ASC Warranty claims

I bought a 06 BMW 3-series about a month ago. With the vehicle, I purchased the warranty thinking it would be a great idea in case my car failed at any given moment. The day I bought my car I noticed the engine service light was on. I took it to a BMW dealer and was told that ignition coil 6 was misfiring. I had the issue fixed by the generous owner of the dealer I bought the car from. Days later, the service light came back on so I took it in to a repair shop that specialize in BMW and I called ASC warranty to make a claim and they denied my claim because they consider it an issue that was already there when I bought the car.. Yes the problem was there when I bought it but I had it FIXED and now it came back again with another ignition coil damage. I paid $3, 000 for no reason. Not only did they not provide any service but the representative was also very rude. I find no point in buying a warranty if they wont repair any mechanical issues with your vehicle after purchase. If I do not get any more help I will cancel my warranty!

ASC Warranty cancellation refund

A warranty for asc was purchased through auto limits irving, texas for a 2005 mercedes benz which was a repair magnet. Regardless of the repair nothing was covered. I finally made the decision to trade the car at a totally different dealership. The warranty was financed through the financing for $1200. I notified asc to request a refund, i was instructed to fax the odometer disclosure statement from the dealer to begin processing the refund this was february 11th. I called to verify the fax was received - it was. After 30 days, i called for an update she said give it a couple of days because of mail. This lady has a computer she knew i was getting a slip of denial and the person who handles refund was on another line. March 17th a small slip address to me inform me to contact auto limits for my refund. My concern is it took 30 days to tell me see someone else for a refund but i called asc for repairs to be inform it's not covered. There was no explanation on the slip just contact auto limits. I have received my confirmation letter from wells fargo my account has been paid in full. I feel auto limits just sell warranties to say you have a warranty doing nothing for the consumer who has a vehicle that doesn't fit that warranty. I want to know the proper steps to secure my refund from asc because on paper i paid $1200. I going to contact any and all agencies on this matter because my paperwork informs me i can request a refund because i did not default on the loan.

ASC Warranty - refusal to honor warranty

We purchased a used 2005 GMC Envoy on 11-02-13. When the finance person explained the warranty to us, he said that it covers "everything" except for the Front Suspension because it had over 85K miles. He gave us a pamphlet that lists the different packages and pushed the "Deluxe Coverage". I had been laid off for over a year and am in the process of going...

ASC Warranty refusal

I have had my vehicle for less than 2 years. I bought a warranty for 4 years a and 48 months. My vehicle is a 2008 F250 Ford. It has not been 2 years and I have not gone over 48, 000 miles. When the service department contacted ASC they were told they will not honor he warranty. I have called myself and no return phone call. I have gone on line and the website keeps saying that here is an error. This is the third time I have had an issue with my vehicle that I got horrible service and just basically told to deal with it. I am very disappointed as this vehicle is used to do many community involvement events to help others. I can assure you that I will never use this company again.

ASC Warranty 2011 bmw x5

I purchased a used 2011 BMW X5 from a dealership. Two days later the check engine light came on. I contacted Travis at ASC Warranty and he said to take it to the dealership for repairs. The following week I took the car to the dealership for diagnostics. The dealership told me that it was misfiring on 4 cylinders and needed 4 injectors. It also had a leak in a vacuum pump and it needed to be replaced. After several calls to the dealership and ASC, they covered my claim...$4, 600 in repairs. Thanks Terry.

ASC Warranty won't cover new engine

I recently bought an 02 pontiac bonneville as is from a car lot and received an as warranty for 6 months / 6, 000 miles. Within 71 hours my engine spun a bearing and is useless and the whole engine nneds replaced. My mechanic called asc and they said it was wear and tear and not covered! Seriously! The first thing listed in the warranty for engines are bearings. It states no restriction at all for wear and tear or breakage. What a scam! I would never have bought this car if i knew this company was this deceitful. Now i am out $4, 000 and have no car with four kids to care for. Thanks as!

Update by Sandman4414
Aug 08, 2013 7:28 pm EDT

my name is Chris sandlin. agreement number is...B-1241858. I purchased the vehicle on Saturday, August 3, 2013. my engine went out on me on Tuesday, about 71 hours after I took the car home. the dealer I bought it from...North Clinton Motors...in Ft. Wayne, IN...said it should be covered and when I told them that ASC wouldn't cover it, they told me I was on my own. you have to understand my frustration. I test drove the car for about 70 miles with no indication of any mechanical problems. bought it. 71 hours later left me and my family stranded while out of town. the warranty says it covers all the different bearings in an engine and that's what spun loose. how can I be accountable for that?

