falsifying dental records - being charged for work that wasn't performed
It's been six months since my last appt and i'm still trying to get refunded for being overcharged. My dental records do not match what the billing office has charged me. I have all the paperwork to prove this. My lawyer is ready to contact them. They have repeatedly said that they would call me and haven't. I call them every couple weeks.. Ridiculous. They owe my $305 and i'm not returning for a credit to my account. I want my money put back on my card. Somehow the dentist got confused with which teeth had been done and which teeth need to be done. At my last appt I asked him which teeth I needed to get filled and which ones had been filled and he mentioned filling teeth that I had already paid on (4 surface) he changed my records and the billing office records don't even match what i've had done! They also said they credited me for a 2 surface and they didn't.. They also sent me an additional bill for what? I have no idea.

Re: my aspen nightmare!
I am writing in regards to the lawsuit against aspen dental I saw on the computer. The problems I have encountered have been horrible.
I have much to say so please bare with me. It all started on april 24th 2018, I went to aspen dental to get 9 teeth pulled. I requested gas for the procedure the assistant informed me they had no gas, I insisted on gas suddenly they had gas available. During the extractions I kept telling the doctor the gas wasn't working. He kept saying we're almost done, I was miserable. Finally I was finished as I was sitting there another nurse ask for the gas tank and my nurse said to her the tanks not working. I had the procedure done with no gas. The dentist put my temporary dentures in and sent me home.
In wearing my dentures I was having a very hard time swallowing, the upper part of my top denture was so far back in my throat and thick it was causing me to gag and having a hard time eating. I went back the next day and ask if they could thin out and cut back the top denture because it was causing me to gag. All they would do was shortened the top would not thin it out, sent me home. The top denture was so thick it made my tongue feel like it was in a vise, couldn't eat so next day went back with my husband to ask them again to thin out and they did. By thursday my upper denture would not stay in kept falling lower and I was in terrible pain. Went back to the dentist about the pain I had. The dentist informed me I had a flap that my front top gum had separated and was over the top of my dentures. The dentist told me go without my dentures for the weekend which I did. I returned on monday they put my dentures back in with my gums the same, the pain was horrible. I was not able to eat anything the pain was still bad so me and my husband went back in to see what they could do to help with pain, there reply was these temporary dentures are not for eating but for looks. We were in awe of this comment, they assured me the permanents will be so much better. So when the dentist assures me it will be better you take there word. My dentures were very uncomfortable so I kept them out most of the time, I would have bone fragments surface that I would have to pick out. When I did wear the dentures I had to wear allot of fixodent to keep them in. Aug 21st I went in for a soft relign and ask when can we start the process for the permanent dentures they informed me oct.
October 28th I went in to start the process of my permanent wax try ins this appointment was to place the molds in my mouth to start the impressions for my dentures. I returned on on oct 31st for my first try in I told the dentist I was not happy how long my teeth were and to set up higher in my gum line. On my return visit nov 2nd my try in the dentist had made my teeth higher in the gum line however I noticed the right side sloped down lower then the left side threw my bite off and the color I was not happy with. The dentist said were to white and would go a shade darker. Returned on my next appointment nov 7th for another follow up appointment I expressed the right side was still lower so they scheduled another try in on nov 13th. I tried the impressions in and thought they looked ok wasn't sure so I ask the dental assistant to take a picture of the dentures so I could take home for my family to see. At this time she gave me a paper to sign to say the were ok that was part of the process and ok to proceed. When I came home and showed my family they saw that my back teeth were lower then my front teeth, in viewing the picture I agreed and at that time called the office within an hour and spoke to casandra to express my concerns, she told me to come back and they would hold off on starting my permanents. My next appointment nov 14th was scheduled at noon, office called and changed my appointment to 2:30 my teeth weren't ready. I called back immediately and spoke with katy and ask if dentures were still in the wax she said yes. I then received a call back from casandra and said she had some unfortunate news that they had proceeded with my permanents and take them home and decide if I didn't like them he would make me a new set at no charge, I did not agree to take them home with me they were not acceptable. Casandra apologized for the mishap and I stated things happen and as long as we have a resolution it's all good. Doctorrichard came in and I showed him what I did not like on how my dentures did not fit, drrichard kept telling me they looked great. My reply to the doctor was i'm sorry but I am not happy with them at all, first I do not like how the back are to low they need to be pushed up higher in the gums like he did the front. I ask the doctor why they hurt so bad, he looked at me never answered me left the room with assistants and no one ever came back. So at this point I am sitting there in tears teeth not fitting, lots of pain still in my temporary dentures. I felt as if I did something wrong, I wa never treated so rudely. I placed the teeth back in the baggy set the teeth on the counter and told the assistant at the counter I will be returning for my appt nov 15th. I told the assistant why I was treated so rudely and left office in tears. The office canceled the 15th appt and rescheduled nov 18th.
