My account has been blcoked today for the reasons of being rude or abusive behavior. I think there is a misunderstanding on this. I feel like someone wanted me to spoilt her with money for sex and i refused thats why maybe she find that rude to her. Please i need your help.

I have been given a yellow card by badoo for bulling message, I responded to a message sent to myself by the user called sash saying"[censored] off and leave me alone your getting very creepy now!"

The man in question started chatting with me in early 2020, we spoke for a couple of weeks on your platform and then I stupidly gave him my number, all was fine and the he just stopped talking, so I deleted everything. Then about 2 months later he started texting again to which I said I wasn't interested and deleted it again, since the I get at least 2 messages a month from him, I blocked his number and he poped up with another phone I blocked it again then he has turned up on various other platforms and 2 years on it is very creepy. So yes I did swear and I reported him but it seems you have decided to protect him. I have now sent 6 messages to badoo to say this and I have had zero response I want my account removed and I'm not willing to accept your "yellow card"

I accidentally paid for lifetime Badoo premium instead of one day because I tried to pay for one day premium but payment failed and then I tried again but the page automatically changes to lifetime premium. Id kindly ask you for a refund. It happened on June 26th 2022 at around 20:00 Prague time. Thank you for reading this.

First I am told my Badoo account has been blocked. From my original message included below you can see that I do not promote my social media accounts at any moment. I do not mention anything of the sort. I am looking for a dance partner. The given reason is wrong, I did not try to get anyone to go to a different social media platform. Kindly check my message sent to friends on Badoo: (English and Russian). You can see I am not breaching any Badoo policies.

Then I am told you have decided to permanently block my profile for being in violation of our Guidelines. I read your guidelines, the stated reason is not true and nothing pertinent to my case can be found.

Then I am told to get in touch with your customer support team.

Then I am told I am trying to reply to a thread that is no longer active. Unfortunately, my message hasn't been sent to your customer service team.

With a blocked account and blocked profile of course I cannot contact your bloody [censored]ing idiotic customer service at all to see what miserable deliberations you might foolishly put forward instead of an intelligent response.

It seems to be harsh and arbitrary customer service if Badoo does not even tell me why you decide to permanently block my profile.

Summary:

I purchased a premium subscription for 69.99, got charged an extra 12.49 without any reason or my will. Got blocked from Badoo without any reason, no explanation or prof.

Badoo steel from me 82.48 USD - Do not purchase any plans from Badoo.

Detailed explanation:

On 2.5 I purchased a Premium lifetime upgrade for 69.99 USD; I have been using the dating site for 3 days and on 5.5. I got blocked by Badoo - On the screen was written “you were violating the rules. “

I have written an email to Badoo that my account was blocked without any reason and that I purchased a premium lifetime subscription. They replied with some automatic message.

“You have been blocked due to violation of our Guidelines. Due to this, we will not be able to refund the service you have purchased on Badoo.

I complain again that I want to see proof of any violation of rules - Badoo did not answer; they did not reply or provide any proof.

I claimed PayPal and saw that Badoo took an additional 12.49 for some credits that I did not purchase. They just took it as probably Paypal left the open account to them.

They took 82.48 USD for credits and subscription, and after 3 days, Badoo blocked my profile - no reason, no prof.

I made a purchase from Badoo dating site for £5.99 on my Credit card. This process was a two stage process and was fair and acceptable.

By pressing the icon on site tab named would you like to see more matches, this is an example but the point is this stage was miss leading on the web site Badoo and immediate payment of £49.99 was taken from my Credit card. I felt the process was not clear and set out in such a way it was misleading and not a clear process and was not clearly priced on the screen that was provided. for excample on Amazon there is always a 2 stage payment process to make sure the customer is happy with a purchase. I would not have made a purchase of nearly £50 had I know it would cost this. Times are hard at the moment and this has caused me dept that will take time to pay. Again I stipulate the first purchase was acceptable. I have contacted Badoo on Messenger Facebook and I await reply. Kind Regards Thomas Hamilton.

I stopped this app because they where costanly taking money out my account I took the app off my device telling them I know longer used their service and since than they are contienuelng taken money could you stop this please, I shouldn't pay for a service I no longer get.

I paid for an online membership yesterday (April 12th 2022) for the app Badoo. After one day of using the app (April 13th 2022) I no longer am able to message others or use the app’s services as it has forcibly changed my age. This is unacceptable and it feels like they stole my money and purposely tampered with my account.

Someone contacted my husband recently saying she had a feeling someone had stolen my pictures and faked a profile on Badoo. She send us screenshots of the conversations containing details of our lives, including where we live and where we’re moving to, biggest issue being they know that we have a child. My husband and I have tried contacting Badoo for help but because we haven’t got an account with them, they refuse to help. I want to know who this was! They know where we live ffs! I’ve reported this to the police but yet to hear from them. Is this not important enough for anyone? I have kids and I’m concerned.
