Repair service

Asus has serious bad customer services problem. The services center needs to employ better services personnel to operate your phone query, if not more and more people will not buy Asus products ever again. I sent in my notebook last month. They are suppose to collect it on Thursday and they came on Wednesday. I have to called in Customer Services again and again to ask for my repair status. All they said is ask the service Center to call me back.( No efficiency at all). The Service Centre is even worse, let me know waiting for the parts to arrive and will take a few days. More than 4 days or even a week. Text me and said they have sent a quotation to my email, await for approval? I am under warranty and why are they Sending me quotation? And when I ask. The said that is not under warranty. So many confusion on their explanation and the quotation was sent to the wrong email address! I told them to send back my computer. They told me Wednesday from 9am-1pm. I waited until 3 plus which is now. My computer is still not here. I call the customer service. She said will ask the service center to call me back? What kind of Service is that. They make me waited the whole morning and this is the answer they give me! That really makes me feel that the whole company is not reliable at all. That is really scary to purchase this brand cause when you have problems on your computer. You cannot depend on their repair service whereby I have bought 2 years of the warranty. You don't even know when they will send your product back to you. You have a lot of doubts whether they are sending back your item or not? Terrible! The bosses should know this, this will be your company biggest problem.
Desired outcome: Where is my computer?

After purchasing such an expensive laptop of ASUS brand, I have been continuously getting harassed by the product as well as the service team of ASUS. Within 2 months from the date of purchase I have faced below mentioned problems:
1. Date of first problem 19/01/2023 - problem in display (RMA No. INT2R1003).
Date of resolution 23/01/2023.
2. Date of second problem 25/01/2023- problem in display (RMA No. INYMR10093).
ASUS engineer visits at my residence on 27/01/2023 - And told me that there is no issue but there was an issue in display (screen bleeding) which was increasing with time.
3. Date of third problem 11/02/2023 - Again problem in display (RMA No. INT2R20015).
No resolution and I insisted for further process to resolution.
4. After which Asus sent their engineer on 20/02/2023 - for checking the problem in display. Then they found problem in it (RMA No. INYMR20066).
After that they called me on 27/02/2023 – and told me to visit service center for replacing the display then they replaced the display but with improper fitting during which the mother-board was damaged and the same was ordered on 27/02/2023.
Date of resolution 02/03/2023 - but they didn’t ran any test on my laptop after replacing the mother-board.
5. Date of fourth problem 09/03/2023 - Screen panel not fitted properly (RMA No. INT2R30009).
But mother-board was changed for second time because there was again some issue in mother-board, as engineer said to me.
Date of resolution 17/03/2023.
*All the major components had been replaced multiple times (display 2 times and 2 times motherboard) and as of now the feeling of using new laptop has been subdued*
Again, after above mentioned problem which I have been facing continuously I’m facing below mentioned problems now:
1. Overheating
2. Slow speed
3. File crashing
4. Battery not getting fully charged
5. CPU temperature stuck at 95 degrees Celsius while using laptop in GPU mode.
6. Battery charging speed is also drop.
The above letter and the correspondence states above proves that I have been continuously getting harassed by the product as well as the service team of ASUS
The harassment of me is on all grounds i.e., mental, physical as well as financial being a student.
I have never expected such a worst kind of service experience from such a big organisation. Being an engineering student, I have paid a huge amount of rupees 109990. I’m continuously getting problems from laptop delivered to me.
Now, I Request you to kindly replace the laptop delivered to me at the earliest with a new laptop of same model.
Desired outcome: Refund for the laptop
Laptop performance issues when charging
Today 2/3/23 called customer support. First of all andre was rude. I spoke to him few weeks ago when I had issues with performance and thought it was due to a program. Over the weeks I figured its due to when the device is charging. I have reset and reinstalled the laptop but still having issue.
He send me a form where I can take the laptop to repair. However it will take 2 week and I wont have a laptop to use. They dont do anything else as its in the t&c.
