ok guys, I was fooled and robbed by these guys as well. I have two names here that we can write and complain to the state Bar and possibly use them in class action suite. the so called attorney that was helping me was negar taghilou, come to find out that her license is only active in MI and not in CA and on her emails and speeches to me she said she was a CA lawyer i Have posted her info and bar number in MI it is P73760, lets all write and complain to the bar. the other character his name is Dan Willet who I never spoke to but his info was on my papers and his Bar number is 207276 but he has disappeared as well. I have posted their info on the pics here, lets all write to the state Bar and complain. I have already done that
Tax debt relief Fraud
My girlfriend hired these scammers to resolve her Federal and State Tax Debt. They asked for, in writing, documents from 2008 to 2014. They do not keep her updated with any information pertaining to her case. They do not return her calls or emails, they have changed her case workers 4 different times. They have shown nothing in regards to what work product they have produced for the $10, 000 she has paid. This company is begging for a class action suit...
Took my money and did nothing to resolve my tax issue
Contracted with this company in 2013 and made monthly payments totalling 3, 900 after they received all my financials they kept telling me that these were being reviewed before I could know the result. I found out from the IRS that the power of attorney that I signed with this company had not been noted on my account at the IRS. Wish I had checked them out on the inter net before agreeing to pay them.
Do not do business with them they are a scam.
Deception
This company said that they would reduce my IRS debt and did nothing for me. They took 2900.00 and now they wont help me. I now owe 6000.00 on an issue that they told me was resolved. I have tried to contact them and will not help me. They say they have no records of me in the system. As far as I am concerned this place is a scam and they stole my money
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Scam
I was a client of a company called Tax Network USA. They closed thier doors and stole my money. I called National Tax Services and they told me that Tax Network USA just changed their name to Authority Tax Services but it is the same company with the same employees.
