AutoZone very rude to me from salesman

Hi Dear Sir/Madam
It's been bothering too much since July 15 2017 I went to this store at 9725 Charlotte Hway Indian land SC 29707 in morning to buy oils and other stuff for my both cars .
I was dealing with Gerald/s he was salesman at register and I was trying to find out deals for oil boos I need more but some how this guy went so rude to me which is unbelievable and that time were no other customers at all so they went so rude to me and told me to Get out from store .
So I ask for manager his name were Leanna wells he become rude to me and told me to get out which I didn't do anything at all just I was trying to find out deal but Gerald he couldn't work out maths.so he want mad on me.
I work as customer Servise too but you don't treat customer like this .
Other white guy were inside the store which he was employed by auto zone too and while I was out he was giving me a very bad look and very racist.
I just want to tell you that they were so much racist and I never to go that store again. I was so much regular customer to auto zone but from that day I change another store.
I think you need to teach how to deal with customers I'm not saying that all customers are right.
All these days I was saying my self I shouldn't complain about other people but I didn't do anything that I should not to complain.
So after quite ling time I need to complain about these 3 staff was at that time .

AutoZone wiper that was put on by autozone employee popped off and damaged my windshield

They were put on by salesperson.
One popped off the morning.
I had to continue driving and use wipers bc I couldn't see.
Zach replaced wiper free of charge. He said quote " they are not broken, it was just put on wrong"
Because they were installed wrong, they damaged my windshield.
AutoZone is responsible for that
Zach and his district manager refused to take responsibility, and will not pay for new windshield, and will not assist further to help a loyal customer.

AutoZone applying for a company account

My husband and I dropped off the required information to open a company account at the Auto Zone back at the end of May. Since then, both of us have stopped in and called numerous times to see what has been going out with our application. And every single time it has been confirmed that the person in charge of doing the paperwork has not reviewed it or even touched it. Another three times we were told the person is on vacation. We have a company that we have ran for years, never in my life would I not take the time to address a customer. I would like to know what is going on with our application. I submitted it three months ago. Can someone please give me a call back or email regarding real answers. My husband and I would really like this account to further benefit our business. While waiting for someone at the Beacon location, our business has been hindered. Thank you for your time and prompt attention concerning this matter. ~Celia Goodrich.

AutoZone oil filter

I asked for an oil filter to change my oil. I asked your employee to be sure I have right oil filter. He mocked me and instead gave me an air filter.
The worse part is that eventhough I was certain he was trying to sell me an air filter when I asked for an oil filter, his coworker reaffirmed that it was a special oil filter.
I laughed and left and then drove to Pep Boys.
I told the guys at Pep Boys what the two slugs at Autozone had done.
Pep Boys gave me the correct oil filter.
Please respond to this to avoid a tremendous amount of bad publicity for your company.
I'm pissed because I was mocked by two of your people who wasted my time and disrespected me. Even taunted.

AutoZone door paneling screw

Me and my husband stop in auto zone because the plastic door panel screw in out car was broke and we wanted to replace it because it was hanging. Well we never could find the right fit so the one we purchased we wanted to return before we ever even left the store but the guy wouldn't return the item that he himself just sold my husband not even 10 mins before then because he didnt have the receipt my husband left the receipt on the counter and didnt even get it after purchasing the product!

AutoZone given wrong part

In the month of May 2017 I purchased a fuel pump module for my vehicle (2007 Chevy Impala) and then had the part put in by my mechanic and payed for labor. This month, August 2017, my car would not turn on due to the fuel pump module. I had warranty on the part and called autozone. I had my mechanic take out the part to bring back to autozone, when finally I was told that autozone had ordered me a 2005 Chevy impala Fuel pump and made a mistake. I am here trying to dispute a claim that I want to file to be reimbursed for the labor I have now had to pay twice.

AutoZone battery core charge when I traded it in!

I went into autozone to purchase a battery with warranty which was prorated and core trade in. First the customer service is just selling and selling, they can care less about the money. They just try to find a way to make money off of you! Then when I asked them about it, they said "oh no it evens itself out" like wtf evens itself out when the charge was never suppose to be there and I was suppose to receive the credit for the trade in. On my receipt I have a battery trade in deduction and a core charge added, how is that? [censor]! Then when you try to get in contact with someone about it you can get no response for the refund. So this is my last resort to get a solution! 19.45 might be much to some people, but to me it money that I worked for. You should be more considerate to people and do them right when purchasing for a store that you instill customer service.

