On May 03, 2014 I buy a car Nissan Pathfinder from this dealer. From the beginning they request a $3500 Down payment which I denied the offer. I CLEARLY talk to the Manager Mr. Tony Naranjo that I will not close the deal if the down payment get down to $3000.00 the final agreement was to initially paid $2000 + 2 payment of $500 each. They did a Promissory Note for each payment. The first on 05/06/2014 and the second for 05/23/2014.
The same day I give to this person $500.00 Cash which they did not give a received for this payment, them they tried to let me sign paper without the proper information and in BLANK which is INLEGAL, not only that the $500 that supposed to go to the First Promissory payment they INTENSIONALLY and UNTRUFLT added it to the original down payment (INCRISING MY DOWMPAYMENT TO $3500).
They has been trying to withdraw money from my account BEFORE AGREEMENT TIME. I called them to ensure the information that they give me to sign was correct but they JUMP YOU to one person to another and at the end of the road the only thing that you have is the REPOSETION OF YOUR VEHICLE.
This case will be under the Investigation of the Motor Vehicle Dealer Board which I recommend to do a Formal Complaint with this types of dealership that the only thing that they want is to cut you into pieces. They are not truthful and have no respect to customer. Unfortunately they don’t understand the word “REFERRED “.
Suggestion:
YOU DO NOT SIGN NOTHING WITHOUT THE PROPER INFORMATION
CHECK THE PURCHASE AGREEMENT (This document was the one that I did not carefully read) LEARNED!
CHECK YOUR ACCOUNT CLOSELY
They trying to get the First Payment before our agreement ! Incredible

      Was shown Car Fax and told the car had never been in a wreck. The Ford Dealer showed me the welds where the car was cosmetically repaired. Pitiful service, pitiful sales ... what a waste of time and money!

      CarFax is a company which can only acquire the reported information. Ford is a company that still builds worthless cars. 90% of Ford vehicles have either electrical problems or transmission problems after 5 years of ownership. Oh, and there are those of you that would not report an accident. So go blame your neighbor, don't blame any dealership for things that are simply not reported by other people.
