I purchased a new audi less than 3 months ago. after one week there were indentations in the drivers seat - I am a small person 126 lbs. They do not go away like the ones do in the passenger seat.

I was told by my salesman this would be a warranty item. however upon taking it to service the service mgr said NO.

I had 2 lexus and one audi prior to this and have never had a problem like this before. i would never have purchased a vehicle that already looks old in 3 months.

I am not happy with this situation My audi i traded in was 8 years old and most people thought it was 2 years old - perfect condition. No problems even after 8 years with the seats.

I feel like the leather was not pulled tightly on this seat.

Purchased an Audi Q7 Quattro premium package for $80, 000 US. One of the major selling points of the package was the MMI google maps cockpit display. Three months after purchasing the AT&T 18 month device plan for the package google maps stopped working. No notification was sent out, it just simply stopped working. I took the vehicle in to resolve the issue I was told that there was no fix at this time and suggested I buy a new $80, 000 vehicle to resolve the issue. Additional the rear breaks squealed very loud while in reverse driving off the lot on the first day and was told it would resolve itself after a few weeks. It did not. When taking it back in a year latter I was told that it was a known problem but Audi did not have a fix for it yet. When buying a higher end vehicle I would expect Audi to work through some of these issues ahead of time.

Took 2015 Audi A3 in immediately after engine light came on into Audi dealer for repair and learned that the camshaft bearings had failed due to lack of oil pressure. The vehicle has had perfect recall and maintenance records and never once did a low oil or low oil pressure light come on. In fact, the car had no visible or audible issues and drove completely normally. Even the dealer service department cannot explain how this could have happened.

Their only recommendation was total engine replacement. This is on a motor with just over 60k miles and at a cost of $7800.

Given the situation including being not too far out of warranty we went to Audi Care for assistance. After literally months of delays and deliberation they responded with no assistance will be provided, not one penny. But we can go ahead and send them all the maintenance records for them to deliberate on for a few more wasted months.

My advice is to not make the same mistake as me and try this brand. I recommend to everyone I speak with to avoid Audi vehicles entirely. Search the web and see for yourself there are so many complaints about them. There are really great competitor auto manufacturers out there (e.g. Lexus, Acura) with high quality that stand behind their products. Really no good reason to buy an Audi in my opinion, their reputation of a premium brand and manufacturer is completely undeserved in 2020.

Don't send fake E-mails if you want people to buy your cars. This type of stuff makes people hate you. I can see a lot of people giving hate I would just stop sending fake winner e-mails.

To Audi of America. I purchased my Audi A 4 used at a BMW dealership in Cape Cod, Massachusetts. From day one, it became a routine to taking the car in for service about engine light on, Some of the services were done at Audi at Massachusetts, North Carolina, Tennessee, and some private service centers.
Every time the outcome was the same, the next day the engine light will be back on. this car frustrated me, wasted my money, and always late for my annual Tag and registration. This has been a six years nightmare.
I cannot morally, sell the car because I owe the Bank which financed the car $2, 000.00 and pleading to Audi cooperation to assist remedy this ordeal. I looking forward to donating the car to the Society For The Blind in my area and walk away.

A week ago, I have taken my brand new Audi S5 to it's first service (11500km), by midday, I was called to pick-up my car, only to discover-after a short drive- that the engine light was on. Next day, I took it back to service, when they told me that the waterpump was faulty! Coincidental they said! It has been 8 days and my car is still not fixed, plus I cannot trust them, as I don't believe they told me the truth or they have competent technicians to Audi standards. I am very upset and disappointed, as I am a devoted Audi lover.

Please note that soon after I bought the car -brand new- it had a problem in the engine, which was fixed, but again no one told me what it was or why a brand new car had it in the first place.
I am writing to you with a hope to have a better response than the ones I had here!

Hi, we have 2018 Audi Q7 and spent almost $85000 by trusting that we get good quality vehicle . From last few months I'm experiencing squeaking noise from brakes when in reverse . Initially I didn't take it seriously because I thought it's because of rainy season . Last month I did my research online and I found out that this is a manufactured problem in q7 and now in USA few class action lawsuits also going on . Today I went to Audi dealership in Langley bc . I was informed that there is "tsb" on this problem and solution is to replace faulty brake clips and pads . But I've to pay $830.00 because it's only covered for 2 years and 38000km. I've fairly new vehicle only 23000km mileage and brake pads still at .8 which I was told fairly new . Also for the same problem Audi USA is covering for 5 years and 48000 miles I'm very disappointed with this because because of faulty part I'm having this problem and going through this stress. Please put yourselves in my shoes and provide me honest answer that do I deserve this ?

For more than a week now I have been waiting for the keys that I asked to order in Germany (unfortunately the keys were lost 2 weeks ago) ... today I was told that I need to wait at least 2 more weeks ... I have to say such a long delivery time (with modern technology delivery) causes a lot of problems for the owners of AUDI ... and does not speak in favor of such a worldwide company ...

My car was towed into Audi Northcliff fater it failed to start. A couple of days later I received a call and a quote via email that stated that the repair cost would be R30k . I approved the quote over the phone. A couple of days later I received another phone call from Deon Scheepers (customer manager) that the car still did not want to start and that an additional R10k will be required it to fix the car. No quote was sent via email, but I approved the quote on the phone.

When the car was ready for collection, Deon informed me that the final invoice was now for R62k. I then forwarded me another quote that he claims I approved. I asked him to provide me evidence either via an email or a phone recording. After scratching around for close to 2 weeks, I got an email from Wayne Engelbrecht who admitted that they had no evidence, but that the work was done and if I wanted my car, I would have to pay up. As a gesture of "goodwill" he reduced the final invoice to R55k.

In essence they performed work without any consent and blaming the client for their lack of internal controls. What makes matters worse is that they misdiagnosed the extent of the problem from the get go - if I knew that the repair cost was R62k from day 1, I would have NOT approved the repairs as I would have sold the car for scrap and bought a new car, since the market value of the car is probably only R150k - so repair cost was close to 40% of the value of the car and the car is already 7 years old. To put the cherry on the cake, when I collected my car, my battery was flat due to the lights being left on - cost me another R2k to buy a new battery!

I consider this as blatant fraud from Audi. They simply did what they wanted, when they wanted it. I called the dealer (John) principal twice, with my calls was not returned. I demand a refund to the value of R15k being the difference between the final invoice (R55k) and the amount I authorised (R40k).