AutoZone manager at my favorite store

Manager named Jack at my store on 939 South State Street, Salt Lake City. Would not give me my pre-ordered cabin air filter unless I had a receipt. I know he can look up my information and verify that I am me but he was very rude and almost had me walking out of the store without the part. In which case I would have never returned to any Autozone. I buy a large volume of rags and supplies each week for my business but there's plenty of other choices in town. This guy was just too lazy to look up my purchase and what really gets me is how unprofessional he was. Thanks for your time. Johnny.

AutoZone given wrong auto part destroyed my car

On 9/9/2017 autozone at 629 communipaw ave jersey city nj, 07304 sold me a coolant temperature sensor which was the wrong one for my car, when I screwed it into the car it actually broke the bottom intake manifold crack the housing. Went back to AutoZone to return for new coolant temperature sensor which they gave me the right one, but now that my car is on operable I gave AutoZone my information and they say somebody will get in contact me due to their fault of giving me wrong parts that broke my car, repairs for a lower intake manifolds is up to $800 to $900 in repairs and they are at fault and I would like reimbursement for for their incompetence

AutoZone customer service

I went to my local autozone today on highland Ave in national city to pick up a part I ordered over the phone. I waited in line patiently while the person in front of me was being helped. Clearly I was next in line and there was a woman behind me waiting to be helped as well. The customer service rep Eduardo neglected to acknowledge me and decided to help the person behind me first. I finally reached the front of the line only to be helped by another rude customer service rep named Lorena. Thanks autzone for making it easy for me to never return to your stores and to purchase my auto parts from O'Reilly from now on.

AutoZone an employee

One of your employe has been sexually harassing me for about two months now. At first I took as nothing but he counties to pursue me. I now am not comfortable going into your store because of this man and I would like for him to be fired! If he's doing this to me only heavens knows how many other women he has done this to. His name is Lyndsay Browne. He groped me several times while helping with parts; if something isn't done about him I'll be forced to go public with my experience at Auto Zone and it's employees.

AutoZone return of a fuel pump

I returned a fuel pump because it wasn't needed. My husband never even took it out the box. The lady told me it was used. I told her it wasn't . She told me I was lying cause she smelt gas on it. I again told her it wasn't used. She talked to manager a minute then decided to just put in code damaged cause it was obviously on the car already. Then she slammed my money down and said here. Very very rude. I will never go back. Not a way to treat customers. My husband has a shop and will never go back again. Sorry but you lost a good customer. Grants Pass, OR 6th st store.

AutoZone battery installation

I stopped at AutoZone on Main Street in Manteca California to purchase a battery I asked the young man his name is Matt if I purchased a battery did they install them he told me yes that he could do that so after the $134 I spent he went out to my car and after he took it apart to replace the battery could not put it back together again tried to just leave it that way and tell me I'm sorry I asked him for a manager or somebody with little more experience so they could put the car back together the manager came out was very nasty to me he put things back together in a fashion but in the process of all of this the young man broke the box that sits on top of my battery and holds the air filter he broke the clamps off the battery was not secured and he broke the Box itself the manager just kept telling me they don't install batteries I told him somebody should tell that young man not to tell people they do if they don't I specifically asked as I can't do it myself I guess he just wanted to sell a battery now I have to replace the whole entire box plus the box that the air filter sits in because all the clamps and everything are broke off as as I was getting ready to leave because they were not going to do anything else the manager just told me thank you very much and a very rude tone and turned his back and walked away and told me file a claim so that's what I am going to do I now have to replace that whole top part of the Box plus the one underneath so I can get my car put back together again I've always thought AutoZone was a good place to go but they've certainly give them a really bad name

AutoZone management

Store 4307, Sterling Heights mi, 14mile and vandyke has the worst employees. Every time I go there the store manager is flirting around with her employees and rude. I understand being nice to your employees but she will talk to them about private stuff there doing in the back right there in front of customers. There's a few good people there and help me out cause they know what there talking about. The store manager along with a employee by the fist name Scott will be talking about how they have relations in the back when working together while in front of customers and I just want help with a part. If u ask me, they need more people with knowledge about parts, not how or what there going to do to each other in the back, really poor management.

AutoZone windshield wipers

Wednesday my granddaughter, first time owner of a car, first time buying wipers for her car, without knowing what to buy, she was help only to come out with the most expensive wipers on the store, she came to after, because she felt maybe it was expensive, we tried to return them, the next day, but of course the first question to me was, were they installed, oh they said we can't do anything about that, spoke to store manager, again same question, same response, i left letting them of my dissatisfaction, she can't afford them, please help, thank you

AutoZone lawn mower belt return

I purchased a lawn mower built on 728 2017 from your store located at 28667 Walker South Road Walker Louisiana 70785 the manager refused to refund my money on the wrong side of felt even though it was never used I did not have the actual receipt but I had the check that they ran through the computer with the exact amount on it and also with your store information scanned on your computer on the back the purchase price was $12.14 my name is Philip McGehee my phone number is [protected] this behavior is unacceptable I need the money put back into the account or in my hand because this represents a business expense for Blanchard Estates Mobile Home Park she wanted to give me a Store gift card I need a response immediately if not sooner very unhappy customer the manager's name is Veronica

AutoZone store manager rachel m. poor customer service/extremely rude.

