Interests are also vaguely familiar but with spatterings of russian alphabet. She's definitely not russion, and isnt a fan of RHCP either so please. Badoo. Do the right thing here.

There are woman and men who are naked, touching them selves, moaning and doing sexual activities on camera but their lives are still up. You take down my live for "terms & conditions" but I dont be doing anything but sitting in my room talking. Men and fake profiles come inside my live being rude, nasty, vulgar & disgusting! Because I curse at them or tell them a smart remark I get banned? But these white, german, asian, italian & other forign races can stay live and seduce their audience? This is about the 20th time you guys ended my live. The other times I may have been dancing on camera and maybe that isnt allowed (although it was fun clean dancing, not raunchy dancing) you guys still took my page. I have screenshots and video recordings of these women and I have proof of the favortism that you show and give. I dont know who is working behind the scences, but its obvious they have favoritism, theyre racist, theyre hateful, and may be jealous. I joined Badoo to make new friends and keep meaningful relationship. I was chatting with a guy this afternoon and the next thing Badoo sent me a message that my account has been blocked that i was reported for using it for commercial purpose. pls i am not using it for commercial purpose. pls verify and unblock my account. I have good friends i wont want to lose. Thank you.

It's pretty annoying because I have been a loyal subscriber since about 2014 previously my account was hacked by someone I know and they may have said or did some things on my account to make me look bad but it wasn't me I have had badoo for years and never had any problems until now I didn't know it could lead to badoo blocking me from every attempt to make a new account this was actually my go to dating site please give me my account back !

I was charged for badoo premium 2 hours ago. A charge which I did not authorize.
I took it up with badoo and they say I 'instantly recieved the benefits of badoo premium'.
I have not used any of badoo premium services or used any 'benefits' in the few hours it has been active.
Not only have I not used their so-called premium services, they have also cancelled the subscription (a whole 1 month subscription) and are refusing to issue a refund.
I would like a full refund immediately or else I will have no choice but to escalate the matter. I will fight to the end.

My account was blocked and I wasn’t told why. This is the 3rd time and when I called some number for assistance the man not only went through the process of supposedly trying to help me he also went through my pictures and began sending messages to my cell phone. I blocked him for doing this now every time I make an account it gets blocked. My profile is basically black so telling me that I have violated is false and if so then prove it because I just found out that if a person doesn’t like you than they can report you and have you blocked with no research or no way to defend yourself. Badoo has not been pleasant for me due to this happening so much and I no longer will use or recommend anyone I know to use badoo. Even the money from my premium was taking. Badoo team is very unprofessional

Badoo, you are a company by people and for people, when someone reports an accounts on grounds that the user is using your app to market or commercialize something . Please investigate the whole conversation. Because the men that keep reporting my account are those asking me for sex or nudes and or sending nudes to me without my consent and when I tell them that if they are asking for sex from me then they should not be surprised if I ask for money and there, mentioning the word, 'money' or saying I'm looking for a sugar daddy gets my account blocked. Where have I mentioned I'm selling sex? Or I offer sex services? Please investigate my accounts all 3 of them and see if I marketted or sold anything. Don't behave as though you are robots.

I received and email notification that me Paypal account was charged for a lifetime subscription of $159. I contacted Badoo support right way about me not requesting or approve the transaction and they should cancel the subscription and send me a refund. They cancel the subscription immediately but refuse to send me a refund. i cannot afford to pay for that. I need my refund...i will follow this up until my refund is sent...I'm contacting a lawyer about this today...I read other people comment about thesame issues and i believe its time they stop ripping people off.
There was a time they was charging $2 per day for a whole week and i had to email them to cancel it.
I just clearly read this under badoo terms and condition agreement.

The same situation. Badoo billed me $25 for the premium account via PayPal without my consent. No prompts, not showing the price, nothing.
I used Badoo website 4 years ago. Paid for the premium via PayPal, used it for a while and then cancelled. Everything is ok.
A day ago installed Badoo app from Google Play. Logged into my account, checked my profile. And - surprise! - instantly got a notification from PayPal. Badoo charged me $25 automatically just when I opened the app. I had a witness that stared at my phone screen right when I installed the app, started browsing it and got billed. So I just know that Badoo did not show me the price, did not ask me to confirm or somehow inform me about an upcoming charge.

Ok just spoke to my bank's fraud team and they tell me badoo have been taking money from my bank account fraudulently... Taking £2.09 every few days since AUGUST 2019! How sneaky is badoo?! I how do i go about claiming this back if anyone can help... I will seek to go as far as possible to get my money back and i will also tell my 10, 000 facebook followers never to use your theiving service if i do not get this fixed up. Badoo... Where you at?

I've been scammed for my money by the Badoo app. I only confirmed payment for a 1 month subscription however it has taken multiple payments from me that I was not made aware of! I simply payed for what presented itself as a month subscription then made a few transactions with the credits it gives you, however these did not involve ANY other purchases! I would like a refund as soon as possible please as this is not something I can afford.

unauthorized credit card charges
This app has taken £71.95 out of my account without me hardly using it since the beginning of September 2019.
Unlike other apps which prompt you for payment for services, Badoo will give you premium services without making it obvious it is taking money from you.
The credits automatically top up when you reach under 200 credits, something I didn't sign up for or was conveniently not made aware of.I guess a lot of people will be caught out by this trick.
To make matters worse, the site doesn't really work.Most of the profiles are fake or spam.

I have recently joined Badoo and have tried to log on and my account has been blocked. I have no idea what I have done as used it for two days for the purpose required I logged on using my email [protected]@gmail.com. It is ridiculous this is the second time I have been blocked for no reason. I know has caused me to be blocked the mother of my child who keeps showing up on my account and I block her not interested in it and have moved on. Please re activate my account so I can find love.

When I first made my badoo account I have had a few people harassing me and trying to scam me. When I told the person who was harassing to leave me and that I was going to report them. He got mad and reported my page. I was blocked on my account for no explanation as to why and there isn't a human to call or email. Every time I report a issue, I just keep getting the same automatic messages response saying my account has been blocked for these reasons.
Non of which I think are valid to me. I've been using this app for years now and never have I had an issue like this before. It's really frustrating as I can't get back in contact with people I've been talking to.

I have been using badoo for years now. Suddenly they blocked my account and won't exactly say why. How do I reopen my account? I don't do anything that nobidy else does in there. I was being bombarded by somebody's genitalia pictures and when I told him that I wouldn't return the favour he began to get upset. I told him that my pictures are not free, that I don't just give myself away. He reported me. This is how I deal with unsolicited pics. Also the app won't let me use my fb to log in. Says I'm not old enough ? I would like to continue to chat with my new friends please.
