australian gold pure heat hot citrus tingle professional salon lotion
I am an experienced tanner, who has used other to gle lotions. I purchased this new product, AG Pure Heat, on July 12, 2019.
The numbers stamped on the bottom read
'29/0183 1-L5
29/82018'
I, along with three other purchasers of this same batch of Pure Heat have all developed raised, dark coloured rashes, and large patches of dried skin, even with ample use of moisturizers.
I called the manufacturer, and they stated that it could not be their product, and mislead me on how long the products are able to be used. The AG rep told me that 'The products 18M (month) date, starts once the bottle is opened.'
In reality, the products 18M is it's total shelf life. So if the product has sat on a salon shelf for 1 year, the 18M, becomes 6M.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the product that has caused damage to my skin, along with damage to three other people.
product doesn't work
I purchased the Australian Gold Bronzer 4 level. It would not pump out the lotion. I called the company and they said I could mail back the lotion and they would inspect it to see what was wrong. I thought to myself, crazy I had to pay to ship back the lotion and wait 2-3 weeks for a response. I asked for them to send out a new pump to see if that would resolve the problem and it finally arrived 2-3 weeks later with no letter, no apology and no envelope to return the bottle in. Poor customer service...
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