Saturday morning, July 29, 2017, around 11:15 I entered the AutoZone on Canton Hwy at the intersection of GA 20 and Bethelview Road in Cumming, GA. I was looking for an auto fuse plug for a non-auto project. Rachel M. asked if she could help me and I told her that I was looking for a fuse plug to fit the item I had in hand. She offered an adjustable one and I declined, saying that I need the solid "cap" type. She became irritated and went to the back looking through the bins. I stated that, obviously, I had come in at the "wrong time", referencing her [censor] demeanor and she said that "Saturday's was too busy to come in not knowing what you want!". Funny thing is that there were only two customers in the store.
I spend a fair amount of money with AutoZone. Fuel pumps, batteries, oil, cleaning products, etc. Obviously this AutoZone makes enough money without mine. Too bad, I was a loyal customer.

AutoZone window regulator assembly with motor

I bought a window regulator from auto zone 4 months ago well it quiet so I go get another one get it in door ready motor ant no good took it out got another one guess what it works but wrong one now I'm worked 3 days on this crap still don't have it working America was great years ago now no one cares then they wounder why they don't get raises or benefits if people wood have pride in their jobs then my window wood be fix by now wen and if I get the right one that works I'm done with auto zone and my friends to

AutoZone the employees at 95-01 northern blvd.in flushing, ny

I wrote the following letter to corporate and no one responded so now I will be taking this to the media if this post is removed or not resolved...

My name is Mickey and being a collectible car enthusiast, I am a frequent shopper at the many Autozone locations throughout New York. Your staff is usually knowledgeable, friendly and helpful and that makes Autozone my store choice. However, the experience I had on July 13th 2017 will make me rethink going to your various chains anymore. I’ve had previous less than satisfactory experiences at this store with customer service and lack of training of your employees at this location but I was willing to let this go as I needed to get a car cover immediately to cover my collectible car from a storm that was coming into New York. I went into the location at 9501 Northern Blvd. in Flushing, New York hoping it would be just a quick in and out purchase. I knew something wasn’t right when I heard one of your employees yelling at a customer about a refund, but I chose to ignore it because I needed this car cover.

I had about $20 in an AutoZone Merchandise Credit and a Visa Gift Card with a remaining balance of $36.19 left and I was going to pay for the rest of it with a credit card. The cashier swiped both cards and extracted the funds. I handed him my credit card and to my surprise my card got declined as I was using that credit card previously today. I tried 4 other credit cards and they were all declined. This was impossible because they were all different banks and different brands. I called at least 3 of those credit card companies and they told me my card was working just fine. I told the cashier that his card reader was faulty and he said it was impossible. I asked to speak to a manager; her name was Tonita but she also quickly defended him saying that there was no way her card reader was faulty. She was extremely rude and nasty. I asked how she could help me and she shrugged. I even offered to pay cash for the remaining balance but she said that the register only took credit cards. I asked her to transfer the funds to another register or issue a temporary store credit to bring it to another register but she refused to troubleshoot anything. Was I just supposed to say good bye to $60 because they couldn’t accommodate me?

How can this person be a manager. I think you need to send someone to observe her performance. It wasn’t until another manager Maria came out to try and help me. She denied the credit card machine being faulty as well but at least tried to contact the AutoZone Merchandise Credit Department. In the end, no one was able to give me my Father’s Day gift cards back. How am I supposed to feel about this? Maria took me to a different register and rang me up from scratch. So I had to pay the full amount of $87.09 and guess what? My credit card worked! After standing there for over an hour arguing with these people, no apology, my car was soaking wet and I couldn’t even use my gift cards! That’s not fair and it’s not right. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! I’ve included a copy of the receipt and and both gift cards.

This is very frustrating given how much business I’ve given your company. I do not have just a regular vehicle, it’s a one-of-a-kind Knight Rider car from the television show that has toured with David Hasselhoff as well as George Barris before he passed. You can see it on youtube by typing Knight Rider News. I never receive compensation for these events and do it out of the kindness of my heart and hard earned money for charity. I wish I had kept all the receipts of how many thousands of dollars I paid by shopping at AutoZone over the years to maintain this car. I’m expecting to hear a response within a week in the form of issued return or store credit or I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and media outlets that you can see from the above that I have access to.
