B Business Solutions Inc I don't have money to pay the penalty.

I was contacted via email to be a mystery shopper and received two $960 money orders. B.Business Solutions told to cash it at my bank and gave a list of things to do, which I did. The check bounced and my balance is negative now. I don’t have money to pay the penalty.