I also requested andre to speak to a supervisor and he said there is no one and just hung up
Desired outcome: obtain new laptop
Warranty no resolved
In Feb 2022 buy a laptop, ASUS ZenBook Duo 14 UX482 - 14 inch FHD Touchscreen, Intel Evo Platform, Core i7-1195G7, 8 GB RAM, 512 GB PCIe SSD, ScreenPad Plus, Windows 10 Home, Wifi 6E, Celestial Blue.
Suddenly in June it no longer turned on, I called customer service and they told me steps to follow, including taking the laptop to a store with Asus representatives in Honduras. (which indicated that they did not deal with that brand for various problems). I called customer service again and they told me to send the laptop, I sent it in perfect condition and a few days later they answered me from the asus service center to tell me that the warranty was not covered because the screen was broken and that liquid had been spilled on it (which neither of the two things was done), Asus never sent me the photos to verify the supposed state in which the computer arrived, and they told me that I had to pay $1100 for the repairs (current price of the laptop).
They wanted to make a discount of 30% of the value. However, they had to solve it because I sent photos of how the computer was before sending it and at no time was it damaged or with liquids or broken.
Desired outcome: I request that they do the laptop repairs, because for the reason that was sent and can be verified in the calls to customer service, the problem was that it did not turn on
Asus Zenbook
Less than a month from purchase, my speakers busted. I rarely used the speakers over headphones, and never used full volume. I never dropped or bumped the laptop, and never had the laptop in rough or dirty conditions. I used it carefully and only about one hour per day or less. I am very dissapointed as I bought the laptop because of its Harman / Kardon sound system only for it to be useless to me in under a month from purchase and little use from it.
Desired outcome: I wish that Asus would repair my laptop or give me compensation.
All-in-one
Hi,
I purchased to devices "all-in-one" from Asus on 3rd of April, 2020.
One is still working perfectly, the other one is not turning on at all, suddenly.
I tested the charging port, the charging cable, is all just black screen. Is unconfortable with just one available device.
I wrote to your support service on 9th November, but never heard back from your support team.
I did receive a confirmation from your team taking notice of my complaint.
I live in Denmark but i am trying again, this time in english, hoping for a faster service and answer.
My questions are:
-What does it cost to receive help from Asus technic support?
-And are you offering an extra device/computer to borrow meanwhile mine is under reparation ?
My contact e-mail adress is : [protected]@gmail.com
Best regards,
Alex Nielsen
Desired outcome: Answer as fast as possible. Waiting in line for one month and a half
Asus zenbook warranty
I am a citizen of costa rica who took advantage of a trip to the us to purchase an asus zenbook in best buy. After only 2 months of having purchased the computer, there was a windows update that caused multiple issues main one, built in speakers not working at all, keyboard lights not working and wireless connectivity problems, also increased booting times. When reached out asus for support, they directed me to reach out to best buy, when reached out to best buy, since I can't physically go into a store and have my computer checked, they refered me to asus. After multiple steps that asus made me do via email, they are saying there is nothing else we can do but to bring it to a local cr authorized store however warranty will not be applicable since I purchased the computer in the us.
I was unable to save the chat conversation with bestbuy support. However, I do have every single email exchanged with asus support. And email only since when I try to get real time support via chat, it doesn't let me, and it refers me to best buy.
Desired outcome: I want my computer either replaced or fixed locally at no cost.

Asus Warranty is as valuable as soiled toilet paper.
I purchased a 2nd hand Asus Strix X570-F Gaming motherboard from a small computer shop which is 1.5 hours away from me. Shop offered 30 Day RTB due to them taking it as part ex for another customer.
Nearly 60 days later, the board developed a fault. So I contacted the store, and they said they can't do it because it was taken as part ex from another customer and pointed me to Asus direct.
I contacted Asus UK, who from the word GO, already had in their mindset that they did not want to carry this out under Asus Warranty.
Asus asked me to perform many tests which I did.
Then Asus asked for Proof of Purchase. Which I provided. They also insisted a letter from the store explaining why the store can't RMA it.
