Axis Bank / education loan
The worst service ever. I asked for my loan account statement last month on email and i have still not received it. Everytime you want to load your forex card with money from education loan account, they will say the system is down. I am tired of all of these. They will not respond to you and will delay the process.
I want to escalate this scenario and I want action to be taken on this.

Dear Ma'am/ Sir,
I have an education loan account with axis from august 2018 and I am really not happy with the service provided. Some of your working staff is not efficient and a renowned bank like you, how can your system be always down when I want to load my forex card from my education loan account. They take so long for this and I tried every time but they fail. I want to escalate this issue to the senior management.
Evwn after sending you all the information you asked, they delay my process by 3 4 days everytime.
