Aspen Dental hygiene unsafe

Went to appointment someone else's personnel hygiene was on the chair and on the arm of the chair. They had left out needle and medication for a tooth to be pulled and had left me in the room by myself with these items out! Very unsafe ! Dentist came into room with gloves already on removed dentures and replaced dentures! Was looking to realine denture. later I got a virus I feel because the dentist and the room was very unsanitary! Will never return to that office again!

Aspen Dental charging for work covered by insurance

Asked them to wait for pre-determination of benefits before doing deep=cleaning of husband's teeth which they agreed to do. However, when he got to the appointment, they told him he has to do this before they would fill the two cavities and it cost $91 even tho the Delta Dental Insurance said it was covered 100%.

I called three times before he went to be sure he was getting the cavities filled. Yet they did not do it. I am pursuing it with Delta and also Visa will receive a disputed charge letter. They totally ignored our requests to wait for the pre-d. We have a thousand dental clinics in our area. We do not need this fast-talk and dishonest treatment of patients.

Aspen Dental double charging/unnessecary procedures

My daughter went in to have her teeth cleaned. She informed them she had insurance and asked if they used them. They only told her that insurance only pays roughly half of her expenses and she would have a $500 deductible. The first day they did X-rays and had a consultation. They probed her teeth and called out numbers while another person noted these numbers on a computer. After they were done she asked what the numbers were for. They informed her they were to tell how deep the pockets surrounding her teeth were. They told her that normal teeth were only 3 deep and hers were deeper than 4. That she had gingivitis and would need to have that cleaned.
At this point NO CLEANING had been done yet. This was all done by the hygienist. The doctor then came in and told her that her teeth looked FINE and that she just needed to get her teeth cleaned.and take care of them. The doctor took up to the front desk to make the appointment to have her teeth cleaned. At this time the front desk administrator sat her down and to set up another appointment to have her teeth cleaned. AT THIS TIME the administrator starting talking to her about payment options for gingivitis cleaning. She told her this procedure was called peritonitis cleaning, or root scaling/scraping. Then they proceeded talked about price. She informed her it would run around $1500.00. My daughter told her she couldn't afford that. The administrator told her that insurance would pay for half of it and she would be responsible for the other half. The administrator told her that they could provide in-house financing for her. They filled out a credit application and ran her credit. My daughter was approved for well beyond the 50% she was to pay. They had her sign the form saying she was approved. They immediately charged her $1052. This is WEL MORE THAN HALF of the original quote of $1500.00.
Then Aspen Dental files an insurance claim for $789.00. This rounds the cost to $1841.00. The insurance claim was DEINED due to
1. Services Not Covered 2. Humana DOES NOT CARRY THIS PROVIDER (seems Aspen Dental would KNOW THAT) 3. (And this is very interesting as well) "The information submitted does not document the presence of exposed root surfaces as required by CDT definition of this procedure".
We called Aspen Dental for a itemized statement of treatment and they will not give/release it to her without her signing a HIPPA Consent Form.
I will be passing all of this along to the insurance commissioner of the state of Georgia

Aspen Dental post op care

One of my wisdom teeth was bothering me. I decided to try out aspen dental. I had abscessed wisdom tooth. They put me on amoxicillian for a week for the infection. The day I went to get my tooth pulled, the dentist couldnt find the tooth he needed to pull...? When he found it, he shot me up in my mouth with 3 sets of who knows what. The next day i was coming off of the mouth meds and felt very nauseated, swelling in my face, and hives. Called there to let them know and they said it wasnt caused by anything they did, it was something i did when i left. what BS. They didnt seem to care that they caused an almost deadly allergic reaction to one of their patients.

The problem with clinics of this type is different dentists see so many patients they cannot remember them all and what they need. The business model is based on high volumes of patients.

Sometimes a lot of anesthetics are needed to get teeth numb. There is no mystery about what. 99% of the time it is lidocaine.

You probably were allergic to the penecillin family of drugs. There is no way for them to have known this ahead of time unless you told them.

Often faces swell after difficult extraction that is just a fact of life. Often patients do not eat after surgery, take pain meds on an empty stomach, and get sick.

You would do better in the office of an experienced dentist who owns his own practice.

