Do not rent to Avenues West/Merrill Plaza Apartments on 609 North 31st Street, 2925 West Kilbourn Avenue and 3100 West Wisconsin Avenue in Milwaukee, Wisconsin because Richard Weller and Craig Z the apartment manager rent to bad people and bad tenants, Black tenants start arguments, fights, drama and trouble against good tenants in those apartment buildings, Those apartment buildings are a bad enviroment and it's filled with bad black tenants who do a lot of crazy things in that apartment building, At 609 North 31st Street Theora Charleston Brown aka "Chicken Leg" in Apt 206, Robin Fox in Apt 204 and Apt 305 cause arguments, fights, drama, and trouble against good tenants in that apartment building causing good tenants to move out.Craig Z won't evict them when those black females cause trouble in that building.Craig Z won't let no tenants call the police in that apartment building.If you call the police on a tenant who is harassing you, messing with you, threatening you, and picking on you in that apartment building, Craig Z will evict you for calling the police on a tenant, If someone harassing, messing, threatening, and picking on you, You have the right to call the police on that person who's doing those things to you.Richard A.Weller and Craig Z let those bad things happen to good tenants in that building and Let bad tenants get away with stuff that be happening in those apartment buildings, K.Henderson who live at 2925 West Kilbourn Ave cause problems in that building too, Craig Z and Will the apartment manager won't evict her.I'm not moving in Richard A.Weller's apartment buildings and Craig Z apartment buildings no more because they are irresponsible, they lie in your face, they waste your time and they cannot be trusted in those apartment buildings.Please do not rent to them, Because they will do you wrong like they did me.Please look for a different apartment somewhere else where the whites and hispanics at, Whites, Hispanics, Arab/India American, Native American, and Chinese/Filipino don't cause trouble, arguments, drama and fights with good tenants in apartment buildings, They got common sense better than Black People, and they are not ignorant like Black People, Black People don't have common sense these days for what they're doing.
