Hi,

I have been banned with no proper justification, I was with my girl and suddenly out of blue my account is banned saying explicit behavior. I tried to dispute but the response is that your account is banned nothing else, I had made a big purchase 65, 000 coins and ro dismay the purchase is also gone and no one helping, I explained its imp for me to regain access as someone is waiting and the purchased coin is to buy Christmas presents and birthday gift for my girl, I even said I will be fair to all players and there would be no complaints still no help, I even tried reporting my grievances again but they closed the request with not even a reply, I hope you can help me to get my account back. Sorry we can't sign u into avakin life at d moment pls try again later have been waiting for a long time now tought it was an update or maintenance issue but looks like it's not pls any solution to this, fix it! Hello, I really really disappointed about avakin life game, am a user from the past 2 years am waiting some clothers which is no more on the shop to buy but in the game is never come back but mort of the people wear it can you explain me how it is possible to have clothers like 4 years no more in the shop and player 1 year and less wear it, I would really appreciate if you can again put those stuff like a limited time so that everyone can enjoy it, people who play honestly the lockwood team dont see, people who hack and use mod they are the most lucky on avakin, its very disgusting really you have a team work behind the game if everybody do there jobs as they get pay the game will be more and more amazing, I know I loosing my time writing here but my expectation is someone concern will repply me I cross my finger as from now until I get an answer. Oups my wish to have a mini short jeans who change colour for female but I dont know the label

3 days ago I tried logging into Avakin but it popped up with a message saying

"Login Failed Sorry, we were unable to sign you into Avakin Life at this moment. Please try again later"

So for these past three days I've been deleting and re-downloading the app and opening and closing it but that same message still pops up.

Do you have any suggestions? ( I log in using my Game Center)

People account get banned for phishing and you expect them to remember first username which could be from like 2018, it's ridiculous, they'd do anything possible for someone to not get their account back, why would someone lie that an account is theirs if Its not, I've played since 2018 and since then just watching this game go down hill and the rating is clearly too low, all they care about is money not helping others, made my account impossible to get back

Im a user of Avakin life for over 6 months I spent alot of money on game. Buying avacoins to buy items in the shop. I bought some glasses and a few days after I buy them all my glasses collection they look different. It's not what I bought. I contact avakin support they answer me with some tips I tried them all nothing work. Since then I've been 1 week waiting for they contact me to fix the issue. I still don't have answer. This is not support to the users. I feel unfair as I spent alot of money in the game. And I buy something that they made changes in those items. That is not fair and not meet the agreement. It's my money they cannot change something just like that. Or they should refund me for all the items that been changed. I feel unfair and I would like help. Hi. I need to launch complain a bout the unprofessional way which Avakin life team deal to with me to get back my account. My account had been Hacked for two times I gave them all the requested information for first time they spent one month to resolve it the second time I got hacked I provided them same information they requested but they are not professional to know that the same information is matching my account I need to solve this problem ASAP I paid a lot of money on purchase items to enjoy the game but I feel unsecured from hackers. I have been wrongly suspended for being underage. I am an adult. I have used this game as an escape from real life as I'm going through a tough time and, like many other people, have invested a lot of money in the game. I have sent proof of my age both in game and on the support page but I have not gotten any reply yet, its been almost 24 hours which I know is not considered a lot but for me it is. Avakin Developers, you all need to pay attention to these hackers and you all just permanently ban them because hackers and modders like this user provide no financial support to the game and why let hackers like these users take over your game? this user is illegally using hacks and mods to get coins to buy whatever they want illegally and they violate the game rules. I added up the totals of the in game items this hacker hacked to get, and it was $3, 000, 000 million dollars worth of stuff like homes, furniture, wings, pets and clothes this hacker hacked to get. This user hack to get these things by illegally using hacks and mods to get coins. When I visit the hacker homes that they hacked to obtain, they used a hack to get 6 of the gold cars that cost 249, 000 avacoins each, they used a hack to get as many coins as they want and that's illegal and they violate game rules. And that's extremely unfair to the players who actually spend money and work hard on their accounts. But this hacker did not work hard or spend money on anything because they used a hack to get coins to buy illegally whatever they want. And this hacker used a mod booster to get to high level because nobody can get to level 45 in 4 months, levelling is not fast in the game and someone who has been a member for 4 months is still a new player.