Aspen Dental unprofessionalism

I want to let someone know about my experience at the SE 14th Aspen dental office in Des Moines, IA. The dental hygienist was completely non informative and had a uncommunicative behavior. I felt that I could have benefited from someone who would have been able to reply to my questions in a professional, knowledgeable manner and at least try to offer helpful advise or hints in a professional cheerful manner. What I got was a sullen uneducated response to my questions, she was slurring her words and gave the impression that she was not even qualified for the position at all. I also observed her and the majority of the staff circling a patient file and making comments and laughing, this is completely unacceptable behavior people have a right to their dignity and privacy and I feel this is a violation of HIPAA! I was completely disappointed with the unprofessional and unknowledgeable staff at this location on August 25, 2014, I have no desire to have another horrendous experience with the quality of people that they have employed at this location and will not schedule any services in the future with this company, I also will forewarn my friends and professional acquaintances of my experience.

These clinics are the bottom of the heap for employees. The sheer volume of patients wear hygienists out. Good dentists and hygienists leave these places for better jobs as soon as they can.

Good patients also leave these clinics as soon as possible. The smartest ones never go to them to start with.

Aspen Dental dentures

I complained about my dentures not fitting.I can't even eat an ice cream cone soft ice cream without having to use fixadent at least 8 times a day.they have tried to adjust them about 6 times and then I am told they can not do anything else. If I knew this was going to be this way I would of never went there.Ypu have on tv a money back garantee and that is what my last resort would be. I ask them if they would put snaps on them and they refused. If you could just have them put the snaps on everything would be fine.I am so tired of carrying fixadent with me all the time it is embarrasing to excuse yourself twice during a dinner to go and put more fixadent on them. The last dentist I saw recommended implants I wish the first would of told me how they were going to fit and I would of went somewhere else which I am doing for my top teeth. Please come up with a solution Thank You

I am not sure what you mean by "snaps". If you have implants in your jaws, they can be attached to the dentures via snap-like attachments. If you do not have implants, this cannot be done.

My guess is the looseness is due to inaccurate impressions. The thing to do is reline them with tissue conditioner first. If this makes the dentures stay up, this tissue conditioner can be replaced by plastic.

Look, the truth is that corporate clinics like this are owned by investors instead of dentists. The young dentists employed there have little experience in dentures. Even if they were experienced, they are not free to use quality labs. Find a dentist with a reputation for honesty and competence in your community that does not work for a crumby corporate clinic.

Aspen Dental very poor work

I was given a great sales pitch by the office manager. I was told they would make me a whole set of teeth the best for 3000.00. And x rays were free. I used my care credit card. Big mistake. When I got my teeth they looked like they belonged to a child. I have been back for adjustments so for three times and never has the Dentist set foot in the room with me. This is not my first rodeo my first set of teeth made by a Dentist in Powder Springs Georgia lasted, me twenty five years. This dentist has not used any of the ways they should to measure for the length of my teeth. So when I try to chew food the teeth do not meet so I cannot chew. They say they grantee their work this old boy will not be sucked in to giving anymore money. I will sue if my teeth are not remade. My teeth look like the old ones I have at home now worn and old. Do yourself a favor do not go to Aspen Dental this place is a rip off. I will be calling a lawyer. O. k.

Making a set of dentures that fit well, are retentive, give a pleasing smile, and allow good phonetics and chewing is a very complicated and demanding task. It takes a dentist years to get really good at it. Few dentists right out of school know how to do it well.

It takes me 6 appointments to fabricate dentures, and an average of 4 appointments of adjustments afterward to make patients comfortable with dentures. When I am done, nearly all my patients are happy. That is what it takes to make good dentures. It is not an easy walk in the park. Nor is it cheap! A set of dentures in my office costs about $3, 800.

Did you know this corporate chain is owned by investors and not dentists? Did you know it uses the cheapest labs available, including those in China? Do you know that even if a decent dentists like me worked there, I could still not make good dentures, because they would not have the quality materials I need?

Cannot understand why you chose a corporate chain clinic over a dentist who owns his own practice, but you made a colossal blunder. If you want it done right, find an older dentist who owns his own practice and is good at fabricating dentures. A lot of ex-military dentists are good at this. Chalk your last experience up to a lesson learned in life!

