7/12/19 FINALLY got a person (Jerly) on the phone after a month of trying to find anything with a phone number or email to talk to! She offered to refund 50% of the ONE month (I had received TWO unauthorized!) & AFTER she 'talked it over with a supervisor'...when I said NO, I have already filed a complaint with the BBB, she offered to refund ALL of ONE month! I said NO, I want BOTH months refunded & she did! Not the shipping ($4.95 each) but she DID refund ONE but her supervisor has to approve the older one & (haha, call me back within 24-48 hours!) I am NOT holding my breathe for that one! Thankfully, she cancelled the subscription! As I was trying to explain to her how NORMAL, REPUTABLE companies do things (have a proper invoice with a Company NAME, ADDRESS, PHONE & EMAIL on it AND they bill you as a COMPANY not 'Sleep Aid'!), she continued to talk over me & put me on hold! After all of this time, effort & aggravation, Hopefully, it is almost over! I WILL call back if I don't get a call! When she asked if she could help me with anything else, I told her to look for a new job since this company was a scam!

I ordered Avinol Pm to try out. I did not see their condition of 30 day return. I was out of the country till May 11. I called and told them I returned first offer with their instruction and return order form. Then I got another one. My credit card was charged twice. They only refunded me with one . I asked for supervisor that called me back but she insist they cannot return the first charge of $79. I told her I returned both and I was not happy with the product.
I would hope they would be more considerate even explaining to her I was out of the country and that the product did not have a desired effect on me.
I am wanting a refund not only on the second one but the first charge.

I am Cat Nguyen living at 2412 Pinyon Jay Drive, Colorado Springs, CO 80951. I accepted the trial of Avinol PM Extra Strength since March 2019. The effectiveness of each tablet is so low. It can say helpless. I am also very sorry to just receive one more box of the same kind although I never order it. And I was charged total $171.75. Please, stop sending me this useless medicines immediately as of today May 8, 2019. Thanks.

It has been a nightmare. Product didn't work. They charged my bank account $79.95. I sent the product back. And the bank gave me my money back temporary as they researched the charge. Now the bank is going to take the money back out of my account. The company is stating that they didn't receive the product. So they are going to take my $79.95 . The worst company ever. Never buy anything from them.

I was charged for a trial size but received a full order then charged full price plus shipping of $84.95. I am a low income senior. I would NEVER order a product tbis expensive that was not prescribed. They said I clicked/selected permission to start a subscription for this. No. When I called they told me it was passed the trial period so no recund could be given. Another box came and they allowed me to return it but I was stuck with the shipping. Tbiscompany should not be allowed to steal from people. On top of that the product made me sick.

I ordered a one time "free" sample of avinol pm and paid the shipping charge of $4.95. Today, 3/3/19, I incurred a charge on my credit card for $79.95 that I did not authorize. I never agreed to any future automatic shipments or charges! This company is acting fraudulently and should be penalized to the maximum. They should be banned from doing business period.

I ordered one free trial bottle and only had to pay the shipping charge of $4.95. Was a little concerned when they added an insurance fee to that total so I called them and they reversed it. I did receive the trial box. I did not think the product worked and never gave it a second thought. Then I received my bill yesterday and found a charge of $59.95! I did not sign up for this and have not even received more product! I'm just out right being ROBBED. I will NOT fall for this scam and will do whatever it takes to take these scammers down!

This is nothing but another internet scam.
These pills do nothing at all to give you sleep.
Be sure you are not taken like me.

