account restored. After an "update" voor badoo my account was blocked...nice going badoo first tricking me to update and then blocking me.
Real nice...oh..and the so called reason?
I would use it for marketing reasons? REALLY 😕...like i need everyone to know wtf im doing on badoo..i would like an explination. How can I get blocked now when i had this profile for months now

Badoo taking payments

I asked for the £13.99 subscription, a number of suggestions to click buttons kept coming up. Suddenly I was charged £120. Checked my bank both payments were took out. Within twenty minutes I contacted badoo and was told they don't do refunds and I should have checked before I submitted. I did check and it said £13.99. I would not ever or neither can I afford to pay this sort of money for a dating site. I feel like I have been conned and now ignored. Is there anything I can do?

Badoo unauthorized credit card charges

I joined badoo for a week at a price of 20, 000 Rupiah for only one week.

However u have taken further payments on every week even after I unsubscribed. I did not agree to this. I ask you kindly to refund the money.

I have stopped to use the service but Badoo keep charging from my credit card without my knowledge.

There seems to be a default setting that customers are not aware of that allows you to automatically take money from peoples credit cards.

The service itself is very confusing you see profile pictures of other members and you click like or unlike. You can open additional features by buying super powers which unlock restricted content.

I was not aware that when my super powers were running low Badoo were automatically topping them up and charging my credit card.

I never got any receipt or email confirmation about these payments, it was only when I checked my bank account that I noticed.

I have since been made aware of these extra charges and have tried to delete my account but that is also difficult to do. I have requested a new password link over 10 times but have not got one, I need this password to delete the account.

I opened the account using my facebook login details but they need an additional password to close it that I do not have.

I really want to warn people about giving credit card details to this website as they store the information and take money at theif free will

I have never downloaded Badoo much less subscribed to anything regarding the app.
I just noticed a reoccurring payment on my bank account of 2.99 for well over a month. I would appreciate any information you have regarding this. I believe this to be fraudulent.

Hi ive been using Badoo for almost 2 years now. Today for the first time I clicked on my messages and was denied because it said my account was blocked for commercial use... Ive read over the terms and agreements and I'm highly upset because the accusation is false. I used is earlier today and all of a sudden my account is blocked. Badoo badoo premium membership scamming, tricking customers

The design of this app is obviously made to make people buy subscriptions by accident. This happens very quickly by the touch of one button, if badoo has your paypal information already. They charged me 65€ for a subscription I never wanted and I don't have the funds to pay this! Support not answering! Is that how badoo treats it's customers?