Aspen Dental services

Please do not go here! Jimenez is vert money hungry. I went in to get a crown placed back in my mouth but instead he tells me i need a root canal on other side of my, okay he did the root canal but while he was doing that he shaved down my front tooth that was chipped but was filled in. Mind you i told him from the jump i don't want no cap to the front of my teeth and he still put in an pre authorization with my insurance. He puts the crown in my mouth where he did root canal, crown doesn't match shade to my other tooth but has the cap whiter than the rest which still hasn't match. I have called and everytime i called the receptionist says he is not there and gave me his email, i emailed him twice within a month and no responds or call. I get a mail from my insurance that he requested for more root canal and more crowns without my permission. He is trying to do me a full mouth of crowns which is not needed. I am still left with the crown that needs to be put in and fillings on another tooth. Btw he shaves down my bottom tooth. I advise you not to go here. I went to another dentist and they are so mad i went to him and said he put all those request to things you didn't needed. Now i have to get teeth whitening to match my other teeth and have to take crown he put in. Also he is very rude!

Aspen Dental inferior dental procedures

I used them because of attractive terms (interest free if paid on time) financing. Prices were higher than I expected, but I proceeded because I needed my lower teeth extracted. I had terrible bruising for 10 days after. complained that the temporary dentures were making sores in my mouth was told it was "normal" They were very unconcerned about patient care. Wrote a letter complaining of treatment and was treated even worse. Teeth were pulled on 9/21/2013 and I had sores until I went to another dentist for a second opinion in April 2014. I was told the dentures did not fit my mouth and new ones would cost an additional $800 but would be made correctly. Yesterday (6/19/2014) I picked up my new denture and ate my first meal of solid food. my lower teeth and upper teeth actually met when I bite down. What a difference!. In my opinion, Aspen Dental should not be allowed to be in business!

This corporate clinic and others like it cannot be "shut down" because it is operating outside the law anyway. Boards of dentistry only can discipline dentists, not non-dentist corporate execs. Only dentists are supposed to own practices. These clinics utilize fake-owner dentists to circumvent state law. To close them down, dental boards need to codify ownership tests, as imprison dentists who pose as fake clinic owners, when they are only prostitutes taking a bribe from investors.

Need to tell you that good dentures take at least 5 appointments to construct, and cost you well over $1000 each. Look for cheap dentures, and you will get dentures just like you cannot wear now.

Aspen Dental charges, billing practices, and service

Let me first start by saying the Dentist, Dr. Teske was fantastic. I greatly appreciated her service and demeanor, but that is where it stops. First off, they thought I needed a root canal. They looked up my insurance benefits, said I had to pay $97 prior to the service, so I did. I get there and the Endodontist said my tooth was cracked below the gum and needed to be extracted, so no root canal. I sat with "office manager" to determine a "treatment plan" (of which, by the way they put this amount on your account BEFORE you ever even get the service). The treatment plan was to have a mold taken for a partial, get the tooth extracted, and then have the temporary denture while I decided on an implant. At the time of setting up the "treatment plan", the office manager told me my out of pocket would be $165. When I came in for the services, I was told $338 needed to be paid based on my insurance benefits, I was irritated that it was DOUBLE what I was initially told, but I needed the service anyway so I paid it. Low and behold, a month later I received a bill for over $900 no evidence of my payment, declined EOB's from my insurance indicating services not covered, services not billed, etc. etc. First off, they set me up on a treatment plan that wasn't covered by my insurance, so I have NO idea what insurance company they were looking at when they were reviewing my benefits, hmmmm, interesting. I may have chosen a different option if I had known they weren't looking at my insurance coverage accurately. Yes, I know, my insurance coverage is my responsibility, but WHY would I doubt them when they're sitting there right in front of me with a copy of my insurance card apparently checking my insurance coverage? Why would I think I'd have to go home and pull up my benefits AGAIN and check? So now I have this bill for over $900 saying I'm past due, I call and supposedly talk to the "office manager" who kindly dismisses my concern by saying, "let me pull your file, see what's going on, get a hold of corporate, and call you back". Nice, no phone call back. I get another bill a few weeks later, adjusted down to just under $800 still no evidence of my $338 payment. So I call AGAIN, get the same crap of "let me get a hold of corporate". I asked if I can call corporate myself, nope, no can do, only THEY can get a hold of corporate through EMAIL! I'm so tired of this place, they have horrible billing practices, their employees don't know how to accurately review insurance coverage, can’t review anything on their system with regards to billing, my guess is it is because this mysterious "corporate" has the billing/services so jacked up that their employees can't even make heads or tails out of what is going on with their patient accounts. AND, not to mention they set you up on treatment plans with services and charges BEFORE the services are EVER rendered, they tell you how much your insurance will cover and how much you will need to pay out of pocket and it's all WRONG. I will NEVER go to Aspen Dental again. I urge you, if you have anything other than routine preventative care, DO NOT go to Aspen Dental.

