AutoNation service department

I had a scheduled appointment for this morning at 9:30 am. I had a couple of minor repairs that needed to be taken care of. Service department had my car for 8 hours or so and they never even looked at the vehicle. Service technician was nice enough but said they were so backed up that several customer's vehicles were not looked at going back to yesterday's appointments. Why schedule appointments if you cannot get to the work? Unacceptable. This company did not care about the time it takes to get the vehicle to their shop and to pick it up. Now I have to schedule an appointment somewhere else for another day which takes up even more time.

AutoNation used car sales

We purchased a used vehicle from AutoNation Chevrolet Orlando Airport. When we first viewed the vehicle, it was in the shop since they were installing a new wiring harness. We were reluctant to purchase the vehicle due to potential future issues. They assured us that the vehicle had passed their "rigorous inspection process", and they would stand behind any issues with the wiring harness. After purchasing the vehicle, we had to take it back twice due to wiring harness issues which they did fix.

Months later, the transmission had a catastrophic failure without warning. We had it towed to our mechanic. He said many wires from the wiring harness were not connected. The fuse box was not properly installed and was dangling with many wires hanging from it. The vehicle was found to have 19 warning messages that were not transmitted to the computer, since the wires were disconnected. We contacted AutoNation and were told to tow it there. They promised to "work with us" and guaranteed us that they would replace the transmission for "less than our mechanic would". We towed it there. After a week of talking to several people, we were finally able to talk to the General Manager. He was extremely rude. He wouldn't even look up from his computer to have a discussion. The only time he looked up was to state they were "not responsible". Their quote to replace the transmission was $1, 000 MORE than our mechanic quoted us.

Not only were they unwilling to do anything to work with us as promised, we were out additional costs from our mechanic to put the vehicle back together to tow it and the towing fees. In addition, we wasted a week that we could have been getting our vehicle repaired.

Bought used 2014 Chrysler T&C 7/21 advertised AutoNation for $8900E. They advised me auto was actually 12000 but after alot of protesting their deception, they agreed. $8000 plus TTL Yes, my fault bought "as is" however, because of my age (74) & no available credit ( I paid cash) told them PLEASE don't sell to me if needs work, & I will purchase another vehicle with no major repairs needed. I drNiessove it there, told was great car no repairs. needed. 5 days later, went out needed $1100 work done, since broke down on freeway; air conditioner, themostat housing, transmission repair. Today, 8/21 needs $950 more work for oil leak. Bought @ Nissan Lewisville, TX. Can you help me? Christine August, 14445 Mainstay Way, Hasler, Tx. 76052

AutoNation finance manager

In April 12, 2019, I bought a 2019 Ford Escape Titanium. During the signing of the contracts with the Autonations Finance Manager Jeff Almodovar sold me GAP insurance. However what he presented at that time was not an accurate explanation of the GAP insurance. He told me although I did not need it, it was a good idea in the event my vehicle was totaled within the next few weeks and that if I paid it in full I would get a prorated refund if I cancelled it within 6 months. He even advised I write down the 6 months date and call him then and he would gladly cancel the GAP insurance. This was witnessed my a friend I had with me. On Monday September 30, I emailed him to request to do this, he did not answer me. I left calls on Tuesday, October 1, Wednesday October 2, and Thursday, October 3, each time explaining to the operator I wanted to cancel the GAP insurance, and I even asked for his manager, whom I left a voicemail for [although I could not understand his recorded name]. Finally, on the afternoon of October 3, I called and just asked to speak with anyone in finance and I was immediately put through to Almodovar. He at first could not understand why I wanted to cancel and asked if I sold the car. I told him I had paid 32% of the car off and wanted to cancel as we discussed during the purchase. He said that $799 was the interest on the GAP and it gets refunded to the bank not me, which is NOT what he said when he sold it [this was also witnessed as I had him on speakerphone]. My contract showed the $799 was applied to my down payment, which I was not told at that time and I did not notice at the time I signed. I asked when he worked as he said I had to come in the dealership, so he could record the mileage and sign paperwork. He said I work everyday except Tuesday. I asked when he would be in on Friday and he told me he comes in at 11AM, but did not want to set up an appointment. I told him I would be in at 11:30 AM and he said if he was not busy he would start the "process to cancel the GAP." I then called my salesman, Anthony Amengual, who is awesome. He spoke with Almodovar's supervisor who told him that GAP has to be purchased in this manner and it is not sold alone but as part of the contract. Which is not what Almodovar said. At this point I feel I have been scammed, that this is a bait and switch to get a sale and that Mr. Almodovar only cares about the money and has no customer service skills. His failure to return my email and phone calls is not acceptable to me. I have been an Autonations Margate customer for awhile and always dealt with Mr. Amengual and Mr. Spehar in Service, these two employees epitomize customer service. The conduct of Mr. Almodovar has soured my relationship with Autonations and I am not sure that I will return as a customer. I have shared this incident with numerous friends of mine who area also customers here and they were shocked that an employee there would act like this. I called the Autonations GAP insurance on Monday October 7, and spoke with Ashley, who in 5 seconds easily explained the GAP insurance and how the funds are prorated and applied. It is a shame that one employee can change a customers opinion of entire organization.

