Avalar Real Estate & CPSReal Estate Fraud

1

James Michael "Mike" Gordon & Beverly Padgett are believed to have committed real estate fraud. Mike Gordon borrowed his wife's 401(k) and savings to purchase a home and Avalar Real Estate. When it came to buy their house (two days before they got married) he had one of his employees, Beverly Padget and her sister (she was the loan agent) assist him in conning his wife out of her share of the home. A real estate agents job is to protect her clients. Mrs. Gordon repeatedly asked if she needed an attorney and was told by Mike Gordon, Beverly Padgett and her sister, Gayle Arrowood, that there was no need. They told her to sign the papers and congratulated the Gordon's on the purchase of their house. What Mike Gordon and company did was trick Mrs. Gordon into signing a spousal grant deed. Luckily, they weren't married. This shows intent to commit real estate fraud. Mike Gordon also had Avalar's notary notarize Mrs. Gordon's signature with a FALSE SIGNATURE. Mrs. Gordon was NOT married at the time of the purchase of the house. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKS.

I know Mike Gordon, Beverly Padgett, Gayle Arrowood, Nancy Bandettini (she is believed to have helped Mike Gordon stalk his wife...yes, she is still his wife as he didn't provide the court with the information they ordered). Fred Kusin and Eric Cutler also assisted Mike Gordon. They lied during a restraining order hearing. This company is unethical, immoral and fraut with fraudulent practices. Dennis Park is an alcoholic and known pot smoker. John Kosta liest to people and says he's married when he in fact is not. He has 4 children with a woman he is not married to. Nancy Bandettini has multiple postings from former clients. In these postings it is stated that she lies to clients. One client states that she was told that an offer had been accepted, she paid considerable money for inspection only to find out that the offer HAD NOT been accepted. These people are the scourge of the earth. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. THEY ARE CROOKS!

I am sorry to read of this experience. I am an agent for Avalar Real Estate Based in Clarksville Tennessee.First thing to know and correct is that like most real estate companies, Avalar is a franchise. that is to say each office is independantly owned and operated. Each agent is an independent contractor. So if you have had a problem with one agent, or even one office, even though it reflects on the integrity of every other Avalar agent. It is a bit like blaming every McDonald's employee in the country for a bad experience by one employee in one store.
I have been in the real estate industry many years and have worked from several different offices including Keller Williams etc. I have never been anything other that totally honest and have helped many serving soldiers and their families gain their part of the American dream by owning their own home. Even when they have had damaged credit. Like most realtors, I do not lie, cheat or steal. Like most realtors, I work HARD to help people often going above and beyond anything that might reasonably be expected and way more than I am paid to do.
I am proud and happy to represent Avalar Real Estate and invite anyone to call me direct at 931 217 0219 or visit my website at www.TrevorDeanRealtor.com and see that like most realtors, I put my clients before anything.

Mike Gordon is a first class con artist and true " DICK". He deserves all the bad things that can come his way. May he rest well in Hell!
