Hello!, my name is grace casarez. My account was recently suspended for"underage user" but I am 14 and never told anyone I was any younger. Can you please lift the suspension? I don't know what I did wrong for this to happen.. I started playing with my first account then it got suspended for underage and now my second one is getting suspended for the same reason! My brother has an LG phone he updated the game yesterday he plays it over wifi and everyday he try's to get on the game keeps saying try again my other brother plays over WiFi and he gets on perfectly fine then the one who try's to get on can't because every WiFi joint he gets on it keeps telling him to try again I've been trying every since yesterday to try to figure out the problem I'm even trying this morning at 8:36 am and it's still saying this every since yesterday

Just downloaded this app and I loved it until the app started acting out. It won't let me log in every time I try to get into my account it says try again later. This is really Pissing me off because this is the first app I've put money into and now it won't let me play. I've tried shutting down the app Nd restarting it Nd same thing happens. I've also undownloaded and redownloaded the app to my Phone and it still won't let me play. Either fix the problem or give me the money I spent on the app back !

When ever I get something from someone I never get it in my messages even a mystery box. This also happens when a robotic player gifts me something because I did something. I never even get the prize from the mystery box I don't know if this happens to other players it's just I've wasted a lot of money (aprox 500 avacoins) this has happened since the Safari update. Please fix this as soon as possible but other then that this game is great.

They said my acc will receive 80k but i didnt even receive a coin? What the [censored]? Can u pls fix this mess im so dissapointed and i dont know what to say 80k and i didnt get even a coin? What kind of service are the avakin doin? Were not idiots! Fix this cause my acc should receive a coins u didnt even give 20 coins to me and say i received the coins?!

When I enter clothes or furniture in shop on my fire 7 then to scroll down when the items or about to load in it lag then crash an another time when their was an new update on i was about to load in to the game it said that it was enabled to sign me in at 88 loading screen
and I of to reinstall the game i didn't know if I was bann because I didn't show the time the bann will be up

so I tried doing tap joy so many time ive completed all of my tapjoy and I still get nothing from it I've wasted my time with this game and I'm posting on face book to tell how bad the service is for tapjoy I've done over 100000avA coin Worth of two-hour I've even put money on this game and still did not get it my account is dr prankster and I would like some help getting my tapjoy

I complete the action but not receiving any coins can u fix it as soon as possible? I dont why i choose this gsme and played it for 2 weeks and didnt didnt receive any coins this is not fair pls fix thos emmidiately and this is not the only one i alsp didnt receive the coins when a i complete the action from surveys i complete the tasks but not receiving any coins

i have been on avakin life for 2 years and it was great back then now they make all these rules for certain words u can get banned just like that i got banned the other day for mentioning ig 🙄how [censored]ed up is that. no wonder people leave this game for imvu your losing money for ur [censored]ty rules this is ur doing avakin life no other game is as [censored]ed as this i spent sm money to get where i was and now its gone cuz of one word either give me my account back or give me my money back. your game is [censored] im sure others would agree with me this is [censored].

This person named Jay and kroy hacked my account I need it permantly taken down I am writing to inform you guys it needs to be deleted I will make another account to have further services but in the picture shown below is what they have done to my account and unfriended my friends and changed my avatar and I have Instagram messages from the person so I have worked hard but if I have to I will start over and try again thank you for understanding

This game has gone from really good to being shut down in 3 years from now. One the star of words is absurd, you can't say things like "u"ect. I've never seen a game never so bad that it relies on the players to make it good. The report system is bad, one day I said fhok on accident not looking at my keyboard typing fork and I got reported for saying it over and over, which is quiet stupid in my opinion, avakin should have never changed 17+ to 13+, the game is full of immature kids now and trollers at this point. Noobs don't stay longer than lvl 3 now. It's honestly not fun anymore this game is not going to be filled with people over 20 soon. Everyone I've talked to is thinking about quitting this is all the servers talk about how the game is boring, the events aren't fun. I've had 3 Halloween's with you guys and it's just not as exciting as it used to be. You treat the people who play 3+ years pretty bad, i believe if someone has played 3+ years they don't deserve to be reported and banned because the TIME AND MONEY they spent over the game will never be able to get back. You can just say yeah well they can just start over, no that's why people are quitting. This is just an outlook on how the game progresses is doing you may have many people downloading but I tell you now they aren't staying for long! So maybe take out the little kids and keep it 15+ because obviously 13 year olds can't handle avakin. Over 100 people commit sucide a YEAR because of your game and little kids telling other little kids to die. Oh wait are you doing to Star the word die now on Avakin?! This is just absolutely dumb. The fact I even typed this much for a stupid game like avakin life was stupid. Just letting you know now, avakin isn't a good game it's the people who play that you ban for obviously dumb reasons. Also everyone still dates on avakin life you can take away the status but again people do it because it's how it's been for 5 years. Step up your game avakin or your going to lose money to your competition Imvu I'm
considering switching. Also let me just point out 13 year olds are the ones become the most inappropriate so taking out the curing is not cool. Just one more time before I go to Imvu which for some reason you can say that name on avakin, is 13 yr olds come to a game like this to feel more like home because they have trouble making friends, have a hard life...and all y'all do is sit around babying them thinking that's EXACTLY WHY came to the game and it's wrong, they don't need a oh filter.

