I got this error message about 2 days ago while trying to start up avakin life.
When I start up the game it loads till 88% then the error message pops up.
I thought it was an update problem, so I updated my game, but the same error still Persists.
I sent a mail to customer service, but got an automated reply saying I should wait some days.
I've gotten impatient cause I really wanna play the game.
Is there any solution to this?
it's really frustrating because I just started taking the game seriously as I've been off and on for over 2yrs.
My in game name is kingMAZEe
Guys, I had the same problem. I think that was an issue in Avakin's database. I changed the password and signed in and I'm now using my account.
How did u changed ur password?

Hi, I am also facing the same issue. My username is DaniDelight. I made this new account as I had another for four years that I played inconsistently on. I cannot sign into my account while all my information is correct and the game has not given me a valid reason as to why this occurring.
hey, i have the same problem, my game basically freezes at 88% and won’t let me play the game. please, can anyone help me with solving this problem? i already tried restarting my phone, re-downloading the game, using different internet connection even though my connection was never the problem and i also cleared the catche. please someone help. 🙏
Literally same! My game loads past the first screen then stops at the second. It always stops at 4 % My irritation and suspension grows the more I have to email lockewood for help. I have not been helped in two days! This is the third day! That is way more than the 28 hours promised in the email that was generated as a response to asking for help. It never solved my problem. I have tried EVERYTHING! Plugging the router in and out to reset the wifi did NOT help, switching from cellular to wifi did NOT help, switching from wifi to cellular did NOT help, having someone else log into my account in my family did NOT help, Deleting the app and reinstalling it (3x) did NOT help, and finally contacting Avakin support did NOT help! I have spent 4 years paying real money for this game. I have worked so so hard to get to where I am in this game. I miss my friends and family! I finally received a reply this morning and it said that they are aware of the problem and are working it. I’m not sure if this is updated currently but this is on Avakins website (see picture below).
So there's One solution to this. Use a VPN. Can be a free one too.
Have y’all had this problem I tried to sign into my apple account after I logged out of it and it takes me to the registration process over and over again but my account is already logged into a account which is my main so I accept my registration process and it said sorry can’t sign into ur Avakin life account at this moment idk what to do I only have it linked to my apple acc so I can’t try another different link I hope I don’t loose my account please ava fix this problem quick 🙏🙏🙏
I got dsame problem to stops at 86 percent and won't let me in tought it was an update problem but wen I updated it was still the same any solution to this
What if you can't reset your password? I'm really scared and don't want to lose all my friends :( It's stuck loading at 80%and won't let me in the game.

Hey just ask in avakin service, they’ll help u, i did it and i can play it again
I fixed mine! All you have to do is reset your password and it all should be good to go
