Badcock & More Queen size bed

I purchase a bedroom suite last year sometime and they offered me insurance just in case something happen to my furniture. My bed broke so I call Badcock to file a claim so they directed me to The Insurance they provided me. I call on June 5th 2020 to put in my claim. Nick my agent told me someone will contact me about the status of my claim. You think I received a call? No. So I contact them 2 weeks later to check on status and my claim hasn't event been to sent for approval. So I call the Badcock store where I purchase my items and I spoke with the manager Ms.Teresa. She did email cooperate and she did find out the claim has been approve but my parts still haven't been ordered. Ok, so this is a whole month now I'm sleeping on the floor. So Teresa order my parts and told me it should be on her next truck. Ok I call today, they still don't have my parts. The manager made the comment I might have to wait several of trucks before I'm able to get the parts. I literally have to wait another whole month. Basically, the insurance is not worth it. They have you wait all this time before they fix your furniture but its not a problem to collect the monthly payments. Which the insurance is not free its included in my monthly payments. I talk to a customer service and they told me they will lower my payment to $65.00 from $150.00 this month. The thing is that's not helping me because I still have to pay the difference. Interest is added onto my account daily. So that $85.00 difference is not a credit they just pushing it to the next month and making my payment plan a 1 month and 1/2 longer which mean more interest is added to my balance. So, nothing is getting done in a timely matter. The insurance is full of it and Badcock is not making even better but they still want they payment. I wouldn't purchase anything from them and I defiantly wouldn't purchase the insurance because your furniture will be paid off by the time they fix it. Even the insurance company tried to tell me I have to pick up the parts and put it together myself when the parts come in. No, I'm not. That's what I paid that $99.00 delivery fee them to put it together. After I talk to customer service today they kept sending me to the wrong department after I been on hold for the longest. The last person suppose to been transferring me to the right department hung up on me. Now I'm on hold again its been 45 minutes and still haven't talk to anyone. If you thinking about buying anything from them don't do it.

Badcock & More Customer service - return of product

I am writing this email in reference to a recent purchase at store # 753 for a dining room table - I am looking for assistant in regards to how I was treated at this particular location. I was treated beyond poorly as a customer of several years. I was delivered the wrong shape of my dining table, I ordered a rectangle table and was delivered a round table. I contacted the store where I was told to bring the round table a few days later and was called on that day to bring the table as I entered the store I was not greeted by the sale lady linda instead yelled at by her as to "where is the table" I advised it was in my vehicle and I kept asking if my table was available - she ignored me because was attending to other clients but later then yelled at me to bring it to the back of the store - as I looked in shock I asked if my rectangle table was here as I was told it was at the store - she then yelled across the room "your table is not here - bring me the one you have, I can't do nothing you should have called" meanwhile I was called by her that morning to come and bring the table - it was the most stressful time of my life to have been talked down this way especially since I was actually going to purchase more that day from the store. I was embarrassed especially knowing that my husband walked around the store and noticed the truck was behind the warehouse with my table - linda then started to say I can just cancel my order and that is exactly what I did because I was at that point of disrespect. After all of this, I have my children eating on the floor because of this experience. I am in distress - because of all of this and I need and want answers to how a customer can be treated like this. Badcock & More I purchased a bed, dresser and mattress

I purchased a king size bedroom with mattresses and i am very perplexed with the service and product. First of all i didn't know that the merchandise was going to still be in the boxes. Once they were removed from the box i notice that the bed was damaged, i immediately called the store to inform them and i was told i could bring it back and order another one, well i really wanted this bedroom set so i told her it would be totally impossible for me to bring it back(it was heavy).So i was willint to work with that but once we opened up the dresser it was damaged also i called again and was told i could bring it back. And to top things off the mattress did not come! so i was told it would be here tuesday well it didnt come tuesday and now it will be here friday! i am so dissatisfied right now i want to give it all back and go some where else. The cost was almost $3000.00 i need my bed and mirrow corrected and if my mattress is not in friday they can have it all back.

