    I want to confirm about the letter I received that I have been sent ATM CARD from Dr. Josephine A. Baidoo
    Acting Manager of ABSA BANK South Africa . He said I would made payment of U185 Dollars to claim it. I want to know if this is true. Please I need reply as soon as possible. Thanks