It is very difficult, even in a quality office like mine, to accurately forecast what insurance companies will pay. That is because many are either impossible to talk to on the phone, or will not divluge their arbitrary fee schedule.

You made a mistake by going to a corporate chain clinic owned by private equity investors instead of dentist. There is no interest in long-term patient retention. The dentist who work their are mostly young graduates paid on commission loaded with tons of student debt. Their interest is to make as much commission as possible while working, then find a decent job in a quality practice, or start their own practice.

Don't expect to "reform" clinics like this. Don't think they will ever change. They are what they are- corporate animals with no incentive for long-term patient satisfaction. Anyone can buy impression TV ads that say anything. Learn to be more skeptical of advertising.

Find a dentist who owns his own practice, and is known for honesty and competence. Then STICK WITH HIM. Studies have shown that patients who do not change dentist a lot have less dental treatment over their lifetimes.

Aspen Dental horrible dental office

I suggest you immediately start looking for a different dentist. These people are inexcusable and don't have one ounce of integrity! My mother is 85 years old and started having a lot of pain in a tooth so she went to this dental office where she was told that they couldn't extract the tooth until her doctor submitted an approval form. So her doctor's office submitted the form immediately but when she went back the next day to have the tooth pulled she was told that the dentist was going on vacation for two weeks. TWO WEEKS WITH EXTREME TOOTH PAIN AND I GUESS THEY WEREN'T AWARE OF THIS VACATION THE PRIOR DAY! Another dentist in Butler took her in right away and extracted the tooth in a few minutes without the need for these special approval forms.Previously they made a bridge for my mother and put in in but apparently didn't remove the roots of the old teeth first, so now an oral surgeon has to correct that issue and make a new bridge. If you value your teeth, don't go to these HACKS!

Aspen Dental portland maine

I had troubles with my bills and service for aspen dental, charged me for free x ray and first exam, office manager is a slick woman, instead of charging my insurance she cleaned out the total of my prepaid care credit card, (Before I had all my work done) after my 6 teeth removal and fit for temporary partial I returned 7 times to repair a tooth broken in surgery and have my dentures re-sized (6 months) before I got my permanent partial, the whole time trying to get the balance on my account submitted to insurance and return the money to the card, a year later I had finally gotten my refund check, after she supposedly submitted it 4 times. Never ever go there again they gave me a hard time about repairing the tooth they broke, after 3 different dentists in the office I stood my ground for the one I liked, he was nice enough but 6 months to get dental parts when they do it in the office. I will say my permanent partials fit wonderfully, though they sent me to a periodontal specialist and even with great dental insurance I am paying big for sonic cleanings, and permanent splits on the teeth that hold my partial in, wtf?

Aspen Dental rip off

In November, 2012 my husband decided to buy new lower dentures for me for Christmas. At our first appointment the doctor insisted that I needed new upper and lower dentures because they wouldn't fit correctly if I didn't replace the uppers even though they were less than 2 years old. We agreed and were given an estimate and applied for a credit card with Care Credit. The dentures were to be ready by Thanksgiving. Needless to say that was not the case. As the holidays were approaching and the new dentures were giving me numerous problems we started going back and forth for further work to be done. My mouth was so sore that I couldn't eat. Some of the teeth were longer than others and the bite was so bad that I could hardly close my mouth. At each visit the doctor would assure me that if the fit was no better all I had to do was call and I would be seen immediately. This did not happen. At times I would have to wait almost a week for an appointment as they had other patients. Discouraged I filed a complaint demanding the money we had already paid back or new dentures. The Office Manager contacted me the next day and told me that I should go elsewhere and that we would not be charged any more money. We had no money put on the credit card at that time. We heard nothing from Aspen Dental or Care Credit until yesterday when we received a letter from Monarch Management, Inc. (a collection agency) informing us that we owed the sum of $526.33. This dental practice is one of the worst I have ever been to and I believe that they deliberately withheld any billing and sent this matter to a collection company because I had filed a complaint. They are a rip off and should not be in business at all.