AutoNation vehicle insurance

Background:
First, I was sold a vehicle of what I though was new onl;y to find out it was sold t o me as used. I was told teh vehicle had 150 miles on it and it had 800 miles on it and no adjustment was made to the price or the warranty. I was not told that the warranty was from ford but was led to believe it was authentic ford warranty.

MRCLAIMS - I had made a claim to repair the sunroof which would no longer open or close. It was stuck in the open position and would close about 6" before stopping and retracting back into the fully open position. I took it to the repair shop and it was repaired under coverage from MRCLAIMS. I took the vehicle from the dealership but had to bring it back after the weekend (picked up on Saturday) when I noticed that there was cab noise after hitting higher speeds over 70 mph. I noticed a crack in the window about 6" from the front where the glass would stop and retract. this crack moved and got bigger as expected from hot days and cold nights would expand and contract the glass. It undoubtedly happened from the faulty sunroof retraction system. MRCLAIMS tells me that because I had left the repair facility and it wasn't reported before leaving they would not repair it. They said that the repair facility should have seen the crack but the crack didn't develop right away and the cab noise only occurred at high speeds so unless the use a magnifying glass looking for a slight nick, they would have missed the damage. In the end, I paid for the glass and the repair facility is doing the glass install for free.

This is horrible representation from Ford Autonation where I bought the vehicle on not fully disclosing this aftermarket vehicle insurance. Furthermore, this insurance company is not paying for legitimate claims and in the end, I am paying for it myself.

I am interested to see your response since this has so badly damaged my view of autonation, a company that I have dealt with several times in the past and may never again in the future.

AutoNation auto collision repairs

My 2020 Landrover Evoque was involved in an accident, I contacted Landrover Ft. Lauderdale on Copans Rd. Spoke to GUs Germi, Collision Manager who assured me I would be in good hands and he had no inventory for repairs for any other vehicles and that my repairs would be completed in a timely manner, I delivered my auto there on June 10th and it was not returned to me until August 16th. OVER 2 months for repairs, during that time I did not here from Gus Germi even though I left messages. I spoke to Omar at the Autonation Collision dept. He was in charge of overseeing my repairs, He made SEVERAL errors in ordering my parts for my vehicle therefore causing much delay in making the repairs. I escalated my issue to the Manager of that Autonation location, Renee Estevez. He too never returned my calls in a timely manner, he also Lied to me ..as to what was going on with my auto and how he intended to resolve it. Over the two and a half months it took to repair my vehicle, I had to pay for a rental, make my car payment, pay for auto insurance, put up with lies from the upper management etc. I now have my Auto back, a brand new 2020 Landrover Evoque, and guess what? I have mix match tires on the auto. The car drives rough, If I have a flat tire I am unable to purchase another tire to match. So my life and the life of others is in danger, I want this resolved or I am going to have to seek legal advice. Please contact me for additonal information. I feel there is no resolution in sight because absolutely no one will return my call, not even the Autonation complaint line.
I want my tires corrected, A refund of my car rental and a refund of the 3 car payments I made while my car was supposedly being repaired.

