BackCountry World men's warm cashmere wool zipper sweater

I ordered the first one in Dec. 2018 for my husband for Christmas, it came well after and was 2 sizes too small, we ended up giving it to my son-in-law. I immediately placed another order on 1/9/19 and still have not rec'd it. I contacted them a couple of weeks ago and they have not returned my email. I tried again today and the website is not valid. Guess they scammed me out of 40.00.

BackCountry World zipper front wool sweater

Item was ordered way before Christmas. Item was received at the end of January. Item is three to four sizes too small. And I ordered big as required. Now that I need a return slip, I have zero customer service. It appears the page has even been taken down. People like this cannot be allowed to get away with this. They're going to ruin internet purchasing for everyone if they are not held accountable. I appreciate your input on this situation. Thank you very much

BackCountry World zipper front wool sweater

Ordered before Christmas. Finally received at the end of January. It's a large that might fit a young boy and I ordered big. Absolutely no customer service, and web sight has been removed? No one will acknowledge my request for a return voucher, to return for a refund($39.99) or even a replacement, that who knows what size to order, and no doubt wouldn't be received till summer when it can't be used!

I ordered a wool sweater from them and it took about a month to get it.
Even though I ordered an extra large it would barely fit a child.
The pockets were sewn shut and the tag is on the outside on the Right shoulder.
There seems to be no way to get a hold of them as their phone number is disconnected.
Unreal that these kind of people can do business in this manner.
Shame on them.

BackCountry World sweater

Ordered December 9.
Recieved January 16.
At least 2 sizes too small and I ordered big. Need a shipping label for return. Would like a full refund. Shipping takes forever. To reorder, it would be next winter till I could use it.
Seems to be zero customer service and zero customer satisfaction. Pages come up - can't be found. Phone number gives no humans, just sends you to e-mail

I want a refund. If something isn't done to provide restitution, I and many others will be done with internet shopping forever. They can just take your money immediately, and close their page and nothing gets done about it. Does no one police internet purchasing?

BackCountry World worst experience I even had with any merchant

I never received the promised tracking number despite multiple emails and phone calls to a recording...gee, I wonder why no live person has ever answered their business phone.
Presently, I am at the time limit of the promised delivery of my purchased item. However, there have been zero communications as well as zero responses to my status requests about my purchases item. Based on the lack of responsiveness this appears to be a scam and I have already paid for the item they advertised.
Looks like I'll have to engage the State Attorney's office involved to get me a refund.
I am posting this to hopefully prevent others from trusting this company and losing money.
Read the Better Business Bureau report. NO wonder why they have a "F" rating.

BackCountry World don't order from them

I live in the US ( the same country where they have their business). I had to wait for two months t receive my order. They provided me with so many reasons out of their dumb heads.
Moreover, when I finally got the order it wasn't the same what I bought. In other words, they shipped wrong items.
Their representatives promise to exchange or to refund, but I don't believe them. I think they will make me wait for 6 months before they complete the whole process. Do I want to deal with them this way? No, of course, I don't.
Will sell these items through special websites and maybe earn more.

BackCountry World refund issue

I bought a shirt from www.backcountryworld.org as a present for my husband and the one arrived was too small. When I contacted BackCountryWorld their rep said that was the last one available and said that they can refund our money. I was very disappointed because I and my husband really liked the shirt and we were hoping to get a replacement, but refund was better than nothing so we agreed. We sent the shirt back and later received a notification that BackCountryWorld received it, but they never contacted us about our refund and we are still waiting for our money.

I also have ordered from BCW and can get absolutely zero customer service or customer satisfaction. Are they to be allowed to just scam many people and just continue? They need to be held responsible for the sake of internet shopping, PERIOD!