Aspen Dental rip you off estimate

I have to write this 2nd time, because I did not register in this site. I felt sensitive feeling or sore when I have cold drink under an old bridge, suspect the worst will come later, so I took advantage of free exam/consultation visit on 1/16/14 at Aspen Dental. They gave me a mouthful of exam, and gave me a print out of suggested bill for the treatment... $5000 for fixing the pain.. 2x root canal and replace the bridge, and other root canal on the right side plus filling etc... another $9000... so total of $14, 000.
Since the charge is a mouthful and I could not swallow... so I decided to have a 2nd opinion... I went to Dr. Dental in Vernon on 1/18/14..
After the exam/x-ray, Dr Han at Dr Dental told me that my tooth root is low and exposed a little, due to flossing... should have no problem, all I need to do is to use Sensodyne paste and avoid cold drink to irritate it... meanwhile, there is nothing else I have to do.
Aspen Dental is outthere cheating and prey on people that did not do research in the beginning like me.. so you fall into their trap.
Anyone want to avoid spending and getting cheated should avoid Aspen Dental... I did some research after all., and found that there are numerous complaints, and even law suits were filed in N.Y. and other places.

Hello I am writing from Benton Harbor MI and I wanted to write about my experience in the Benton Harbor MI office. They are definitely a rip they are nothing like they advertise on Tv. I have been waiting almost a year for my dentures I have my top but not my bottom and they said I have to pay $375.00 in order to get my partial and my top dentures do not even look real.

Aspen Dental unbelievable estimate for dental service

I felt sensitive (when I have cold drink) on tooth under a old bridge that was put in about 30 years so far. Afraid of getting worst, so I took Aspen Dental's free examine /consultation on 1/17/14. After exam they gave me a run down for 2x root canal and replace the bridage for $5000. And other filling and suggested root canal on other tooth etc... another $9000. So toal $14000 for the full mouth... Yes.. it is full mouthful of charges... So I went to Dr. Dental in Vernon by Hartford Freight Hardware... re-took the x-ray and examine, Dr. Han at Dr. Dental told me there is non cavities under the old bridge I have... it is maybe because the flossing that I have done... caused the tooth root to expose, then when I have cold drink, I feel pain or shock... Don't need to do root canal or fixing. Just use sensodine tooth paste and avoid cold drink, It should not have problem as long as I take good care of it.
What a difference and relief for me.. Aspen Dental is charging patient for unnecessary treatment plan and make good money... the practice is cheating... There are other people complain about Aspen Dental on the web... there are also law suit pending on Aspen Dental N.Y. several places... My suggestion for people seeing this complaint... you can avoid paying the bad guy by doing research and go to other dentist instead...

Aspen Dental worst dental company

Aspen Dental is by far the worst company. They expect you to pay for your entire "care plan" before doing anything, when a majority of your care plan is bogus and then they refuse to do some of the things on your care plan, AFTER they charge you! I had two teeth extracted because the dentist said they were decayed, sure enough another dentist tells me based off my X-Rays there was no logical reason for those teeth to have been removed. I have had to had the same tooth filled twice because he messed up the first time, and now I am having severe pain, which I definitely did NOT have before, and the dentist tells me that I just have to "get used to it." What crap! Not only that, but to get the office to answer their phones is a feat in itself! I just called at 11:29 am, on a Tuesday, when their office hours are 11 am to 8 pm. I got a recording telling me to call back during regular office hours. Umm, are we going off of mountain time or something? This is the FIFTH time this has happened and it's always some sort of excuse, whether it be "oh well you called when we were on lunch" or "we have office meetings at that time and you need to call back."
How on Earth is a customer supposed when you take lunch or have an office meeting? How about NOT everyone taking lunch at once or have your meetings BEFORE you open? Hours of operation are just that, hours that you should be OPERATING!

I better not be charged for them to fix my tooth for a third time that they messed up. The assistant had the audacity to blame me for having a chip in it, which was caused from the "dentist" smashing his darn tools on it when he was filling another tooth.

Aspen Dental not get service reuested and charged $

They would not tell me the cost of x-rays...and when I asked told me my insurance was approved for coverage. Wanted only a teeth cleaning and told me that would be $488 out of pocket after my BCBS insurance. I have never paid for a cleaning as it is covered by BCBS. WORST experience of my dental visits life. RUN! Scared to see the bill for x-rays I did not need or want. Office of phoney players. I ill report this to the BBB.