AutoNation 2015 bmw 428i

I purchased a certified preowned BMW back in September 2018 from the BMW dealership. I really do like the car. From the beginning, I mentioned that the brakes squeak all the time. I brought the vehicle in a few times for this and nothing was resolved. Finally on my last visit, Andy, the service advisor/manager drove the vehicle with me in it. Immediately he knew the problem, rear brakes. Prior to that, all I got back was, "this is normal in the 4 series with M package". I had dealt with Chris and others.
Fast forward, he said, I would need to extend the service contract warranty for $700 and they would fix it. I paid that amount because I wasn't going to drive a car with squeaky brakes plus he said they needed brakes. What I'm really disappointed about, and let Andy know is the following: I brought the car in for this same issue a few times before being diagnosed. They would clean the dust off only to have it continue about 5-10 miles away. I bought a certified vehicle believing the brakes to have been inspected. If I came back months later, I would understand but I came back right away for this issue. I paid over $5000 in extended warranties. I did not extend the service warranty at time of purchase. I drive about 7500 miles a year on the car and didn't want that plus the $5000 was more than I planned and the car was certified. I have only driven 6, 000 miles in the last year on this car. I have another car I drive.

I had called and emailed numerous times. It took over 6 months to get a response. That is unacceptable. I would have gone to the dealership in between but I'm busy with work and that was my reason for phone calls and emails plus I'm sure the person I would need to speak with would've been unavailable. Finally I emailed the general manager who had one of the other managers call me. That was May 23 and he was a service manager named Darin. I voiced my opinion but honestly felt like I was brushed off. They are great when it comes to buying the car but the follow thru is horrible. I had planned on having my car serviced at this dealership but with the way I was treated, that won't be happening. When I spoke to the manager all I was asking for was the $700 I paid for the brakes to be credited towards my next service that is due this year. Again, that issue was never resolved. That $700 has cost this dealership as well as autonation my future business as well as my friends. Social Media has its ways, both good and bad. I plan to purchase a new SUV within the next few months and will go to another dealer. I won't purchase any vehicle from autonation in the future because of the horrible follow thru service I received. This might not make a difference but your in the sales/service business and not returning phone calls, emails etc is very poor service. Plus I feel this dealership took advantage of me. I bought a certified vehicle because it was to be inspected first. I will never buy a certified car again. I learned something though. Just buy any car you like, take all the warranties and who cares if it was inspected because you have the warranties.

AutoNation 2011 dodge ram

So I've had this truck for a few months and I've barely been able to drive it, and it's so messed up at the fact that, I'm a veteran and I was needing a vehicle very bad because I work and go to school full time and have a newborn and have places to go and be which is the reason I went with y'all because USAA recommended me to because y'all were supposed to be the best. So why is it that within the 1st month my truck just stop turning on. I thought it was the battery so I bought a brand new one, wasn't that. Thought it was the alternator, wasn't that either. So a lot of money I'm spending to find out it was the door module that I can't even get because it's too pricey and I've been having alto miss a lot of work because I'm paying for a truck that I can't even use. I trusted this company. I put my credit on the line and money to pay for a truck that I can't even use to go to the store to by my kids food etc. I can't even believe that y'all said y'all did a full inspection yet all it took was a diagnostic test that ran me over a 100 dollars to find out all these codes popped up which means it was shorting out my battery and just not letting me get to anywhere I need to be. And just to get it fixed by y'all, I have to come out of pocket? That's even worst because I was never offered the warranty when I thought I was the whole time. Y'all literally put me in so much emotional and mental breakdown because I have a family and work and school and I can't even drive.

AutoNation auto sale

Terrible senior management staff and sales personnel. Left messages on many occasions including today 8/16/19, for General Manager Sales Gary Pistochini, Sales Manager Sami Maaliki and Salesman Benny and did not receive responses. Only sales person worth anything was Bianca who tired to help. Spend your money some place else, there are many choices. They don't deserve your business!

You need to review all the negative Yelp articles and fire the entire store staff!

However he has avoided me so I reached out to his place of employment to work things out but he and his manager Richard insisted on giving me the run around. The encounter with these two men ESPECIALLY Danny Moncada was rude and unnecessary.

