The music at reception is awfully very Loud that it’s not soothing. We come to urgent care due to acute or severe pain, headaches, illness, injury, etc. So, hearing such loud piercing music in addition to other noise from the surroundings is aggravating! When I asked the receptionist if she can lower the music, she explained that so many complaints were filed to upper management and yet no action! Very disappointing to know that patients complaints are not taken into consideration!
Desired outcome: Either lower the volume or completely cancel it.
Aurora Health Care - poor service.
I have been in and out of this emergency room since Thursday of last week Dr. George, Had treated me on Thursday when I went in he had said I had a viral infection and possibly the flu one on Friday I found out that was not the case I went to a different doctor and he had said Jane had UTI. And turned out when I went in on Saturday I was diagnosed with kidney stones and the doctor did not even care also the nurse Kathy was very unprofessional towards a family member who was trying to ask questions about what was going on with me would not even tell my sister what was going on with me I will not be paying this bill because of the poor treatment I had had because of this I could have lose the kidney this is a very serious matter for somebody who is been so sick. I was missed Diagnosed and missed treated even the doctor could not even treat me properly