Aspen Dental charges

I was charged $755.for 2 fillings and cleanings, then had a lot of pain, which I didn't have before I went to dentist, was told I needed a root canal in a tooth they had filled, was charged $796 for this and then they broke off a file in the tooth, and sent me to someone else who charged me $836. and he couldn't get it out either, sent me back to Aspen Dental who finished the root canal, I guess with filling etc. I was given a $530 credit so cost me big bucks for this tooth. I am unhappy with the charges I had to pay up front before any work was done, and I still have pain in that tooth all the time. They gave me an appointment for 4 month cleaning etc and said it would over $300. I only have six teeth, does this sound fair? NO Please help me, I am very limited income and 75 years old. and very unhappy and I am not like that most of the time. Dr Miller was the dentist.

In any dental procedure done, it is usually required that the patient be informed of any complications of that procedure and how it may have to be resolved if it goes bad. In my practice, if a root canal procedure goes bad, no fault of the dentist and S___ happens, I usually tell my patient that there is no charge for any work that has been done in the root canal procedure. It is sometime very difficult to tell how difficult a procedure is until one starts the procedure. I do not see any reason to double charge a patient if luck is against both the dentist and the patient. It happens at no fault of anyone. This does not happen to often because I believe most of us are pretty good in anticapting problems. No one can anticapate failure if due deligents is done. I think that ethics require that no charge is made when failure occures. although if a specialist has done everything to inform the patient of the risks of the procedure and the patient agrees to the procedure and it fails, again too no fault of anyone, then the charge should be reasonable and expected. Understand that medicine is not an exact science and we do what we are trained for and with the best knowledge available, procedure fail and instruments fail. Failure is sometimes a result.
A charge of $300.00 for 6 teeth sounds a bit high, especially if this is a routine maintainance type of cleaning. Like any service you pay for, if your not satisfied, go else where. If you feel your treatment has been compromised due to incompetance, you can alway contact the dental board of your state. They will work in your best interest and try to resolve the issue for both you and the dentist and see if an error was made in yourt treatment.
Try to understand the Dentist's side of the treatment. It can be very difficult for him too if the treatment fails even with his best efforts. Always and I mean always try to resolve the issues with your dentist first. You will find that 99.9 percent of us want what is best for our patients. We want you to come back and see us for your dental care. Without you and your support we would not be in business. Dr. Egidy, DDS

Aspen Dental inferior product

I purchased dentures in May of this year, I wanted the basic and wanted to speak about money, I took want I could afford, but was told if I was not happy I could come back and buy a better set and they would take the original price and still keep first pair. I kind of felt that this was not a good sign, but continued as I was in need. I am not new to this service and having used Aspen before I felt it was safe. Very disappointed, dentist were rude and not to interested in how I the consumer felt, was actually redressed for stating my feelings about how they fit. I have gone back twice with the same complaint that I voiced when I received them very little change or interest. I believe it has may my speech much worse and I can not see to get satisfaction. I also believe the product itself is inferior, as I said this isn't my first time materials used seem to be poor quality. I am so disappointed in my experience with Aspen Dental this time. Office staff tried, except for person selling dentures I even asked if she received a commission on what she sold as I felt high pressure for a body part that is needed for daily living, I'm not buying a car. So all I can say is I feel used, I feel that I didn't get want I needed and paid for, even during the process I asked what difference there was between the way the basic was fitted and the more expensive, I was assured none, I can't believe this as mine are no good. Just would find it difficult to spend more money, but now that I am in so far I don't know how to fix this problem.

Aspen Dental treatment by front office staff

Spent over 6000.$ It's been since November of 2012. Dentures have never fit correctly. Paid more for comfy-lites. What a joke! The Dr. will tell you "come back anytime we will try to get these right" "sorry", but when you call the office tells you, can't see you, booked solid, you need to make an appointment. Today is July 25 my top is too long and I feel like I'm gagging, can't eat and hard to sleep with dentures in. I was told they could get me in on August 8th. Really? I'm not suppose to eat or worry about sleeping until then? The bottom partial slips, and looks like something you can buy at the five and dime store. Just give me my 6000$ back and I will go to a reputable dentist that knows something.