AutoNation service on 2007 ford mustang

Mark Lee [protected] or [protected]@yahoo.com. retired US Army officer & disabled veteran. Left my 2007 Ford Mustang convertible off to AutoNation Ford In St. Petersburg, FL on 24 Jul to fixed convertible top - hydraulics not working to open of close convertible & USAA (insurance) informed me they were their list for possible insurance claim that did not span out, thus, I was on the hook for any money owed. Convertible was delivered to AutoNation Ford with top opened as could not closed the top. Emphasize to Ford representative, Howard Wilson, (727) 456-3937, that Mustang needs to be inside due to hot weather & daily rain showers the St. Petersburg area experiences 2-3 times daily this time of the year. Mr. Wilson said no problem makes common sense to keep it inside the shop until fixed. I went by the AutoNation Ford St. Petersburg shop everyday in the evening & noticed the Mustang outside during rainy weather with the top down, hood opened & trunk opened. In the preceding mornings, I called Mr. Wilson who referred me to the AutoNation Ford 'shop sub-lease', located in the same AutoNation Ford location, to inquire if the Mustang was inside. Mr. Wilson stated it was as far as he knew but referred me to the sub-lease mechanics. The Sub-lease mechanics never returned my calls nor were they responsive to Mr. Wilson inquires on the Mustang. Moreover, I went on 9 Aug at approx. 730 AM to pick up the Mustang. I paid $2226.60 for the repairs before I could receive the key or inspect the vehicle as AutoNation Ford would not drive the vehicle up until received payment. AutoNation Ford St. Petersburg refused to give me a 10% off the repair price for Veterans of $2226.60, partially understand this procedure. Again, I inquired about the Mustang being inside for the 2 weeks & was told it was, again. First off, I immediately noticed the Mustang was dripping wet as a rain shower just occurred before 730 AM. I noticed the interior of the Mustang wet & damp to include the carpet. Also, the vinyl door decorations were peeling off. Then, I tried to open & close the convertible top - it did not work properly. Next, I opened the trunk, it was completely wet, damp, and smelly of mold & mildew. In fact, everything I had in the trunk was wet & damaged or not working. Then, I opened the hood, the engine was in very cleaned when dropped off, but now looked like it has been rained on several times. I had Mr. Wilson standing right beside me the whole time. Once I started pointing out the discrepancies, he went to get one of the shop sub-lease mechanics who told me to pull the top shut to seat it properly - I never had to do that before. The shop sub-lease mechanic said if was not fixed properly & the Mustang was parked out outside, with he top down, the entire two weeks as spaced was needed to fixed other vehicles while waiting for the parts on the Mustang to come in. Mr. Wilson had the shop sub-lease supervisor look over the vehicle & told me he apologized for the condition I received it back in. I voiced my polite displeasure & frustration to Mr. Wilson who said several times he was sorry as he was left out of the loop. Nonetheless, I asked to speak to the person in charge - he was away from the office at this time, so Mr. Wilson had me speak to the second person in charge, Ethan Treadway, (727) 456-3784, Service Director, who admitted a grievous error was done & that was sorry on behalf of AutoNation Ford St. Petersburg. Mr. Treadway agreed to have the vinyl on the doors fixed by an outside company & have the vehicle cleaned & detailed inside. My concerns: in the St. Petersburg, FL area, once carpet is wet & damp over several days (2 weeks), mold & mildew will come about no matter the level of cleaning in maybe 2 weeks or 2 moths or 3 months, etc. time. After I have the vehicle off the lot & in my area, hence, I would be responsible. Not only but also, the entire carpet in the interior & trunk needs to be replaced & all the electronics need to be tested, though failures may come at anytime afterwards while the vehicle is in my possession & then I'm responsible. I want the entire carpet areas & electronics to be replaced. Mr. Treadway said this won't happen as cleaning is sufficient. I disagree based on the above. Then, I informed Mr. Treadway that Ford gives, to include AutoNation Ford St. Petersburg in my past visits, 10% Veterans discount - he said since it was sub-leased out to their sub-lease mechanics, I was not eligible for the discount after 32 years of service to our Nation. I believe I should receive 10% discount ($222.66), or, after all of this, have the entire bill written off AutoNation Ford St. Petersburg. Moreover, I believe the Mustang is beyond repair now & should be replaced. I am reaching out to the Ford Motor Company Headquarters for assistance. I have filed a complaint with USAA Insurance over the incident. I will be contacting the local sheriffs office for fraud as well. Also, as an attorney, I am waiting Ford HQs response before taking action.

AutoNation auto collision repair

Need Help to get Refund from AutoNationCollion Center at South-Bay, California

Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Kenneth Law. I desperately need your help to intervene and followup to get Refund from AutoNationCollion Center at South-Bay, Torrance, California for Job Number 19984. I have sent email and calls with no avail to get a respond from them.