Ordered a FREE TRIAL SAMPLE for only 4.95 shipping. No where in the order or the email I recieved or the free sample package did they say they would charge 79.95 later on. Ordered the product on Oct 25, 2018, was charged 4.95 and on Nov 12 they charged the 79.95. When I first saw the charge on my cc I tried to call the number that was listed for the charge of getsleepbettersleep and it rang and immediately it hangs up on you. I then proceeded to contact my cc company and they did not take the charge back. I looked up the company Avinol PM and called that # and them and they were willing to do nothing.
I guess I was supposed to magically know to ship the item back to them. They are a SCAM!
I still have the full bottle minus 1 pill and am willing to send back if they will credit back the 79.95

I signed up for the free trial for 4.95, received it but in the meantime was put in prescription sleep medication. I called the customer service number after I was charged for a second order. I spoke to Maria on 9/28/18 at 3:50 pm who told me I would get an email with return instructions. I did not get the email and I would like to return both shipments. They are both unopened and I would like to send them back and have my credit card refunded. Thank you

Avinol PM / Advanced Nutraceuticals is a scam/fraud.

I posted a comment about this on Facebook to warn others.

I paid $4.95 shipping for a free sample. Then I was charged $79.95. The company said I have to return the FREE sample to get my $79.95 back . I still won't get the $4.95 or the cost to ship it to them back and I have nothing.

I would like my money refunded to my address as my bank has suggested I close my account.

I have received an order of avinol pm and been charged $84.95 after requesting and receiving a free trial. This was not permission to continue charging my credit card. There is no company name on the shipment order. Please help investigate. I need to cease this activity immediately. How can a company send something without any contact details? It is very suspicious now.

I ordered a free trial of Avinol pM. paid shipping charge.
Now I received another order for $84.90. I canceled this product right after I tried it.
It doesn't work. Now they won't let me cancel. I have called several times to get these charges removed. However, they keep charging to my visa. I have contacted visa to their fraud department and turned this fraud over to them.
Date of last fraud: August 16, 2018, order # 61, 108757.109.
Credit card charged to "GETSLEEPAIDBETTERSLEEP".
Their response that I threw the product in the garbage is, we need the product back.

Signed up for free trial of Avinol PM. led to believe I would only be charged for shipping. A box of 30 tablets came in the mail, the product doesn't work.
My credit card was charged $1.95 on 3/23, then another $4.95 on 3/23, than on April 10-2018 my card was charged $79.95. This must have been in the (very deceptive) fine print but I feel I was totally and intentionally misled. I didn't get an email confirmation of the transaction at any time after the initial incident nor anytime afterwards. the $79.95 charge posted on my credit card on 4/10. I am disputing the charge as fraud. This company is a rip off. I called to inquire and the (very arrogant) lady that took the call blamed me for being duped by their deceptive advertising. Dishonesty like this will ruin internet transactions.

I never ordered this avinol pm. My bank was charged twice at 84.00$ I have called and spoke with someone in customer service that was suppose to send me an email with an address to mail the unopened avinol pm back to you. I never received a second box. I really don't want to get my lawyer involved but I'm on a fixed income so 168$ is a big deal for something I never even wanted.

I ordered a box of 30 for $4.95 on November 15.2017. I did not authorize any further charges at the time but today we received another box of 30 and a charge of $84.90 has been applied to our Visa card. Neither of us authorized this charge. I would like to return this box and have the $84.90 charge removed from our Visa card. I also want our name and credit information purged from the AvinolPM database.

Advertised a sample of 18 day trial of Avinal PM for $4.95 plus shipping and charged it to my checking. Sent a box of 30, not 18. Was then charged
$79.99. Was nothing stating they were sending me 30 and would be charged
for 30. Called and they said to send back the remainder of the box
and they would refund for the remainder. Should be charged nothing
for the remaining 12 pills. False advertising as far as i'm concerned
and this is a big rip off.

This FREE Avinol PM is nothing but a bait and switch. I found out after giving my order that they would charge my account every month $79.99. Nothing was said ANYWHERE when I was making my order that this charge was going to be done every month. Stay away from this product. It is such a shame that a company would do this to someone especially since their product is rated #1. At least I know now and Monday I will be at my bank to report this problem. And I will let everyone I know about what the company does to their customers. Even though the product is rated #1 it is not worth $79.99.