My Avakin life will not laid. I have checked my Internet, my Internet is working. I have turned my device off and then I have turned my device on again, it is still not working. I have uninstalled and signed in again, and it is still not working. Can you please help me?
It will only load to 84% and then it stops. I have tried over and over again. It has been like this for several hours.
Can you please help me.

My Level 23 account has been hacked and taken from me and the girl who has my account has changed my Email and password, please help me get it back i have tried to log back in but it said that my email and password have been changed but I didnt change it at all so please please please help me get it back, also she won't give it back to me so please help me AVAKIN support

I was a long term player of avakin life until I don't know when someone gave me an false report and I got suspended two months ago and yet there wasn't any response from avakin, slowly they stopped reading my messages and I now am in depression due to this I don't know who to talk to now but sir/mam please help me getting my account back a year ago everyone knew my birthday and we enjoyed it in avakin but now there's no one to talk to I just see the suspension notice and turn off the game but please help me I beg you to dispute it I'll think it as my birthday gift which is on July 15th.

Very disappointed I did lots of tapjoys yesterday didint recieve anything I downloaded apps and did whatever it told me to do I wanted about 2 days and I still didint recieve my coins you guys need to make this game a little more easy to get coins because I'm broke and I'm not spending money on a game that barely gives 2 [censored]s I rate a 1...but I can say when I first played this game I fell in love but now it's not anymore you guys need to provide different ways to get money like jobs but not at the coffee shop we need jobs we can work at everyday and if we miss to much days we get fired and we should have Job applications but yeaa...I love your game but you guys got to fix some things much love bye.

i thoufhr my 11 year old daughter was playing a kid game and it turn out to be a provocative, sex filled game, with strange men asking for sex, please remove this game or make ir kid safe, this is so disturbing, many kids that are friends of my daughter play it and their parents think its kid friendly, becouse they are animated, i am at fault cause i did not check before hand, but parents check what your kids are playing

i wanna know why you banned me i dont talk to nobody and i havent actually been on ava in about 5 days because of the 4th of July weekend on ava except for 2 or 4 friends and not once have i used inappropriate language the ones with inappropriate language are noobs and your game crosses out the stupidest words ever l 5 days ago i was on ava and i was in chat and your dumb game Crossed out the word Family but it wont cross out [censored] or [censored] or any other words of the same catagory oh and this is Galbatorix1 i not once have said anything inappropriate and if someone did they eitheer really hate me or they just did it to do im a nice player i help new players i gift them when im able to i help them lvl up as much as possible i order for them everytime im on the game and with all the money i spent on your game its very very disapointing if your n=gonna bann me atleast give me back all the money i spent on your game i do noting but be niece to ppl and if you seen all these new players their the ones with bad language and inappropriate these new players are always starting problems with other players and harrassing others players to i dont do that i not that and if im gonna be banned for helping and gifting players and get me for inapropriate language for words your game crosses out that arent even bad words or inapproprite then i want my money back and ill quit the game if i have too im sorry if i did anything wrong all i did was play the game right and help other players please i love your game i dont wanna quit or lose all my process i made in the game this is the first time ive been banned fro the game whoever reported me to you is lying i havent spoke to anyone the only players i talk to is . Worst "customer service" ever. I tried buying coins which were never deposited into my account. I've asked them about it and have shown purchase proof from the app stores and my own bank account and they refused to ever received anything and denied my sale. I had to report them through those means and have been told there have been many of the same complaints. Recently, my account has been banned for a reason not given. I have tried contacting them for 2 MONTHS without reply. I have given this company hundreds of dollars in ad revenue and completing offers over 2 1/2 years, most probably more. I have even tried their social media and they only give excuses to how they are understaffed and receive lots of emails. I told them to just hire more people then? They can't say they don't have the funds to do so anymore, there's no excuse yet that's all they give of course. Even their automated messages say the backup should only take 2 days to reply. They are blatantly ignoring me at this point and I have yet a reason why my account has been placed on such a status when I haven't been violating any rules, and at the time it happened I haven't even been playing for a week or more! This poor excuse of a "company" just steals money, bans random people because I have heard many other similar complaints like mine and do not respond back. This is only the beginning but for the sake of leaving a bad review I'd be glad to leave it. DO NOT download Avakin Life. The entire app is a scam.

Hey I used to have over 600 items in my inventory and today when i logged on my numbers were down to 555. I lost all the lkwd gifts I've gotten from events and a rare choker item. I play the game cause I enjoy collecting so I think Im allowed to be pissed. Please notice this and fix it. I know in the past you've deleted likes and reset profile statistics so If my items never come back I certainly will just [censored] on the game. Talking about statistics, the user interface keeps reseting when i get online and its really annoying changing it back i what i had set earlier.