I gave Asus everything they asked for.
Then they said they had to pass this case to higher level management to make a decision, and said it will take a few days. Surprisingly, they "fake" got back to me the same day after I made some noise.
They made a Final decision of not carrying out a replacement under Asus Warranty, and forced me back to the store which already said No.
So now I'm sat with a £260 dead board after nearly 60 days of use.
The board still has another year Warranty remaining, but Asus will not honour it under any circumstances. This is absolutely disgusting. Their warranty is a lie, and has as much value as soiled toilet paper. They will try everything to rip us off.
I have full proof of emails.
I already own 5 Asus Rog products, used and new. But I will never buy more. You have forced me to ditch my favourite brand, and move to MSI or Gigabyte.
Desired outcome: Replace under Asus Warranty instead of ripping us off.
Asus rog strix nvidia geforce rtx ryzen
Bought this laptop awhile back and am very unhappy with it the hardward it self is very good but the software complete trash! this laptop can't hold a wifi signal if it life depended on it and when it is connected to the internet the whole computer runs super slows to the point were a 5 minute video takes 15minutes to watch because this laptop can't handle it like WTF!? this is window 11 im using how is this such trash, like a wifi signal is basic 101 computer how the [censored] can't this laptop hold a signal it doesn't make sense. and before you go in tell me it the wifi it not already had it tested and trouble shoot if a technician and they told me the wifi fine it the softwear on my laptop they said it 11 window destroys computers so why would you guys sell me a laptop with defective softwear? like what a scam another issue I have is this laptop got no volume everything makes out and I can bearly hear a whisper, and there no way of making the laptop lounder unless I plug in another speaker like how can you charge people 2000$ for a laptop that got no sound, god I could go on with so much more that wrong with this piece of [censored] laptop but id lose my mind, to anyone reading this I would subject to stay away from this product and to avoid buying anything asus because they aren't fully upfront with the actual performance of their products
Desired outcome: fix your product by giving those who bought this laptop free window 10 and to upgrade the wifi and sound setting to maximizer performance
Warranty issue
In Dec 2021 I purchased an Asus VA27E monitor Ser # LALMTF257079 which offered a 2-year warranty. 11 months later I returned the monitor to the store on the advice of their technician. the monitor had to be returned to ASUS depot in BC Canada. the monitor was sent by the store. In May 2022 I was informed that ASUS would not replace the monitor due to in-transit damage. the store informed me that they would cover only 1/2 of the cost of the monitor and provided me with a Staples card. After waiting over 1.5 years to be told that 1/2 of the cost of the monitor is on me seems unacceptable. the warranty should have been honored, the shipping issue is the responsibility of the shipper. therefore I should have been reimbursed for the full amount.

Asus ProArt 32 inch monitor (PA329C)
This monitor is from their professional artist "ProArt" line. When I bought the monitor, one of the reasons was that it carried a great warranty. The website said 5 years including advance replacement and the bright or dead pixel coverage was great. So, I bought two for work. This was in March of 2020.
Forward here 2 years and 4 months later. One of the monitors just died yesterday. I stepped away at lunchtime for a meal and went to an appointment. When I returned, the monitor was rapidly flickering on the entire left hand side like a strobe light. I contacted Asus support. The agent tried to get me to send it in for repair (despite that the monitor has advance replacement coverage). I cannot be without the monitor for any length of time. I asked for an advanced replacement. The rep explained the process and then said an escalation agent would contact me within 24-48 hours. I received the contact right at 24 hours telling me I should send it in for repair; no advance replacements are available. I contacted warranty support again and was told that (1) no advance replacements for my model were available; (2) I must send the monitor in for repair even though I have advanced replacement coverage; (3) no box would be sent to me for proper packing and shipping to the repair center; (4) repair times are estimates to be 7-15 business days and may be considerably longer due to COVID; and (5) if the monitor cannot be repaired, then a replacement will be arranged at that time.
Desired outcome: If you cannot find and send an advanced replacement of the model I have, then send an advanced replacement of the next available model with same or better specifications.