Sandman,

If you purchased the vehicle less than 71 hours ago we have most likely not received your service agreement. I would suggest you return the vehicle to whomever performed the pre purchase inspection to determine what happened. Please provide you name and agreement number so I research your account.

ASC Warranty - They are a joke

I received an ASC Warranty when I purchased my truck used. I was led to believe this was an excellent warranty and that it was called a diesel plus coverage that was more extensive than a regular warranty. Twice now I have had issues with this truck that I have only driven roughly 3000 miles. Twice I have been stuck with the bill because it wasn't an...

ASC Warranty charged my account

I never signed up for a credit protection or reporting site. Since June I have been bombarded by 2 websites. Of note, I have Lifelock so I have no reason to sign up for these signts. I tried to purchase groceries the other day and I was told I didnt have enough in this acount. I came home and found 2 charges for items I didnt sign up for:
1. ASC - ID SAFE HAVEN PLEASANT GR OV for 29.95
2. and, USFUNDCLUB.COM.

I am planning to put blocks on all my cards. It seems they are selling card numbers not just peoples names. I havent signed up for anything and dont even answer the phone to 800 callers. So, I am not sure how I had this on my card. I am even more shocked because I cant find a number next to them. I may have to change banks. This is the 6th unauthorized charge this year. And, I am on a set income. I cant believe the nerve. I plan on reporting them to the bank and better business bureau.

ASC Warranty won't honor contract

Bought a used car on May 8th, 2012, took out the 90 day warranty through ASC Warranty just in case there was an major issues with that time frame. 3rd day having the car i am told the transmission needs to be replace by two mechanics.
I called the ASC and they say it's NOT covered because of pre-exsiting condition and will not be paying for anything.
Even though when i bought the car it stated, (which i have a copy of)
' www.platinumautoexchangeinc.com For Sale is a 2005 Mini Cooper S with VERY LOW miles! 66k miles! In excellent condition inside and out. Engine and automatic transmission are in perfect ..." So how can if be pre existing? If i don't hear anything back from ACS I am pursing legal action with my attorney and the BBB. If i don't here from Terry Small the Director of Operations next week. You can reach me at [protected]@yahoo.com

ASC Warranty - won't cover drive shaft falling off.

Dealer sold us a vehicle with the ASC Drivetrain Plus and Deluxe Coverage warranty. What a rip off. The first week we had the truck, the muffler and tail pipe fell off. Not covered. The EGR valve needed to be replaced. Not covered. The ABS light was on and needed $600 worth of work for control unit. Not covered. The last straw is the drive shaft falling...

ASC Warranty Foreclosure/Short-sale

This company is unorganized and does not want to help you. We have been applying for loan modification and then short sale since November of 2008. When we found out that there might be government help to ref, we called them. they told us we don't qualify. When I heard about the Homesaffordable thing, I called them, they told us no. So we had to go to the short-sale route. We met with the realtor and she was pretty useless too. She just collceted the paperwork to submit and the long hell of wait began. The next year was just waiting and waiting. After a year and a half, we finally got an approval from ASC. Since we had a second, we had to wait for them to approve as well. They took a long time to reply but we had buyer ready and was ready to sign. After another two months of waiting for Citi, our second, to respond, we finally got approved from them as well. So the realtor was ready to go sign over the paper when ASC has foreclosed on the house. All this fighting and waiting for nothing. I feel like this could have been avoided if they had been more organized and willing to help. The negotiator for this company did not respond to our e-mails ir calls until I told them that I wa going to report them to Attorney General. In thye midst of this a year and a half fight, they kept asking us to send them over the same paperwork over and over. If I would call to check on the status, they would tell me they are still missing papers. Something I had faxed a week ago. They would also keep sending letters telling us that we might NOW qualify for a loan mod.

I feel so upset with them since they were just sittin garound on their ### with our papers. We tried to do things right by short-sale and it was so close. They just wanted to foreclose since I guess it would be easier on them as a tax-writeoff.

truth is ...these companies were shown by the current administration that they are "too BIG" to fail, they were bailed out, put back in the black, which gave them tons of writeoff room. The shafting of the American middle class has been funded by the current administration. Those on welfare are continuing life as they know it, and those who struggle to make things right are the targets. The good thing is that there is plenty of room for handouts under this administration, so give up, don't work, and live on the dole like they do...That, my friends is the future of America.