I'm serious, avakin developers, permanently ban this hacker.

And there is another hacker in the game because this other hacker is dancing on their profile and nobody can dance on their profile, this hacker is also using a mod to illegally dance on their profile when no one can dance on profile. The other hacker name is mami nev.

DO NOT continue to let these hackers play their accounts, as they will cause more harm to the avakin community and to other avakin players since they are hackers they will try to take advantage and hack other players accounts and cause overall harm to everyone on avakin. The whole reason to play everyday is to get my grand prize box in Egypt. I was very grateful when Egypt was added and have played everyday just to get my daily 200 coins. It's too hard to gain coins without it. Please bring it back. Egypt's removal is the biggest disappointment I have seen in the past 3 years since I joined Avakin. If it isn't brought back I will probably lose interest in playing anymore. There needs to be an easier way to gain coins.

Avakin life is a company with no morals and no sincerity and no compassion or kindness. They falsely suspended my account and when I sent them new dispute suspensions twice to restore my account, they rudely ignore it cuz it shows "conversation closed" and nobody replied back. They don't even care about all these bad reviews and complaints they have on this website and other websites! All avakin cares about is the money they're desperate for money by creating all these high prices in their messed up game, and in chatrooms they're all dead barely people in them and if any people are in them in its barely anybody and nobody even talks in them.

And also they will make up incorrect information in game support about people's accounts, when they reply back to people about their accounts were falsely suspended, a bot reply makes up inaccurate information and they got no proof to falsely suspend people's accounts.

And they don't reply to emails cuz I emailed them on their website to restore my account It got wrongfully suspended, nobody replied and an automatic email saying "conversation limit reached" when I don't send them alot of emails.

Anyone account can get falsely suspended by avakin cuz avakin does not care about loyal players who spent money on their accounts, they're basically stealing customer's money by wrongfully falsely suspending people's accounts!

I have never heard of an app with such extremely unprofessional ignorant customer service, they will rudely ignore your emails if you message them on their website and they will also rudely ignore any in game message you send them and they definently ignore everything that people on avakin reddit post about how terrible and wrong the app is.

This app is gonna one day be taken off the app store due to high prices and terrible customer support that rudely ignores you each time you send a message in game to restore account and they ignore emails and what's on avakin reddit.

Even on avakin reddit plenty of people are saying how terrible and boring avakin is and that they need to restore accounts they wrongfully suspended.

90% of people are married in avakin that are adults now we cant do anything cause of our accounts that get suspend and banned it's really unfair cause we spend so much money purchase coins and for what? Im sorry but if avakin cant look out for its main income why must we continue to support you? Its a pity cause avakin is the best app ever...

Can't avakin have like a marriage certificate and both must do a age verification and if they do that they can do in private what they want its only fair cause we use real life money to buy our own places our own furniture so why cant we do in private what we want😔😔😔😔

Avakin you busy to loose alot of players because the adults can't ava anymore like they used to and its frustrating for everything we do we get warning and suspensions if you keep this up you going to lose alot of business because who is the ones that purchase coins us adults or the kids? Think very carefully what you guys are busy doing..
I have a suggestion do a access pass like imvu if 2 people that are private and have the pass can talk and do in private whatever they want and to get the access pass do a age verification... Please avakin do something cause us adults are really getting frustrated and its going to make you loose alot of business.
Just think about it

This game did used to be a fun game, then it went downhill when they started to delete everything. This game deletes a lot of clothing items for no reason. They also made this game 12+ up instead of 17+, this made it less fun. Also, the coin offer that they use, tapjoy barely works and doesn't have very good offers. That's why a lot of people are leaving because this game has gon downhill... And every server is dry, I feel like they should add more things and better quality clothes.

My username is UnicornFish. The Fashion Contest won't let me submit my outfit because it says that I'm not allowed to wear underwear or starter clothes when I'm fully dressed and bought new clothes from the contest to go with my outfit.

I got suspended due to inappropriate behaviour and I havent done anything so j try to contact avakin support and no response I tried avakin on the app no response I had got a message on reddit from another person and he was saying he or she reported me falsely and I tried sending them multiple emails and in app messages mute no reply was given I love the game and the people I've met on it