The appt for nov 18th they took a molding with a tray and not my temporary dentures, returnednov 20th for 1st wax in on new dentures told them one side was lower and the the upper denture teeth bowed. I advised the dentist not only did I not like the look of the teeth but they felt hugh and were very painful with the fit in my mouth. I had ask the dentist why could you not make my permanents the same as you did my temporary's they replied they could not because two different companies made the temporary's and the permanents. Dr. Told me they would adjust and to come back on nov 21st for another try in, when I came back for the try ins the dentures were the same and nothing had changed. A female doctor came in and asked me to show her what the issues were, so I showed her she took a scalpel looking tool and pushed the eye tooth down said there and left the room, so I tried the denture in again and the tooth fell out when they returned I showed them and their reply was no biggy it's just wax. I had to go in five more times to have them work with my dentures to try to get them right. Several of the times I had to have my husband come with me because they would not listen to me so he had to talk with the doctor, this was the only way I could get anywhere in speaking with the doctor.in one of the appointments with the doctor my husband and I were speaking with the doctor on the problem with the teeth trying to resolve the issue the doctor brought out a book with all kinds of teeth shapes, colors they told us to pick one set out we just looked at the dentist and ask aren't you going to work with us we aren't dentist and isn't that part of what were paying for. We were at a loss but at the dr direction we picked a set out, they made those into my permanents and told me to take home and try them if I don't like they have a money back guarantee. I took them home and wore them around my family and they noticed several different things like not talking right, a very difficult time eating, many sores in my mouth and because of all the issues I had with aspen I just wore my temporary's. Due to the how I was treated at the monroe aspen dental I called corporate to have the regional manager call me to discuss the issues I was having. He offered to make my temporary's into permanents by hard relining and returning 400.00 to 600.00 dollars of my money. I ask them how does that make sense when the quality of the teeth are much poorer then my permanents would be. They agreed and told me there was nothing more could be done.
Aspen stated nothing more could be done so the would refund the money for the permanents and I could pay for the temporary's, having no choice at the time because they were the only teeth that would work I paid for the temporary's. I met with angela the office manager she had me sign papers stating they were returning 1924.00 to care credit. I noted on the paper I was returning my permanent's and I was receiving 1924.00 to care credit, I had angela sign the paperwork stating all was correct on the paperwork. I went in a couple days later for a final soft tissue reline to give me time to time to find a new dentist. At this time I was into the office and told they were not returning me the 1924.00 only going to return 1300.00 I question why and all they would say is the main office called that this was the correct amount and would not tell my anything more. I did not sign anything agreeing to the 1300.00 and told them I had the paperwork agreeing to pay care credit back the 1924.00. The office did the soft relining and left. At this time all I have is my temporary's when attempting to have aspen work with me because I was still having issues and I had only permanents to work with I was then advised to go seek another dentist.
In starting this journey with my teeth I was told by others about aspen and how great they are and I would love their work. I am only 47 years old and deal with fibromyalgia, chronic pain and now with no permanent's teeth. My journey now is going to have to start all over again. I am still amazed by all the issues I have dealt with to just have teeth pulled and dentures made for my mouth. The letter is going to be long and still does not cover every single moment of my dealing with aspen. On march 9th things even got worse, while eating at a restaurant my front tooth in my temporary's broke off of my denture this was on a weekend so I had to go without my teeth for the weekend. Monday march 11th I went to the office to have them fix my broken tooth on my denture they informed me they could not because I was released from there practice. I question what she was referring to I was never told that, she said she was going to get the regional manager who was the same manager I had been speaking with over the phone and text about the problems. I ask him about them saying I was released and what does that mean he stated I signed paperwork releasing me as a patient. I had never signed a paper stating I was releasing myself as a patient. The only paper I signed was leaving my these are my only teeth. The doctor stated the temporary's are only good for six months, he asked if I wanted them glued at a charge, I ask is that all they could do at that time my husband saw me very upset ask me what was going on I told him what the manager said about being release as a patient.