Got the same email as others have posted. I suspected this was a scam, but I ended up calling the number anyway. A guy answered, who sounded like he may be Asian. I told him I received an email that said I was going to be prosecuted and I wanted to know why. He basically just read the email back to me. I told him this couldn't be true but he said "the judge is going to throw the book at you!" then he hung up. I was confused by this mainly because he never asked for money of any sort.

It definitely sounds like there is some sort of scam going on here. To force these people to quit screwing around with people, I wrote a computer program to continually call the number in the email, make some modem sounds (like when connecting to a dial-up connection) and hang up. I have had this program running for about 2 weeks and I can hear that the same Asian guy is still bothering to answer the calls. I'm going to keep my program running until there is a disconnection notice when the call goes through. These types of people are the absolute ### of the earth, and that's the opinion of a COMPUTER HACKER (talk about irony).

ASC Warranty Scam

Please. my friends! Kam and the Philly idiot speak of that of which they nothing. I was totally scammed by this company that hired them to bully you, misinform, and denigrate.

It is ### like these 2 that enable the crooks to persevere. I will join every and any lawsuit brought against ASC It might be good to get the background of these 2. When we do the lawsuit we will subpoena their bank accounts and see how much blood money ASC is giving them.

I say this because I do not see how our problems with the ### are any of their business unless they are on the take. I sure would not lecture them on their many sins.

ASC Warranty refusal to honor warranty

I purchased a 2003 bmw in 06 - 2008 and at the same time purchased a warranty by auto services company. I since then have had to have work done to my car several times most recently within the past 7 days. Our mechanic contacted asc and he was told that the warranty would not cover the work needed on the car. We then contacted asc and were told the same thing. The car is consuming large amounts of oil due to elastic failure of the piston rings which is allowing the motor oil to seep from the engine block into the combustion chambers. According to our copy of the warranty, failed piston rings are explicitly covered and no restrictions on type of failure are mentioned. However, the claims manager of asc has told us that piston rings are only covered if they are actually broken and that elastic failure is "normal wear & tear" and therefore not covered. Per the warranty, there is no written restriction regarding "normal wear" for internal engine components. My husband who has years in the auto parts / repair of cars, including but no limited to bmws, is quite familiar with the appearance of a worn piston ring vs a defective one. One distinct difference is evident in the cylinder bores themselves. If the piston rings were worn out, there would be corresponding wear in the engine block within the cylinders themselves. This is not the case for our car, the original bore "crosshatching" created when the engine was first assembled is still present and well defined, where as if the rings were subject to the amount of wear necessary to cause them to lose elasticity the bores would be worn smooth, and possibly even gouged; and furthermore, according to several technicians this degree of "normal" wear is more commonly found in cars with more than twice the accumulated mileage than our car has. One should therefore conclude that the failure of the piston rings is due to loss of elasticity is due to material defect and not normal wear. We rented a rental car based on their word that they would cover the repairs and reimburse us for the rental car. Needless to say, i am looking at a repair bill of over $5500 -
$ 8500 and 2 weeks of a rental car expense (At the minimum) .

I purchased an extended warranty with ASC Warranty on August 26th of 2021 for $2,545 (6 years; 120,000 miles) at Keast Auto Center in Harlan, Iowa. My GM truck had 9300 miles on it when I sold it and I requested a complete refund, since I never used the warranty - GM has this truck under complete warranty for 3 years, 36,000 miles. The finance person at the dealership where I purchased the vehicle told me that there would be a cancellation fee and that I should only expect to get $2,490 back. In fact, I only received a total of $2,290.95 back (ASC reimbursed $1,490.15, saying there was a 9% usage fee) and (the dealer refunded $800.80 saying that ASC Warranty had stated this was the dealer's portion of responsibility). I called ASC Warranty at 888.207.0166 and spoke with a representative for ASC Warranty who told me the difference was a 9% proration! However, this vehicle's GM vehicle warranty covers this vehicle COMPLETELY for 3 years, 36,000 miles and ASC Warranty was never liable to pay out anything during the short time I owned this vehicle; however, the representative argued that they would have been liable. I will only be satisfied with this situation when ASC Warranty refunds the other $199.05. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and CFPB.