Here are the background and fact for you to help understand the situation:
1. On 6/10/2019, I was rare-ended by a hit and run motorist.
2. I was told by Mr. Sarkis Kalpadian, an estimator of AutoNation Collision Center at South-Bay, California to obtain a written estimate from one of State Farm's approved bodyshop to him so that he can starts the process of repair on my car for me, with the assurance that I shall not need to pay a penny more than my $500 deductible. So, I went and obtain a written estimate from North Ranch Bodycraft and obtain a written estimate on 6/11/19.
3. On 6/13/19, I drop off my car to AutoNation Collision Center at South-Bay office located in the Mersedes-Benz of South-Bay Service Center located at 3311 Pacific Coast Hwy, Torrance, California together with the written estimate from North Ranch Bodycraft. Mr. Kalpadian wrote the estimate (Job Number 19984) and assured me that I will not be charged a penny more than my deductible of $500. AutoNation will deal with my insurance State Farm to take care of everything. And the job will take about 5 business days.
4. It took numerous call and finally I was told to come and pick up the car on 7/3/19 (3 weeks from Drop-off date).
5. Upon arrival to pick up my car I was told by AutoNation Collision Center at South-Bay office that beside $500 for deductible, I must pay additional $119.95 for the Scanning of the car, which they are filing Supplemental claims to State Farm, prior to releasing my car to my possession. Mind you I have never been told by anyone from AutoNation Collision Center at anytime during the repair process that I will have to pay anything beyond the $500 deductible. Now they are holding my car hostage and refuse to release the car to me unless I pay the additional $119.95 for Scanning. I paid under duress the additional $119.95 to AutoNation Collision Center at South-Bay office with the understanding that they will reimburse me when they got the claim money from State Farm. They told me that they will have State Farm pay me directly.
6. When I followed up with State Farm about the claims of $119.95 for Scanning, I got a response via email on 7/12/19 (see attached "State Farm email on Scanning - FW_ 759176l87") that the Scanning was included the original agreed upon estimate between State Farm and AutoNation Collision Center at South-Bay office. Therefore they don't owe any more $ for Scanning to AutoNation Collision Center nor me.
7. I forwarded that email with attachment (see attached " email to Sam Kalpadian on Scanning - Fw_ 759176l87") to AutoNation Collision Center at South-Bay rep Mr. Kalpadian on 7/15/19, requesting the refund of $119.95 (additional cost for Scanning) to me.
8. When I followed up with phone call conversation with Mr. Kalpadian, I was told that he had forwarded the email to his Manager at their office to take care of it.
9. I send an email on 7/31/19 (see attached " Followup email to Sarkis Kalpakian - Fw_ 759176l87") to Mr. Kalpadian again. So far I haven't had any response from anyone from AutoNation Collision Center.

Since I can't get any response from local AutoNation Collision Center, I have to send you Corporate Customer Service this request for help.

Appreciate a timely response.

Thanking you in anticipation.

AutoNation fake autonation used car warranty

Purchased a used Mercedes from Mercedes Benz of South Bay, car was defective, dealer WOULD NOT repair the car under their warranty, had to return the car and lost my original vehicle. Do not purchase from AutoNation, their bumper to bumper dealer warranty is useless, they will not honor it. Had another AutoNation Dealer check the vehicle and they found bad front suspension and bad torque converter. They would not believe their own stores, they checked it at purchase dealer and confirmed car needed mayor repairs. This is a pre-owned certified vehicle with dealer warranty!
Based on this, have recently found many dissatisfied customers, also my loan officer from bank purchased a car from AutoNation and also had to return it due to "HIDDEN" transfer fee's that were over $1, 800. They are a scam company. U will be happy if nothing goes wrong with car, beware if you try to have any mayor repairs under "WARRANTY".