Badcock & More Vacuum cleaner

My mother who is 86 yr. badcock refuse to credit her account for something she doesn't want any more. She would like the credit to go to her account instead they are offering her a gift card for $50 which she would be loosing about $40. Or apply it to another electronic product and pay the difference. The policy is a rip-off. She on a fix income and her account isn't delinquent. I have tried and tried to get this resolved. No help. I would like other people hopefully don't let this happen to them are there elderly parents. I hope they read this and do the right thing.

Badcock & More Defective furniture and bad store manager

Store 134 refuses to give me refund for delivery charges when the manger didn't want to replace the defect loveseat for the third time. If I wanted cheap and defective furniture I would of went to a thrift store. Store manager wants to justify his awful customer service decisions because I had to wait almost a week each delivery and "the furniture was at my house" didn't mention he was going to screw me out of money when accepting to take the furniture back due to the constant defects. Furniture is bought as a set. I also purchased the protection plan clearly he wouldn't of honored this either. What kind of people are you hiring to not work with customers due to no fault of theirs? He is trapping people into this fee because if you don't accept and pick up yourself you are responsible for anything already defective before you even see it. Irritated with corperate who won't do the right thing and refund me from a shady store manager.

Badcock & More poor customer service

I purchased a sectional from your company, which I love. But, i've been out of work for two months, due to job closing because of the corona virus. Your company was the only company calling for payment‼️ the supervisors kept pressuring me for a return date to work & how much could I pay, & that the payment had not been made in 60 days, the exact amount of days, that I have been without work. One would think that your supervisors have not been watching the news. This is truly a bad look for your company‼️ it's was so unbelievable to me, I had to share it with my friends & family. They even asked about repossessing the furniture. How insensitive is your workers/company? I have mortgage & car payment & utilities... All of them were more than understanding! At this time, i'm sure that furniture would be the last worry that a family would have. Also, I never said that I wasn't going to pay the payments. Just was trying to explain, that there was no money in my account @ this time. I'm so disappointed in your company... So sad‼️

I finance a laptop. I love it so I was happy to purchased it. Unfortunately I knew I would keep it regardless of the payment. So I destroyed the box it came in. But unfortunately money stop coming in so that leave me to take one computer back. Payment I could not meet. So I took it back but the manager will not take it back because the laptop is not in the box it came in. So I dont know what to do about the payment

Badcock & More My mattress

I called and made a claim on my mattress because my house had a roof leak and and mold and mildew I thought my 10 year warranty would cover me getting a new mattress but they said I was denied because I didn't fall into the certain claim criteria what use is the, warranty if I can't make a claim and the mattress is making me sick they came to take pictures of the mattress and now their refusing to replace it because I don't fit into their claim criteria?!

Badcock & More Couch and loveseat

Around a month ago I recently purchased a new couch and loveseat. Shortly after having the couches, I noticed the bar under the couch seemed to be bent. On top of that the couches were extremely dirty. I've called multiple times and even went up to the store, but I keep being given the run around and met with terrible attitude. It's been excuses from the repair guy losing my phone number to employees lying about coming to inspect the couches. I just want what I paid for, whether it's an easy repair or a new couch.

Badcock & More Account

I have an account with Badcock and I felled behind on my payments, because of hours was cut. After the hours was cut, I was unemployed after that. I had the insurance on my Badcock account, so in case this happen I will be ok with payments being paid to my account to keep it updated. I spoke with an representative about 4 months ago, and I'm still getting calls. I explain to the rep that I'm still unemployed and don't know when I will be able to catch up the payments. I'm willing to make a payment, but not for the amount that the monthly payments are for $150.00 a month. I can not afford that payment if I'm not working.