After a recent call to ASC, I was rudely told that I need to take the truck in first, get it diagnosed, and then call back (usually my husband takes care of these things but he was up at elk camp). I tell our college son to take it in to Meineke, have them look at it and call me back. It was the propeller shaft, making a grinding noise due to no lubrication. ASC denies our claim, lubrication is our problem. I told my son to have them take the part off (estimated total with parts/labor $714.00). I told him dad could order the part and put it in when he gets home for a lot cheaper. So Meineke charges my son $132 to undo it. When I get word to my husband (who is a mechanic) that they denied the claim due to the lubrication, he gets very upset and said there is no way to lubricate the 4wheel drive on a '02 Dakota (I didn't know that). He calls ASC up and makes the "technician" look silly. OH...now the part is covered again and we can fax in the first receipt for reimbursement. College son has to take it back between classes and pay another $73.87 when all said and done. I fax in all the information and receipt with a detailed explanation of this mishap only to get denied. Makes no sense to me that ASC paid for $628.60 and my son had to pay $205.87 out of his (our) pocket because they at first denied the claim for $714.00.
We will never again buy an extended warranty from ASC...
and yes, I've let everyone know how unprofessional they were when dealing with our problem; including the dealership where we purchased the vehicle. They said they've had a few disappointed customers with ASC. What a waste of money.

Correction for the previous post I submitted. I paid closer to $3000 for the coverage than $2000. So as I stated earlier, once I read some of these posts about there being a $3K cap, it really isn'the worth the investment.

I bought a pickup at a dealership in Arkansas and opted for the Deluxe plan, which was the best i could get for this particular pickup. It has been a few months now since my purchase and my pickup has had no issues and i don't believe will as I have a long history and a lot of knowledge regarding the brand and model I own. What really puzzles me now that I have read several of these posts, mainly out of curiosity as I have never purchased an extended third party insurance coverage in the past. I call this insurance and not warranty due to the fact that ASC will basically cover completely failed components not components that may not work as designed such as something leaking bur still functional. Anyway my most startling revelation is the fact that the price I paid for the plan was ~$2000 and the max coverage is $3000. I was not aware of this from what I had read in the plan or was told by the salesman when I purchased the pickup so I will most likely just cancel and pocket what I get back and save for repairs down the road if needed.

Don't ever buy an ASC warranty! I have had my truck in for service twice and both times they tell me my issue is not covered on the warranty. This time I have an oil leak, but of course its not covered. SAVE YOU MONEY DO NOT BUY THIS WARRANTY!

Well, the jury is still out, but they might try to work with us on this one.. I will update soon.. if they help as they said they would, I will report. Let's see how this works out. Nontheless, stay FAR AWAY FROM McCOY Motors in Rock Hill, SC. I'd advise ASC to do the same. Stay tuned..

Yeah.. you'll love this one. Just purchased a 2011 Infiniti QX56 from MCCOY Motors in Rock Hill, SC. (AVOID THEM BTW), the warr. was the 'DELUXE' level, which includes covering AC Compressors, etc. Drove our truck off the lot.. 30miles later, FAILURE of the compressor. They said it was a pre-existing condition, and t hey refuse to cover it. I was told, "We aren't in the business of reconditiong vehicles." It's the most low-brow statement I've heard in quite a while. I've had brand new components fail before with no pre-existing conditions whatsoever. The thing is this, if it's under warranty, it's UNDER WARRANTY! DOESN'T MATTER IF YOU DRIVE IT 5 MILES OR 505 MILES... THINGS BREAK. It's a used vehicle. The whole thing is a pre-existing condition. We already paid cash to fix the bad catalytic converters on it.. $3500.. thanks McCoy Motors for ZERO help there, although we've been loyal customers. $68k spent in 3 vehicles over the course of 22mos. THIS SHADY WARRANTY COMPANY DOES SHADY DEALS WITH SHADY DEALERSHIPS. I've got something for them though... they both will be gone soon, believe me.

I have nothing good to say about this comp..I didn't have a problem with them till now, and I should of expected it. This company is a SCAM and needs to dealt with accordingly. I have proceeded to retain my attorney, contact BBB, and the media. "This will be a great story.", is exactly what my local news channel said. If you say you are a warranty company then stand behind what you say! As I told one of your reps, this thing named Terry Small has made the comp look bad, but you haven't seen what a pissed off mother of a 10 year old will do. I have to explain that there will be no Christmas at our home this year. How do you tell a child who believes in Santa that? Explain please! It's not even the fact it's Christmas, we need a vehicle for work.
Be prepared to be all over social media, and a website has already been started for others who have been denied services and treated like crap!