At that time my husband stated to them we paid for the temporary's and we were told they were under warranty. My husband become upset and told them to fix her teeth. The manager told us to leave or they were going to call the police. So we left I went to hobby lobby and purchase some glue to glue my tooth back in. So where I am now is having a temporary's denture with a glued front tooth and searching for a new dentist. I started out paying them 4501.00 they have only returned 1300.00. I have every piece of paperwork, pictures and recordings of all that I have noted in this letter. Added note since I started this letter I have received in the mail on march 25th a letter from aspen stating they have released me as a patient from all aspen facility's the letter was dated march 12th the day after my last appointment of march 11th. So what aspen stated they had on file they did not and this letter was to cover what they had stated on march 11th. I am available to answer any other questions you may have. I am hoping this will be of help in any possibility of a lawsuit against aspen.
Sincerely,
Sandi dahn

payment and faulty work
Was given a contract for upper and lower implants when all was said and done had only lower implants and an none fitting upper plate plus owing another 840.00 which is being put on my credit score plus implants have to be glued down
They got their money almost 7, 000 from Dental First whom I am not paying either
This is just the short form
Have my contract and all the other stuff they tried to pull
dentures too big and always have been.
How do I get my money back. When I got my top dentures they were to big and they made lip look like I was hit. They have never fit since day 1 they kept telling me takes 6 months but still not fit then. I've been sick quite a bit didn't return and would like money back. I don't go out in public very often cause of my looks and I don't have the $ to fix the problem as there was a money back if you were unhappy with them
dental appointment
I am trying to have syrgery and need a dentist to sign my release so I went to aspen dental first of all they gave me a price and told me I had to do this or they would not sign my release. The price was 1588.00 for 4 groups of 4341 i - 7210, 1- 2331 and 1- 2392. I thought the price was high so I brought a dental plan and used the carrington care 500 series. I went back to the office the frist thing your manager dean did was tell me to canncell the carring care 500 series and and add the 174.00 to the price they gave me which was 819. Oo not including the 174.00 paid to dentalplan.com. I ask him how would that help me and he said we could do your dental work right now and it would be a little over a thousand. I told him I 'll just keep what I have and could I get and apponitment.in the mean time he called the carrington office and the conversation being on speaker phone I heard the lady verify everything I told him and that my plan went into affect fri 4/12/2019 I asked if I could get an appointment for monday and he just told me to show up monday morning. I called today to see when my appppointment was and did not have one so I asked dean on the phone why I was getting all this run around and he said i'm waiting for your plan to go in affect so I guess I would have just sit there all day who knows. I need to get this dental work done so could I use another office close by I would rather not deal with unprofessional people like you have in the pascagoula office. James curry [protected]
My full set of teeth is the worst I've ever had they told me that's the best they could do. They don't fit bite down back teeth comes up ! They loose there suction on top plate. Will fall out of my mouth. So poorly made. And I have to wait three more years to go to a real dentist for good teeth ! They wouldn't even adjust them when they hurt. I'll never go back to them in Port Huron, Mich. Worst place ever ! I ask for money back they said no ! They said they were made. And they are (are) good teeth. NOT !
painful fillings, and overcharging, services I paid for but didnt need
I went to aspen dental after not seeing a dentist for several years. They overcharged me first of all. I realized that when i went to see my mother's 5 star dentist, who is cheaper than them. Aspen dental tried to give me 6 fillings. I only needed 2. When the dentist at aspen dental did 2 fillings i felt everything and she couldn't get the novacaine to work. Everything was numb except my tooth. i finally asked her to stop. She then blamed my anxiety for the novacaine not working, even though i had had 2 wisdom teeth pulled 2 weeks prior with no issues. I then went to another dentist and am still waiting for a refund for work they never did after i paid in full. My other dentist told me i only need 2 fillings not 5. And charges me a much lower price than aspen did for much better work. My expierence with them has made it hard to go to a dentist much less get the rest of the work done that i need. I am now terrified everytime i go to the dentist office, even though my new dentist is great. When i got my wisdom teeth out aspen dental refused pain medication and told me i shouldn't have any pain, even though they had drilled into bone when they took 1 out.