Badcock & More Customer service - corporate

I was having trouble getting the website to submit my payment. After hitting the submit button twice, I decided to call badcock. I spoke to a very nice lady who then transferred me to a department to take my payment. The person named, Ricky, who greeted me wasn't nice at all and talked to me in a pretty stern manner. He read me all of the details about my past due balance of $374, remaining balance and all. He proceeded to ask me how I will be paying today and I said I just want to make a payment of $110 today. He tells me that he cannot take less than the past due balance from me. This is the 2nd or 3rd time I've had to speak to these individuals at Badcock since purchasing my furniture and they are always rude and have terrible customer service! Within the next few days I will be paying my furniture off and I will never purchase anything from this place again.

Badcock & More Return of equipment

Yesterday a dining set was delivered to our sons apartment. The set is too large for the area. I called to have them come and take it back. I am being told that it is a 20% restocking fee. That is not what is says on line you have 1-10 business days to return your purchase. I contacted the customer service team (who are not very user friendly) letting them know what their website indicated. They told me that is only for online purchases. No where on the site does it indicate On Line Purchases have a different return policy than purchasing direct. I know now why I never shopped at Badcock before!

Badcock & More Bedroom furniture

I'm very upset with the Winter Garden, Florida Badcock location. I've had to return furniture twice due to the agent wanting to make a sale and ordering items that wasn't compatible. Now it's the blame game between the store and the delivery guys! Something needs to be for me the customer being inconvenienced! I've had to drive twice to the store and then had to wait for pickup! This is unprofessional and bad business!

Badcock & More Employees girlfriend

I visited the badcock in crossville last week and while I was in there the delivery girl was macking all over her girlfriend. Their hands were inappropriate places and should have not been that close to each other while at work. This was disgraceful and very rude. I will not be back to the badcock store in crossville ever again. You should not allow this inappropriate behavior to go in at your store.

Badcock & More Retirement compensation

My father worked for Babcock for 15 years. He is now 76 years old and although he is vested, he has been denied his retirement benefits. He still has all of his documentation proving he was a former employer (and the information is seemingly in the Department of Labor system). I am trying to figure out what needs to be done to resolve this issue.

Badcock & More I'm a customer and their is this very sweet beautiful little young lady that works there and her hair is red..

I went to cleveland bad cock store.. Their was this young lady with beautiful fire engine red hair that was helping us.. I asked her name.. I believe she said whitney.. While a few day later I came back in with my husband and I see this young lady and she didnt seem her self and I asked about her hair cause it was another color.. She had told me that the owner had said to her.. I just want to complain bc its shouldnt matter what color her hair was or anything.. She is such a great work and always smiling willing to help u.. The other ladies that worked there wasnt as nice as her.. So now when I go in I ask for miss whitney or young lady with red hair.. I just wanted to see if yall could do something about them makeing her change the color of her hair.. Its a shame u can be ur self bc ur not up to today level.. U should never judge them.. I pray that yall can call her let her how fanastic she is doing and how she made my day.. The owner should had said anything.. I understand if it was crazy colors like pink blue green but red is very common now days.. She is very sweet.. I went to the other store in baldwin and theirs a young black lady icant remeber her name but she wear a shirt that shows way to much.. I wouldnt want my husband coming in to see all that but its okay for her show her titties and not okay for little whitney to have red hair

Badcock & More Aubry 5 piece dining set

I purchased this dining set from the Badcock store in Burlington, Nc. I had to pick it up from the warehouse distribution center in Mebane, NC. We just opened the box to put it together and found there were NO instructions anywhere in the box! The local store closed at 7, so I called the customer service number and told the lady that our box contained no instructions and could she email me some instructions. She said that most of their stuff does not come with instructions. I then asked her how did they expect people to put things together with no instructions? She then said "Will that be all?" Very dismissive. Very disrespectful. Very unprofessional and definitely NOT a good look for your company!I have spent a lot of money with your company within the last month and I feel that this is very unacceptable. I would greatly appreciate it if someone would contact me and speak with me further about this situation because I am highly upset. My number is [protected]. I look forward to hearing from you.

Badcock & More Bedroom headboard

Moved from North Carolina, had furniture over a month now. I was told the headboard piece was on order. Everytime I call I get brushed off, like we got you. I never had a problem with the NC store. But I'm still required to make these monthly payments.
Why not order me a new headboard if they know they can't get this piece in. I loved Badcock up to now.