AutoNation unsafe vehicle

Do not buy your car from here. If I could give zero stars, I would. I bought a 2013 chevy cruze in january and they sent me out the door with a flat tire. Then, I had to have several things fixed in the engine because of issues with power and it hesitating when accelerating. Then they say the catalytic converter needs replacing but it's not covered. Only come to find out the darn things are on back order. I had to wait to get it replaced. Four months later, i'm still waiting. So I get it replaced elsewhere. Well, that didn't fix the entire problem. The transmission needs replacing because they couldn't figure it out and there were no codes coming up. Just because there are no codes, doesn't mean there isn't a problem. It takes me making 4 or 5 calls to just get a call back. This place neglects its customers or tries to pass them off to other people/other dealerships within the autonation family. Or, they are on vacation and won't be back for a week. Sadly, that's only the beginning. The radiator needs to be replaced. It has crusting on it and according to other mechanics it's been that way for some time. I've only driven the car maybe about 1000 miles. I thought they were supposed to inspect all the cars before they sell them. Obviously, they aren't doing their job. Again, this is only the tip of the iceberg. I explained when I bought my car that I needed a reliable car because I have a handicapped child and need my car. What a lie!

AutoNation ripoff, lies, scam

I Purchased a red 2005 Scion tC for my daughter on February 2, 2019 from Toyota Auto Nation in Davie, FL.

They had it priced in good condition, so I expected to get some use out of
it. I paid almost $6, 000. One month later, the car overheated on the highway (595) and my daughter had to pull over late at night on the highway and I had to have it towed to my home. Very scary and unsafe situation for a teen. Had it towed back to their service station and it turned out to be a problem, that cost me $600. I find it hard to believe that this company would not have seen any damage under the hood. Shame on them for selling me a car that broke down in one month. I have called them and they will not help with the payment. It is "as is" I called and text the sales girl and never received a call back or response. Finally put a bad review on their website and received an e-mail to contact manager to help with the situation, only to find out that was an automated email and again told "too bad".
It is now July and yet again it broke down on my daughter as she was at the gas station. It would not start up after she turned it off. Tried to jump it and nothing. The tow truck came, tried to jump it and nothing. So, once again headed to go to the dealership service station. At first was told it was only the battery, so I say go ahead, I will pay the $140 and replace it and we will go from there. Only to get another call back from the manager stating that there is more wrong with the car, that after the $89 five point check on the vehicle and replacing the battery that it still did not start. They would have to keep it over the weekend. It is costing me an arm and a leg and will be spending more money than this car is even worth to fix it and I haven't even had it more than five months. I feel like your company has lied about this vehicle and allowed a car that is NOT SAFE to be bought at their business. I am concerned for my child's safety and only want what is fair. They offered to buy it back for less than $2000 or should I say, trade it in and get another car from them. I would never give them business again. I do not want my child driving in an unsafe vehicle that this dealership had no right to sell to anyone. I want to return this vehicle and be reimbursed all my money including the money I have wasted to fix it. I have already filed complaints to the managers at that facility, as well as the BBB, FTC, NHTSA, and more . The district attorney general has received my complaint and was the one who told me contact the above people. Next I will be contacting a lawyer who can help us with this situation if you cannot come to a resolution quickly. Thank you for your time and look forward to hearing back from someone.

AutoNation Customer services

Good Afternoon,

My complain is as follows, I went into the dealership on 7/2/19 around 5pm did not leave until after 9pm. I was told my Expedition would not be ready until the following day(due to the battery needed to be replaced), they promised me gas due to the inconvenience and was told it would be ready by the time I went to pick up the car. Picked up car on 7/3/19 at 5pm, thinking the car would be ready and I was wrong they did not have it ready I was told they still needed to replace the car battery and detail clean the car an 1hr 30 or 2 later finally get the car with NO GAS, nearly made it home. They then kept my DL and lost it, i must have forgot to ask Jose for my DL back since i was already frustrated with a long wait, as soon as i notice I did not have it i communicated with the dealership and was told he took it HOME in accident and i would receive a call back. Well that was on 7/4/19 no one ever called me, I'm the one that had to call and ask if they found my DL, the manager Zeyd ignored my calls. Finally spoke to the rep that lost my Drivers License and he made me feel like I was the one inconveniencing them. When they clearly lost my license with personal information and have been driving with no license. Honestly things happen and I would have been with an ok I'm sorry I lost it. But no this entire time I'm made to be the one that is inconveniencing them. I have bought cars from Auto nation in the past and always spoke of how much I loved this agency, but after this nightmare I do not believe I will go back. It seems like I cannot get ahold of anybody to reach out to me. I feel like no one has cared for what happened to me and is even taking the time to listen to my complaint. I'm also worried that my DL is out their in an employees home or at the dealership, I do what I can to protect my identity from theft but now I have to worry if I will soon be a victim of identity theft.

Hope this message is read and someone can help me,
Linda Ramirez