They dont call and check up on their patients or see if they healed ok. They were horrible. Caused me a lot of suffering.
torus mandible removal
I'm still in shock and really don't want to go back there. After pulling 10+ teeth, they said they were going to cut out those bones on both sides of my tounge. I was already cursing from pain (not by choice, it was just too much pain), I stopped them when they fired up this rotary saw, I said, "wait, aren't you putting me to sleep, sedation!?", they said this is sedation, local sedation. But I got on my bill, deep sedation, x3, consultation, etc, all about $1000. I never got this. Instead I was tortured through this for an hour. I'm still shaking, just typing about this. Something is wrong here. Charging me $8000, and I haven't got any teeth in my mouth, and called about temps not working. They said wait for 2 more weeks, and we'll see you then.

dentures
2 years ago I had all my teeth removed and dentures made. I complained constantly and had so many adjustments I can't remember. I feel like nothing was as they said it should be. I feel lied to. I had not been able to eat or wear them so I asked for them to remake them. I fully expected them to do it because I was constantly told they would if needed. After waiting an hour, Dentist Haynes marched in and let me know she would not. Like this is my fault or something. I reminded her of what she told me and she replied that I misunderstood. Then she says your mouth is constantly changing. Yes I see that. I look nothing like I did before this dental work. I cried so much the secretary gave me a hug and walked me to my car. I still have these teeth that I paid a fortune for.in a cup because I can't wear them at all. I can't go anywhere without teeth and I can't afford to do this all over again. I am traumatized! How could she lie to my face to get me to go along with all of this then let me walk out crying and make me feel like it is my fault? Dr Haynes is not a professional.
customer care
have been to and even my lawyer has stated, government insurance has to be filed secondary when other insurance is involved. I am covered under my husbands work insurance, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Amerigroup, which I was not told over the phone you guys do not except. The receptionists tried convincing me to just leave instead of at least getting the exam and xrays. But they finally stopped and let me take a seat and wait, I was told 2 people were in front of me, 2 people were called back then I was called back, getting ready for my xray, one of the rude receptionist yelled very loudly you have the wrong patient, even though I was next, so I was told to go sit back down. This place is a circus and no-one here knows what they are doing. If the receptionists are this bad I really don't want anyone in this building touching me.
billing and filing on credit
I was told they had 30 days to perform a procedure that they have already been paid for. I had a $1400 credit on my account for 6 months and no other procedures done on me. But they where paid to do my implants. From the first time going to Aspen dental in texarkana, tx I was told one thing and then at last min they couldn't do it because I didnt have enough credit left, like about my implants that it was no problem had credit approval and insurance told them wanted to wait for my long rotation off which was 20 days away and with in the 1st week they where call me trying to bump up the appointment to have 22 teeth pulled . I had at least 2 phone call per week until I had procedure done.
I just received a bill after paying the balance when I picked up my upper and lower partials at the end of April. I paid off the balance and now I received a statement from their main office that I owe a balance. I plan to write that office a letter requesting my chronologial statement with all visits, insurance claims and payments I have made. Then I am going to file complaints because I believe they made a mistake. I do not want to think I was scammed but if they messed up I am suing. The day I left the office with my partials, paid the balance should be the end of this ordeal.
My wife and I both had appointments and it was determined my wife needed about $2, 600 worth of work. We decided to use their line of credit to do the work. We went away with appointments to get the work started and before any work was done they applied $600 to the line of credit whereby we were sent a payment bill. We decided that was not an acceptable billing practic to charge prior to having any work being done. In the line of credit was for the wife and she decided to not use Aspen, I went ahead and tried to schedule an appointment to start my Crown replacement. They would not schedule the appointment without first applying $250 to my card. Needless to say Aspen Dental has a terrible billing practice that takes advantage of people who are seeking their advertized low cost dental care.
dentures and how your treated
I have recently went to get a new set of dentures at my local aspen dental office in dubois pa. I paid the full price up front for my new dentures. It was $2600.00
While they were makimg my teeth I was in this office week after week quickly. After the dentures were made the dentist fit tyem to my mouth as best as he could and told me if there were any spots that need fixed just stop back in and he would fix them.
So I did. I sat in this office for 3 hours making me late for work just to ger told I needed an appointment for over a month later. So I made the appointment and could not use my teeth for a month because of how sore my mouth is from them because they need adjusted.