We purchased a 2007 Ford Edge and added a warranty with ASC. Since owning our car, we have had to replace the master cylinder on the brakes, and the power steering pump. The company says you can take your vehicle to any certified mechanic of your choice, however, when we did, they did not want to pay for the repairs, stating the mechanic was overcharging for parts. The mechanic had to literally argue and fight to get them to pay for the repair.
When the power steering pump went out, I called ASC because I wanted to avoid another argument like we went through the last time. Again I was told take the vehicle to a mechanic of your choice, Again, the mechanic had to argue and fight, along with my husband to get anything done. The adviser stated he could have gotten the steering pump for $76 at O' Reilly's auto parts. We called and were told $130 to walk out the door.
This company does not have an accurate price list and you have to argue to get repairs paid for. I pay good money for this warranty and should not have to argue and fight to have necessary repairs taken care of.
This warranty is not worth it at all . I am very disappointed that I spent good money to have to argue and fuss when I need a repair done.
I will never purchase a warranty with this company again .

ASC Warranty Loan Modification

Hello all,
This is a copy of a message I sent to someone having problems with ASC/ Wells Fargo. Hopefully, it will also help some of you:
First of all, I am so sorry you are having to deal with this. It is hard enough to have these financial problems without having to put up with unnecessary hurdles. Hopefully, I can help.
I don't think your state that you live in has much to do with it. It is basically finding the right person to speak with. Avoid any customer service reps or loss mitigation reps! For whatever reason, you will get absolutely no where! This rule applies to ANY mortgage company, not just ASC/ Wells Fargo.
In our case, we got a loan modification. We showed financial hardship when we filled out their financial worksheet and they lowered our payment approximately $300.00 per month and showed us as current. We don't get our taxes and insurance escrowed. We paid our new lower payment for three months and then our loan modification started which lowered our payment and interest rate for five years and then they both will return to normal (unless we refinance). They didn't forgive anything but added it to the loan (sort of like a refinance).
We started this mess in October of 2008 when we started getting behind (going towards foreclosure) and kept getting the same request for a financial worksheet from ASC. After submitting it TEN times and getting no where with CSRs and even the loss mitigation department, I finally found the number for the office of the president of ASC/ Wells Fargo. I believe I got resolution within a week or so after dealing with the others for months and months. We had been lied to, mislead, and just plain disrespected unnecessarily. We jumped through every single hoop requested and then when I would call to check, it was as if we never did anything.
Whether it is ASC/ Wells Fargo or any other company, keep going up the ladder until someone helps you. You HAVE to keep at it, even if it means months, because it will work out. We just had a new problem with the modification (they added on late fees and shouldn't) and I called the loss mitigation department and got no where again. I call the Office of the President and again got help. Don't let them wear you down because you can do this. The number for ASC/Wells Fargo Office of the President is [protected]. Anyone who answers is an Executive Specialist, NOT a CSR (they should answer the phone "Office of the President") and can help- ask them if this is the Office of the President when they answer. Their address is: ASC Office of the President P.O. Box 10328, Des Moines, IA [protected]. I suggest you sent a Priority Mail letter with delivery and signature confirmation first before you call with all of your information, including that financial worksheet if you have it and any late notices or paperwork that you have from and to ASC. If you don't have anything yet, just send a letter explaining what you need (make sure to include your loan number). These people are very professional and you won't be disappointed. I have worked with several of them.
Please update me when you hear from them. I would love to hear what happens. Good luck and God Bless.

I am writing this complaint to prevent foreclosure and to try and save my home. I was a full time nursing student which caused me to become behind on my mortgage payments. I went through forbearance with ASC mortgaging. They indicated after completion that I would be eligible for a loan modification. When I received the loan modification, my interest did not change from the current 7.4% and my monthly note increased. I called asking if I could renegotiate my terms. ASC is not working with me at all. I want to keep my home and stay here...Please HELP>>>>>>>>SOS.

Temporary setback caused us to fall behind on our mortgage. Once we got back on feet, the "we want to keep you in your home" philosophy was lost beyond the recorded message at the servicing center. What was clear was their intent to collect their debt. This is one of the problems with having your loans sold and serviced by a third party who really has no personal interest in you. Ready, willing, and able to start making payments. Can't find anyone who can help us get started.