Badcock & More Furniture

I bought a bedroom set, I didnt have it 6 months, it started cracking, separating and drawers started sagging. 3 months later a "like" set came in... Ok I guess it will have to work. I just had back surgery and cant lift more than 10 lbs. When buying this furniture I was told that I had to purchase insurance. That should of been a red flag right there. I proceeded anyway because i was told anything financed has to have insurance on it. Well the replacement furniture is coming and the lady told me I needed insurance on it. Which tells me Im getting subpar furniture again. I don't feel like I should have to pay any if these cost, to correct this problem, to make lets say in court terms make even, as if the problem never happened. Im not being treated this way and have to finance at a rediculous rate pay for the old insurance and the new insurance. So Im not only being inconvenienced, Im technically being robbed from my time and money. This is un- reasonable and I would like some kind of resolve to this issue, That is fair! If no resolve can be reached, I will go higher up in the consumers board for fair practices and service., I will contact whomever I need to to make complaints. This is not right and really needs to be corrected. I have emailed the store to notify them of this and I have had No reply back. I see 500 people a day and I will no longer refer customers, until this ussue is taking care of that is fair. I think the insurance on all the pieces needs to be payed by Badcock. Also, I already sent photos in, thats why they are replacing the set. Customer # 642I626138

Badcock & More Table and storage bench, replacements broken and wrongly ordered 4 times.

We bought a table, 4 chairs and bench with storage on january 5th. The wood on top of table began peeling and the entire bottom of the storage bench fell off randomly so I took it to store and they ordered replacements or so they said bc it was forgotten and not ordered un til the next. . I went back the following week I got the new table and bench. Open bench box and the hinges on inside of bench are broken from wood and chipping. Take it all the way back to store to order another. I call on the next Wednesday to see if I can get it and this time they ordered me the table and NOT the bench. Now I have to wait another week to possibly get the bench but who know, it may be damaged again. But I understand the rule of I have to pick it up since I never paid for delivery originally when bought. But I'm mad after this whole crappy back and forth stuff I've been dealing with for 5 or 6 weeks and driving to and from and feel as though we deserve to have this 3rd replacement delivered to us at this point at no cost. The store keeps saying it's not possible and they'll get fired if they do, so someone in the big office needs handle this matter asap.

Two years ago I purchased furniture from Eastman Badcock six months later the motion bed I purchased the left side would not work I called and was assured someone would get back to me, they never did. I called off and on when I got time to call and each time I was told they would take care of the problem. May 29, 2019 I sent for an email to Kristina Tripp with a picture of the part she said she would get it ordered and again she dropped the ball. I purchase this bed due to my husband being handicap and not able to get up and down easily. So we spent the money for nothing and the people in charge did not care about my problem to try to fix it. I also purchased a couch and love seat and they are both garbage at this point. No we have not abused our furniture it is only my husband and myself in the home. My husband can not even sit with me on the couch due to the lack of Cushing in them and the recliners cut the circulation off in his legs because his legs sit on wood not cushion. I will never buy from Badcock again and will tell every one I can my experience. I would expect a lot more care from your company but like all companies who have gotten to big to care for their customers you let me know it is my problem. I even spoke to the new owner/manager he assured me he would take care of it but when I called him after not getting a call back he would not even get on the phone he had his employee tell me I had to call the company myself to get the problem fixed due to the warranty being out. It was their fault it ran out because they BS me all the way.

Badcock & More lg tv

I purchased a tv in April from badcock. My 2 year old son bumped the tv stand & the tv fell off busting the whole screen. I paid $298 insurance when purchasing the tv. The manager said that accidental damage is not included in the insurance which means that I will still have to continue to pay on the damaged tv & pay to get it fixed. No one at badcock confirmed me that this insurance was just for internal damage only. This has really made angry & there is no way I can pay for a damaged tv & pay to get it fixed. Can someone help me out with this?