Now today on march 26th, 2019 I returned for my appointment which magically changed from 2:45pm to 2:15pm which means I was late. They would not see me and told me I needed to set an appointment for april 17th 2019 to get them adjusted. This is ridiculious! I paid alot of money for teeth I cannot use. I told the woman at the front desk to just forget it and I left. I think its ridiculious that they couldnt see me. There was one other person in the office to be seen at this time.
This is how you treat your customers? Im filing a complaint with the better business bureau. I will not return to any aspen dental ever again amd ill make sure I tell everyone I know how I was treated by this company.
I want my money back. They can have the dentures back. I dont want them. I now have to go somewhere else to get them made. Let me make this clear. My insurance did not pay for these dentures. My hsa did, thats money I worked to save up just to get dentures. This office cant see me for two months to do something that would take them 10 minutes to do!? In the meantime I have dentures that I cant use!?
I am open for communication from this company about a full refund and nothing else. If I dont get a full refund I will give everything to my attorney to get my full refund. Having to wait two months for an adjustment is uncalled for.
malpractice, dental services, billing, professionalism
Son had 15 teeth pulled on 3/18/19 and immediate denture insertion. He returned to office on 3/25/19 with a complaint of a piece of bone working it's way out of the gum and have it removed. Well dr(joke) Nichols tells him she can't do anything to help him, I did dental work for a few years and I k ow better. He tries to talk to her and she runs off and hides, when she found out he wasn't going to leave she come out of hiding and yells at him that there nothing she could do. There is a 100% satisfaction money back guarantee in paper. May have to contact a lawyer also.
pressured into financing, charged for services I did not get, turned in amount before insurance paid their part and didn’t subtract it afterwards
On January 10, 2019 I visited Aspen Dental Dalton, Ga for a possible extraction. I was told that I had periodontal disease and an infection and also two cavities that she thought needed to be "redone". I was told that the infection needed a treatment and a extraction (of a root canal) that day and that it could not wait for me to get the $ another 3 days. At first the lady added up over $9000 worth of work but I was pressured into financing 2632.00 I believe. Come to find out, they didn't even wait for my insurance to pay their part. They charged me the whole thing. I've tried filing disputes twice to no avail. I received a letter stating I talked to an office manager named Michael when I never received such a call or any contact from a Michael! They charged me for procedures I didn't even have for instance they charged me for a surgical extraction and it WAS NOT a surgical extraction! I've been to dentist a lot and know the difference! Even though they will not admit that it wasn't. I'm tired of company like this ripping off hard working people! Please help. The photo of the bill I have I enclosed is after one payment of $71.00.
billing
I had a bridge placed in. At the appointment I sat at the desk with the lady as she verified my insurance. She gave me a print out of what the patient responsibilty would be and it was zero. She stated that both if my dental insurance companies verified me as covered and there would be an out of pocket deductable for each at $50. I paid the $100 deductables that day and had the work done. Within two weeks my bridge had shifted, verified by an x-ray at Aspen. The dr stated that he could redo the bridge after I had my root canal done on the tooth inside the bridge. During my wait period of the root canal appointment and healing time, I received a bill for the bridge of over $800. I contacted the office manager serval times and she stated they would refiled on my insurance. I received another bill this month for the bridge. I wouldn't have gotten the bridge done if I had known I would have to pay that amount as it was not necessary. After being told I would not owe anything but the deductable; I receive a bill. Correct insurance verification would have prevented this issue. I do not feel as this is my responsibility. I have been a patient of Aspen since they opened in Tupelo and I do like the employees there. My family of five all are patients of Aspen. At this point we will be looking for another dentist.
billing dept.
I was getting a denist that was not in the network. They had all my insurance info but, apparently there denist credential dept was not updated so, my insurance denied it. So, now i'm out of $1500 which would have been cover if, they gave me a dentist in the network all send and done it cost me $6, 577.00 at least if I got the money back from my insurance I could have paid down my loan. Aspen don't care they got thir money from me. I am so upset about this i'm on disable from breat cancer and the chemo is what made my teeth go bad in the first place. I never would have went there if, I knew my insurance was going to be denied and it's their mistake for giving me a dentist that was out of the network or them, not checking that his cedentials wereup dated. I will never refer people to aspen. Iwas told by a friend not to go there, should have listened.