My husband and I have been dealing with this company for nearly 2 years. December of 2008 I spoke with a representitive of ASC on the telephone. We were less that one month behind in our mortgage payment due to a small business which was not doing well. The lady suggested that we do a loan modification. She asked me some questions and explained the program and it seemed reasonable at the time. By the time we ended we were accepted and I was told not to make our Dec. 08 payment and in Jan., Feb., March, we were to make a payment slightly higher than our orginal payments. If we successfully did that our loan would be adjusted. I was told the interest would be lowered and the payments would be lowered and any owed monies would be put on the bottom of the contract.
We completed our end of the deal and in April a gentleman called from ASC and said congradultions you have completed the trial program and our loan would be approved. Our payments would go down as well as interest. I asked what those payments would be but he said he did not know as they had not came back from the loan officer yet. He said you do not make a payment in April, May and your new payment will start in June or July depending when the documents are finished. I said no payments in April and May. He said that is correct. He said we would be hearing from the loan officer soon.
We were away the first week in May and when we returned there were loan documents waiting. The payments went up and the interest stayed the same. My husband and I thought that was strange since we were told more than once the payment would go down and the interest too. We signed the papers but before returning them I called to make sure they were correct. When I spoke with the person I was told there was a mistake on the paperwork, they would call us back. A week went by no call. I called them back. Once again I was told there was a mistake on the paperwork but only the loan officer could correct it. They would call me back...no call...I called back and was told that my husbands income was doubled but only the loan officer could correct it. They would call. Now it is the first of June. I talk with a gentleman this time and he tells me oh my gosh now you are 4 months behind in your mortgage payments now you are in foreclosure (remember those payments I was told not to make) Now they will not except our money. To make a very long story shorter...we were denied that modification..they had us do another one..we prequalified but at the end denied again...we have done this I believe 6 times now. In Feb. we hired an attorney firm to help us. We are still in the process. Our house is scheduled for sale every month and just before the date pushed out a month. This has been stressful. I have kept notes on every conversation since May of 09 and whom I spoken with. They say they don't have documents when I have a comformation that they do have them. What started out to be a small problem has become a very big problem and all we did is follow their instructions. This seems criminal to me.

Hi, I can give you some tips on how to get this done, I work for an attorneys office and I see modifications all day long.

They are looking for certain things to disqualify you and discourage you from looking for a modification. The banks are in place to make money, not lose it! they will not tell you that they can modify, they want to keep getting the highest payment out of you for the longest possible time.

Have you tried anything else with them? I am interested to know what the jerks say. I work with them ALL the time and I am telling you, they CAN and will modify. Just have to be persistent! Hang in there!

ASC Warranty LOAN MODIFICATION

ASC is NOT able to HELP with the Loan Modifications. I had been paying on time at all times. I'm struggling due to loss of income; My shortage on budget is only around $300. oo a month. After more than a year dealing with this stressfull situation, they sent me a letter 10/2009 saying that loan was NOT approved, and that I have two choices: "Short Sale" or "Deed in Lieu". When I got the letter, I said to myself "WHATTTTT"? What's going on with this company (WELLS FARGO). Government need to INVESTIGATE all this companies regarding their guidelines and procedures.

ASC Warranty Mortgage Loan

Asc (America's Servicing company) bought our two home loans in 2006.We have had non stop trouble with them.We are under water in our home, so we owe way more on our home than its worth and our monthly mortgage payment is close to three thousand dollars a month, and we can not afford it.My husband works six days a week split shifts and I am on Social Security.I applied for a modification five months ago and have been current on all my payments.I called in every month to see the status of my modification and the rep would always tell me something different. They said oh wait 30 days, so i would wait then they say 60 then 90.Well time went by and it took them 5 months to tel us that we did not qualify because our bills ar to high, They said for them to be able to help us we would have to be able to afford all our bills and and our mortgage payment. That dos not mak no since what so ever! This company is truly terrible! All I can do is pray and take one day at a time.

ASC Warranty Loss Draft Department

My home was damaged by a tornado in April of 2008, I submitted the 1st insurance check to ASC and then I received 2 more checks from the insurance company payable to myself and ASC as of today, I have had to pay for all the inspection to the property, and on the supplement check I sent, they are refusing to send any more funds until the home is 100%. My home is at 75% completeion, we have spent $50000 of our oown funds and ASC is refusing to release anymore of the money. Tey have placed the money in an escrow account and it is collecting interest, but I am not entitle to the interest they are collecting on my funds. They have recieved $100233 from the insurance company and we are behind on everything. These people could not read the claims documents submitted, I have submitted documents more than twice on the same information and now they refuse to release anymore funds.
In six months once my home is completed I will be refinancing with another mortgage company, one that is legitimate and works for their customer.