Asus vivobook 17 repair
Hello I had my Acer laptop replaced with a Asus Vivobook 17 through a insurance claim. The Asus was supplied by Currys and when I received it I was having problems from day one and contacted SBS insurance who told me to perceiver and it will get better so that is what I did but nothing happened so I contacted SBS again and they said they would send it to Currys for inspection and Currys couldn't find anything wrong and sent it back with a screw missing at the base an voided the warranty. I contacted Currys about this and they denied it was them and there was nothing else they could do and that was the same with SBS insurance. I look forward to my laptop as I am disabled and a pensioner and don't watch television so I was left with a laptop that had no touchpad and wi-fi that would work now and again. I then thought to contact Asus and I was talking to a gentleman and explained all of this to him and asked if I could get it repaired through warranty as the missing screw was not my fault and he replied yes for which I was very happy so the laptop was collected and I received a email to say it had been received. I then got a email from LetMeRepair with a quote of £286 to have it repaired because of the damage caused but when I sent it to you it only had the 2 issues explained earlier. I would very much appreciate it if you could look into this for me please as I like the laptop very much and miss it.
many thanks
A. Calvert
Desired outcome: I would like you to read this and hopefully understand this and allow the repair to be done under the warranty as I cannot afford the £286.
Expert Book laptop
I purchased this laptop on Feb 5/22. It's defective. I have been working with the tech support and CEO departments to no avail. I need this fixed or replaced. The specific issue is that the calculator pops up as I type. Then, I have to close the calculator before I can continue typing/working. This is continuous, ongoing, frustrating, and impede my ability to work and my productivity. This is a known problem and since purchasing this laptop, I have discovered that ASUS knew about this issue long before I purchased this laptop this year. I have a pdf document in this regard, but the box below won't let me attach it because it's not a picture. I have sent the pictures and the pdf document to ASUS tech support.
Desired outcome: Either fix the number pad and calculator pop up issue; or provide me with a new laptop without the defect; or provide me with a full refund for this product so that I can purchase a laptop which works properly.

Desired outcome: want my memory restored and for the laptop to work including able to connect to web again.
Laptop
I purchased a laptop from Walmart.com, great price and normally Asus makes a fairly reliable machine HOWEVER, this one has a "combo mousepad / 10 key" that works at times. In theory you can turn the 10 key off so it is supposed to operate as the mouse pad alone but then it decided to turn itself on as a 10 key randomly. I fought through it for a few weeks and decided I couldn't work with it anymore...and why should I?
If I turn the 10 key feature off I think it should stay off.
I reached out to Walmart to informed me they now only offer a 30 warranty on Electronics. 30 day Warranty people!
I reached out to Asus and they stated that they only offer a 90 day warranty. I purchased this a little over 100 days ago.
I will admit that I assumed a 1 year warranty but who assumes a 30 day warranty? What about a 90 day warranty? Buyer beware you need to require paperwork before you purchase electronics from Walmart.
Desired outcome: Provide a functional laptop or take it back and return the money. Do not ask me to do the technical support.
The scam
I brought a ASUS Laptop at the Cash Crusader's in Welkom. On Saturday the 26th of February 2022. The lady who helped was very kind towards me.She was cleaning the laptop for me. Bt she didn't want me to see it. And asked me if I wanted to buy the back. So I said yes. She packed the bag for me while I was paying the bill. And they had lot of customers that day. So after I paid the bill. I went back to Res. That is when I noticed that the laptop is one in good conditions. It looked so old Nd I don't like it. Whn I tried to return it they refused they said that once I signed the receipt I agree that I take the Laptop as it it. And that gentleman even told me that the lady who helped me that they surely explained everything to me. Whn I demanded to see the manager they said he is too busy attending other important things. That is when I realised that I was scammed. That laptop cost R4700. And with that kind of money I would have brought my self a brand new laptop.
Desired outcome: I would really appreciate if the company gives me my money back so that I can give them their laptop