crowns, partial dentures
In May of 2018, I paid Aspen Dental in Carrollton, GA $13, 071.00 in cash for what appeared to be 2 pages of dental work on my teeth. Between May and Oct. 2018, I received 7 crowns and 2 partials. The bill was coded, therefore I could not read what most of the billing was for. After going on line and checking the codes, I found I was being charged 2 times for partials in a 5 Month period. I questioned why 2 sets of partials in 5 months and was told i could get a refund of
$1918.00 for the second set. but would not have any guarantee as promised in their ad. I had already paid over $1800.00 for first set, which did not even fit correctly. I had to make 4 trips to get the partials corrected. I went in March 2019 to have my teeth cleaned with a different Dental Clinic and was told by a different Dental Hygenist that I have 2 crowns that are the incorrect size for the tooth and the hangover is causing food particles to get up under the crown, causing problems. I had to have my teeth deep cleaned because of the inferior dental work done on my teeth by Aspen Dental in Carrollton, GA. When I first went to Aspen Dental, the only problem I was aware of was a chipped front tooth. Now I am over $10, 000.00 paid to them and have to go to a real dentist to have my teeth fixed. I do not have dental insurance, so I am disgusted and wish I had never heard of these people.
malpractice
Today I went to aspen dental for a few fillings and an extraction, I arrived at 10:30 and left at 5:00.
When I finally saw the "Dr." she was rough, no manners, all around horrible after being accidentally stabbed in the lips 3 times, jerked around by my jaw etc I told the dentist I would not like to have the extraction done.
After filling my front teeth I was unaware is she had completed the job, I sent a picture to my husband shocked by the out come.
Unknowingly my husband called the office, in return the office manager brought a sticky note to the dentist I was unaware it was about myself.
The dentist started making comments about how ignorant people are and horrible humans are I was still unaware it was me she was referring to, after she finished my back tooth which she was far more rough with, she asked me if I worked locally when I replied no she then asked where I lived... She did not offer to let me see my teeth.
I went to the car and burst into tears my front teeth were destroyed in my opinion. It is not only horrible work but she drilled two cavities I couldn't even see before and didn't fill them. All the dentist had to say was that no one else can do it better, the office refunded my money or at least said it would be refunded in 7 days... I'm waiting to see if it actually comes through.
I now not only have to endure the pain of having the same job done again but find a dentist to do it and hope if they can fix this disaster.
I'm including a before and after picture.
billing customer refunds customer care need of up front
I was in office in 6/11/2018
I had a visit not covered by in network provider but was not notified at all would be seeing a new dentist or a substitute dentist that was out of network but office said every dentist that substitutes is in network and they should fight for customer and be sure and notify insurance of dentist being in network with his id number
I have called geha if dentist in network I am owed $40 as your office says dentist was in network
I also was told I could be seen for care of problem tooth that I said over year ago that I knew was a problem with pain and your dentist couldn't find it
Then long time almost year later they finally send me for root canal and I lost my tooth due to decay that I had a cracked tooth for a long time and was infection way down unable to save tooth
Then geha says I owed 209 for 6-11-18 so I had credit 76 plus paid 263 but was only responsible for 209 plus I also had payments from bcbs
So credit $40 and difference of $263 I paid compared to owed. $208 per geha eob
customer service/ refund
Hello my name is Theresa Gonzalez. I visited the augusta ga location on 03/07/2019. While there I was precharged for services i have not received yet. I called the next day to explain that i would like to receive a refund due to the fact that my sister was approved for credit and she would let me use her card. The first time I called, noone would answer the main office number, however when i pressed button for new customer it was answered within three rings and they were able to transfer me to the main office for help. I spoke to elliott who explained that refunds could only be issued by the office manager and that she left early because she felt ill. It was supposed to be scheduled for her to call me back the next day to discuss the refund. The next day i called 30 mins after the appointed time window to speak to the manager and elliott claimed that she was busy with the appointment before mine and that i was next on the list. I waited for over an hour and a half more before elliott called back to state that he caught the manager between patients and that she stated that refund would only be issued if i brought in my sisters card and the debit card i paid with. I had explained the following day that i needed to reschedule the date as my sister was out on vacation, but when i spoke to them that day they had not cancelled the appointment as requested. I am extremely displeased with how bad customer service was for something that is easily handled. The office manager never contacted me personally as promised and i would greatly appreciate it if i could just receive my refund. I would no longer like to use their services as i feel like i have been given the runaround constantly. My phone number is [protected] and would greatly appreciate if someone could reach out to me to resolve this issue. I have placed a claim into my bank as i never received the treatment i prepaid for.
